Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Befestigen einer Wandstange für Brausegarnituren. Sie weist einen Wandhalter (1) auf, der die Wandstange (2) aufnimmt. An der Wandstange (2) ist ein Brausehalter (3) angeordnet, der entlang der Wandstange (2) verschiebbar ist. Die Wandstange (2) ist in dem Wandhalter (1) schwenkbar angeordnet. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Befestigen einer Wandstange für Brausegarnituren, die einen Wandhalter aufweist, der die Wandstange aufnimmt, wobei an der Wandstange ein Brausehalter angeordnet ist.
Befestigungen der eingangs genannten Art für Wandstangen für Brausegarnituren sind bekannt. Bei den bekannten Befestigungen sind zwei Wandhalter vorhanden, zwischen denen die Wandstange vertikal angeordnet ist. Die Wandstange weist auf ihrer dem Boden zugewandten - unteren - Seite üblicherweise ein Gewinde auf, mit dem sie in den unteren Wandhalter eingeschraubt ist. Im Gegensatz dazu ist die Wandstange in den oberen Wandhalter lediglich eingesteckt. Die Wandhalter selbst sind in der Wand verschraubt. Die Abdeckung der Verschraubung kann mittels einer Rosette erfolgen. In Abwandlung kann die Wandstange mit ihrem Gewinde auch in eine Wasserarmatur eingeschraubt sein. In diesem Fall ersetzt die Armatur den unteren Wandhalter. An der Wandstange ist ein Brausehalter angeordnet, der entlang der Wandstange verschiebbar ist. Bei den bekannten Befestigungen ist nur eine Anordnung der Wandstange im rechten Winkel zu der Verschraubung des Wandhalters in der Wand möglich. Dadurch bedingt sind die Wandhalter auf eine Anordnung parallel zu der jeweiligen Wand beschränkt. In der Regel führt dies zu einer senkrechten Einbaulage. Einzig für den Fall, daß die Wandhalter an einer Dachschrägen montiert sind, ergibt sich eine nicht-senkrechte Einbaulage der Wandstange. Bei der Montage an Dachschrägen tritt jedoch häufig das Problem auf, daß aufgrund der verwendeten Wandmaterialien eine stabile Verschraubung der Wandhalter kaum möglich ist, so daß ein Ausreißen der Wandhalter bei häufiger Benutzung der Wandstange die Folge ist. Aus diesem Grund wird bei der Verwendung von Handbrausen im Bereich von Dachschrägen oftmals auf die Befestigung einer Brausewandstange verzichtet.
Hier will die Erfindung Abhilfe schaffen. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Vorrichtung zum Befestigen einer Wandstange für Brausegarnituren zu schaffen, deren Einbaulage nicht auf eine zur jeweiligen Wand parallele Lage begrenzt ist, vielmehr eine in ihrer Einbaulage veränderliche Brausewandstange zur Verfügung zu stellen. Gemäß der Erfindung wird diese Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, daß die Wandstange in dem Wandhalter schwenkbar angeordnet ist.
Mit der Erfindung ist eine Vorrichtung zum Befestigen einer Wandstange geschaffen, die eine zur Wand nicht-paralle Einbaulage ermöglicht und gleichzeitig ausreichend stabil ist. Durch die Schwenkbarkeit der Wandstange ist sie in jede beliebige Lage veränderbar. Es ist eine fliegende Lagerung der Wandstange verwirklicht.
In Weiterbildung der Erfindung weist der Wandhalter mindestens einen Aufstellfuß auf. Durch die Verwendung nur eines Aufstellfußes ist eine äußerst raumsparende Anordnung des Wandhalters geschaffen, wodurch auch auf sehr engem Raum der erfindungsgemäße Wandhalter montierbar ist.
In vorteilhafter Weiterbildung der Erfindung weist der Wandhalter zwei Aufstellfüße auf, die miteinander in Verbindung stehen. Hierdurch ist die Stabilität des Wandhalters zusätzlich erhöht.
Vorteilhaft ist die Verbindung mit Hilfe einer Stange verwirklicht, auf der eine Aufnahme für die Wandstange angeordnet ist. Diese Ausbildung ermöglicht eine einfache und zugleich preiswerte Befestigung der schwenkbaren Wandstange. Gleichzeitig ist hierdurch neben der Schwenkbarkeit die Möglichkeit geschaffen, die Wandstange horizontal entlang der Stange zu verschieben.
In Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist an der Aufnahme eine Arretierung vorgesehen. Hierdurch ist gewährleistet, daß die Wandstange in jedem beliebigen Winkel bzw. in jeder beliebigen Position auf der Stange feststellbar ist, so daß sich die Position der Stange bzw. der Handbrause nicht unbeabsichtigt verändert.
