Description
Claims (16)
- Anschmelzbares Bitumen-Fugenband für den Straßen-, Tief-, Hochund Kanalbau umfassend eine wenigstens einseitig auf die Oberfläche des Bandes aufgebrachte Bitumen-haltige Schmelzbeschichtung.
- Fugenband nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schmelzbeschichtung aus Polymer-vergütetem Bitumen besteht.
- Fugenband nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schmelzbeschichtung eine Dicke von 0,1 bis 2 mm aufweist.
- Fugenband nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schmelzbeschichtung eine Dicke von 0.2 bis 1 mm aufweist.
- Fugenband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kaltbiegevermögen nach DIN 52123 der Schmelzbeschichtung -20 °C beträgt und das Kaltbiegevermögen nach DIN 52123 des Fugenbandes +/- 0°C beträgt.
- Fugenband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Konuspenetration nach BS 2499 der Schmelzbeschichtung wenigstens 60 bis 140 1/10 mm und die Konuspenetration nach BS 2499 des Fugenbandes 20 bis 50 1/10 mm mit der Maßgabe beträgt, daß die Differenz der Werte der Konuspenetration nach BS 2499 wenigstens 20 bis 60 1/10 mm beträgt.
- Fugenband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rückstellvermögen nach BS 2499 der Schmelzbeschichtung wenigstens größer 60 % bis 90 % und das Rückstellvermögen nach BS 2499 des Fugenbandes 15 % bis 55 % beträgt.
- Fugenband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fugenband 60 Gew.-% bis 93 Gew.-% Bitumen enthält.
- Fugenband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schmelzbeschichtung Mineralstoffe, Weichmacher und Polymerbestandteile umfaßt.
- Fugenband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, umfassend eine punktuelle, ggf. rasterförmige Schmelzbeschichtung.
- Fugenband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schmelzbeschichtung ein Trennpapier aufweist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Fugenbandes nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man zunächst eine Schmelzbeschichtung auf ein Trennpapier aufträgt und dann das Fugenband auf die Rückseite der Schmelzbeschichtung aufbringt.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Fugenbandes nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man zunächst eine Schmelzbeschichtung auf das Fugenband aufträgt und anschließend das Trennpapier aufbringt.
- Verfahren zur Verlegung eines Fugenbandes, insbesondere einer Naht-/Anschlußflanke einer Deckschicht im Straßenbau gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fugenband durch Andrücken zur Fixierung gebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Naht-/Anschlußflanke und/oder das Fugenband vor dem Andrücken des Fugenbandes mit einer Gasflamme anwärmt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Naht-/Anschlußflanke mit einem streichfähigen, spritzfähigen, zumindestens spachtelförmigen Voranstrich versieht.