In vorteilhafter Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist die Verbindung mit mindestens einer Aufnahmehülse, zwischen der ein Mittelteil zum Anbau der Wandstange eingesetzt ist, verwirklicht. Mit Hilfe dieser Weiterbildung ist ebenfalls die Schwenkbarkeit der Wandstange gewährleistet, gleichzeitig eine formschöne Befestigungsmöglichkeit geschaffen.
In anderer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist an dem Aufstellfuß eine Kugelpfanne vorgesehen. Hierdurch ist die Schwenkbarkeit nach Art eines Kugelgelenks ermöglicht, was die Variabilität der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung zusätzlich erhöht.

Die als Ausführungsbeispiel gewählten Vorrichtungen weisen jeweils einen Wandhalter 1 auf. Von dem Wandhalter 1 ist eine Wandstange 2 aufgenommen. An der Wandstange 2 ist ein Brausehalter 3 angeordnet, der entlang der Wandstange 2 verschiebbar ist. Der Brausehalter 3 dient zur Aufnahme einer Handbrause 4, an der ein Brauseschlauch 5 befestigt ist, der an seinem der Handbrause abgewandten Ende mit einer - nicht dargestellten - Armatur verbunden ist.
In den Ausführungsbeispielen nach den Figuren 1 bis 8 weist der Wandhalter 1 jeweils zwei Aufstellfüße 11 auf. Die Aufstellfüße 11 sind auf ihrer dem Boden zugewandten Seite mit einem Loch 111 versehen, durch das in montiertem Zustand eine Schraube zur Befestigung der Aufstellfüße mit einem Wandabsatz oder ähnlichem vorgesehen ist. In dem Ausführungsbeispiel nach den Figuren 5 bis 8 sind die Aufstellfüße jeweils mit einer Abdeckkappe 12 versehen. Auf ihrer dem Boden abgewandten Seite ist in den Aufstellfüßen jeweils eine Aufnahme vorgesehen, die eine Verbindung zwischen den Aufstellfüßen 11 ermöglicht. Im Ausführungsbeispiel nach den Figuren 1 bis 3 ist die Verbindung mit Hilfe einer Stange 13 verwirklicht.
Die Stange 13 ist als Rohr ausgebildet und mittels einer abgekröpften Lasche 132 in der Stange 13 und in einer zugehörigen Ausbuchtung 113 in den Aufstellfüßen 11 nicht drehbar befestigt - Fig. 4 -. Auf der Stange 13 ist ein Gelenk 14 für die Aufnahme der Wandstange 2 angeordnet. Das Gelenk 14 weist auf seiner einen Seite einen Feststellknopf 141 auf. Auf der dem Feststellknopf 141 abgewandten Seite ist eine Bohrung 142 in das Gelenk 14 eingebracht. In die Bohrung 142 ist die Wandstange 2 eingeführt. Zur Befestigung ist im Ausführungsbeispiel nach Figur 4 in die Stange 2 eine Bohrung 22 eingebracht, durch die ein Bolzen 143 hindurchgeführt ist. Anders als im Ausführungsbeispiel dargestellt kann die Bohrung 142 auch ein Innengewinde aufweisen, in das die Wandstange 2 einschraubbar ist. Die stabile Anordnung der Stange 2 in dem Gelenk 14 kann auch mit Hilfe einer Rast-Verbindung erfolgen.
Das Gelenk 14 ist auf der Stange 13 um die Längsmittellinie der Stange 13 drehbar, wodurch die in den Gelenken 14 angeordnete Wandstange 2 in ihrem Neigungswinkel veränderbar ist, wie dies in Fig. 2 dargestellt ist. Die Wandstange 2 ist um maximal 180° um die Stange 13 schwenkbar. Die Arretierung des Gelenks 14/der Wandstange 2 in einem bestimmten Neigungswinkel auf der Stange 13 erfolgt mit Hilfe des Feststellknopfes 141. Hierzu wird der Feststellknopf 141 gedreht, was zur Folge hat, daß ein Innenteil 144 in Richtung des Feststellknopfes 141 gezogen wird, wogegen das Äußere des Gelenks 14 nach oben geschoben wird. Dies führt zur Klemmung in der gewünschten Position. Darüber hinaus ist es möglich, das Gelenk 14 mit der Wandstange 2 entlang der Längsmittellinie der Stange 13 zu verschieben. In Abwandlung zu der oben beschriebenen Ausführung ist es möglich, die Wandstange 2 in dem Gelenk 14 drehbar anzuordnen. Hierzu ist in dem Gelenk 14 ein Kugel- oder Drehgelenk angeordnet, auf dem die Wandstange 2 gelagert ist. Diese Variante eröffnet die Möglichkeit, die Wandstange 2 um 360° mit Hilfe des Vestellknopfes 141 zu drehen.
In dem Ausführungsbeispiel nach den Figuren 5 bis 8 ist die Verbindung zwischen den Aufstellfüßen 11 mit Hilfe von Aufnahmehülsen 112 hervorgerufen. Die Aufnahmehülsen 112 sind an die Aufstellfüße 11 angeformt und nicht drehbar. Zwischen den Aufnahmehülsen 112 ist ein Mittelteil 17 vorgesehen, in dem die Wandstange 2 befestigt ist. Das Mittelteil 17 ist gegen die Aufnahmehülsen 112 jeweils mit Hilfe eines Gleitrings 161 zum reibungslosen Verdrehen gelagert. Im Ausführungsbeispiel ist die Wandstange 2 mit einer Querbohrung 22 versehen, durch die ein Bolzen 171 gesteckt . Der Bolzen 171 weist eine Länge auf, die über die Breite des Mittelteils 17 hinausgeht, so daß der Bolzen in den Aufnahmehülsen 112 der Aufstellfüße 11 gelagert und befestigt ist. Bei diesem Ausführungsbeispiel ist eine seitliche Verschiebung der Wandstange 2 nicht möglich. Die Arretierung in dem gewünschten Neigungswinkel der Wandstange erfolgt durch Lösen und Spannen des Bolzens 171 mittels Mutter 172. Wie in Figur 6 dargestellt, ist die Wandstange 2 um maximal 180° mit dem Mittelteil 17 schwenkbar. Die Arretierung der Wandstange erfolgt durch Spannen des Bolzens 171. Nach dem Verspannen werden die Abdeckkappen 12 über die Aufstellfüße 11 aufgesetzt und somit der Wandhalter kompletiert.
In Abwandlung zu dem Ausführungsbeispiel nach den Figuren 5 bis 8 ist es ebenfalls möglich, auf einen Aufstellfuß 11 mit Abdeckkappe 12 zu verzichten - Figuren 9 bis 13 -. Der Wandhalter 1 ist in diesem Fall nur auf einem Aufstellfuß 11 gelagert. Auf der dem Aufstellfuß 11 abgewandten Seite des Mittelteils 17 ist dann ein Feststellknopf 173 vorsehbar, mit dem durch Lösen und Spannen der Neigungswinkel der Wandstange 2 veränderbar ist. Bei dieser Abwandlung ist es möglich, im Übergang zwischen Aufstellfuß 11 und Aufnahmehülse 112 eine Kugel 16 vorzusehen, die eine Schwenkbarkeit des Mittelteils 17 und der Stange 2 mit Hilfe einer Kugelpfanne 162 nach Art eines Kugelgelenks ermöglicht - Figur 14 -. Auch in diesem Fall ist die Wandstange 2 mit einer Querbohrung 22 versehen, durch die ein Bolzen 171 zur Lagerung der Stange 2 geführt ist.
Beim Ausführungsbeispiel nach den Figuren 15 bis 19 ist der Wandhalter mit Hilfe einer Grundplatte 18 gebildet, die eine ovale Form aufweist. An den Längsseiten der Grundplatte 18 sind im Abstand zueinander zwei sich von der Grundplatte aus verjüngende Schenkel 19 vorgesehen. Zwischen den Schenkeln 19 sind in die Grundplatte 18 zwei Löcher 181 eingebracht - Fig. 19 -, durch die zur Montage des Wand halters Schrauben durchgesteckt und in der Wand verschraubt werden. Die Schenkel weisen in ihrem der Grundplatte abgewandten Bereich jeweils ein Loch 191 auf. Die Löcher 191 sind zueinander fluchtend angeordnet und nehmen in montiertem Zustand einen Bolzen 192 auf. Der Bolzen 192 ist dann durch Langlöcher 23 in der Wandstange 2 gesteckt. Die Langlöcher 23 sind deckungsgleich zueinander angeordnet. Anders als in Figur 15 dargestellt, ist es möglich, daß die Schenkel 19 jeweils ein Langloch aufweisen. In der Seitenansicht sind die Langlöcher dann ebenfalls deckungsgleich zueinander angeordnet. In der Wandstange 2 ist - ebenso wie im Ausführungsbeispiel nach den Figuren 5 bis 8 - in dem dem Wandhalter zugewandten Bereich eine Bohrung vorgesehen. Die Bohrung nimmt in montiertem Zustand einen Bolzen auf, der dann durch die Langlöcher in den Schenkeln des Wandhalters geführt ist. Mit Hilfe dieser Ausgestaltungen ist die Wandstange 2 schwenkbar an dem Wandhalter 1 angeordnet. Um den Wandhalter herum ist eine Abdeckung aufgesetzt.
An dem dem jeweiligen Wandhalter abgewandten Ende der Wandstange 2 ist eine Stangenabdeckkappe 21 vorgesehen. Die Kappe 21 stützt sich im Ausführungsbeispiel nach den Figuren 15 bis 19 in senkrecht angeordneter Einbaulage der Wandstange 2 in einem unteren Wandhalter 1 ab. Sie rastet dabei jedoch nicht in den Wandhalter ein sondern dient allein der Abstützung, so daß der in dem gegenüberliegenden Wandhalter angeordnete Bolzen keinen zu hohen Belastungen ausgesetzt ist. Zum Schwenken der Wandstange 2 wird diese um den Bolzen 192 in dem oberen Wandhalter heraufgeschwenkt. Es ist eine Schwenkung um 90° möglich, wodurch die Wandstange 2 in eine horizontale Position gebracht werden kann. Die Arretierung in dieser Position erfolgt durch Verschieben entlang der Langlöcher im Bereich des des Wandhalters in seine der Wand am nächsten liegende Position. Ein Herunterklappen der Wandstange 2 ist dadurch verhindert, daß sich die Wandstange 2 mit ihrem der Wand zugewandten Ende an einem Vorsprung 193 abstützt. In dieser Position kann die Wandstange 2 unter anderem als Handtuchhalter genutzt werden.
Der Brausehalter 3 besteht aus einem mit einem Loch 31 versehenen Körper 32. Durch das Loch 31 ist die Wandstange 2 durch den Körper 32 des Brausehalters 3 geführt. Auf der einen Seite des Körpers 32 ist ein Feststellknopf 33 angeordnet. Mit Hilfe des Feststellknopfes 33 kann über ein Innenteil 35 eine Klemmung des Brausehalters 3 an der Wandstange 2 hervorgerufen werden, so daß der Brausehalter nicht selbständig seine gewählte Position verläßt. Auf der dem Feststellknopf 33 abgewandten Seite des Körpers 32 ist an dem Brausehalter ein Konushalter 34 angeordnet. Die Längsmittellinie des Konushalters 34 steht in einem Winkel zur Längsmittellinie der Wandstange 2.
Die Handbrause 4 weist einen auch der Wasserzufuhr dienenden Handgriff 41 auf. An dem Handgriff 41 ist ein Brausekopf 42 ausgebildet. Der Brausekopf 42 weist auf seiner dem Boden zugewandten Seite einen Wasserauslauf 43 in Form eines Siebs bzw. einer Perforation oder einer Kombination verschiedener Strahler auf. An dem dem Kopf abgewandten Ende des Handgriffs 41 ist eine Konusmutter 44 angeschraubt, die die Brause 4 mit dem Brauseschlauch 5 verbindet. Die Außenkontur der Konusmutter 44 korrespondiert mit dem Konushalter 34 des Brausehalters 3. Darüber hinaus korrespondiert sie mit der Form des unteren Wandhalters in den Ausführungsbeispielen nach den Figuren 15 bis 19, so daß die Handbrause - wie im Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 17 dargestellt - auch in den Wandhalter einsteckbar ist, wenn beispielsweise die Wandstange 2 in ihre horizontalen Position gebracht ist und unter anderem als Handtuchhalter nutzbar ist. Der Wandhalter übernimmt dann die Funktion eines zusätzlichen Brausehalters.

Claims (9)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Befestigen einer Wandstange (2) für Brausegarnituren, die einen Wandhalter (1) aufweist, der die Wandstange aufnimmt, wobei an der Wandstange ein Brausehalter (3) angeordnet ist, der entlang der Wandstange verschiebbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wandstange (2) in dem Wandhalter (1) schwenkbar angeordnet ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wandhalter (1) mindestens einen Aufstellfuß (11) aufweist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wandhalter (1) zwei Aufstellfüße (11) aufweist, die miteinander in Verbindung stehen.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindung mit Hilfe einer Stange (13) verwirklicht ist, auf der ein Gelenk (14) für die Aufnahme der Wandstange (2) angeordnet ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Gelenk (14) eine Arretierung (141) vorgesehen ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindung mit mindestens einer Aufnahmehülse (112) verwirklicht ist, zwischen der ein Mittelteil (17) zum Anbau der Wandstange (2) eingesetzt ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmehülse (112) an dem Aufstellfuß (11) angeformt ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein zweiter Wandhalter (1) vorgesehen ist, der als Brausehalter dient.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Aufstellfuß (11) eine Kugelpfanne (162) vorgesehen ist.
