Claims (16)
- Besamungskatheter für Tiere, insbesondere für Schweine, mit einem langgestreckten, biegeelastischen Injektionsrohr, das an seinem vorderen, in den Uterus des Tieres einführbaren Ende mit einem weichelastischen Führungspfropfen versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Injektionsrohr (11) im Verbindungsbereich (15) zu dem Führungspfropfen (13) mechanisch aufgerauht ist und daß der Führungspfropfen (13) aus Polyurethanschaum besteht und direkt an das Injektionsrohr (11) an dessen mechanisch aufgerauhter Oberfläche (16) im Verbindungsbereich (15) angeschäumt ist.
- Besamungskatheter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Injektionsrohr (11) aus Polypropylen besteht.
- Besamungskatheter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Injektionsrohr (11) aus Polyethylen besteht.
- Besamungskatheter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Injektionsrohr (11) aus einer Mischung aus Polyethylen und Polypropylen besteht.
- Besamungskatheter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Injektionsrohr (11) als Coextrudat aus Polypropylen und Polyethylen und deren Mischungen hergestellt ist.
- Besamungskatheter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Injektionsrohr (11) im Verbindungsbereich (15) durch Schleifen angerauht ist.
- Besamungskatheter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Injektionsrohr (11) im Vebindungsbereich (15) mit mindestens einer Eindrehung oder Nute versehen ist.
- Besamungskatheter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Injektionsrohr (11) im Verbindungsbereich (15) zusätzlich zu dem mechanischen Anrauhen von dessen Oberfläche (16) einer Coronabehandlung unterzogen und/oder beflämmt ist.
- Besamungskatheter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rauhtiefe (s) der mechanisch angerauhten Oberfläche (16) zwischen 0,05 und 0,5 mm beträgt.
- Besamungskatheter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mittlere Rauhtiefe (s) der mechanisch aufgerauhten Oberfläche (16) zwischen 0,2 und 0,3 mm beträgt.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Besamungskatheters für Tiere, insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Verfahrensschritte:Anrauhen eines langestreckten, biegeelastischen Injektionsrohres (11) an seinem einen, einen Verbindungsbereich (15) bildenden Ende (12) durch eine mechanische Bearbeitung;Einführen des Injektionsrohres (11) mit seinen mechanisch angerauhten Verbindungsbereich (15) in eine Form und Injizieren einer aufschäumenden und sich verfestigenden Polyurethanmasse in die Form zur Ausbildung eines direkt an das Injektionsrohr (11) angeschäumten Führungspfropfens (13).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Injektionsrohr (11) nach dem mechanischen Anrauhen und vor dem Einführen in die Form chemisch vorbehandelt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorbehandlung in einer Coronabehandlung oder Beflämmung des Injektionsrohres (11) in dessen Verbindungsbereich besteht.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Injektionsrohr (11) vor dem Einführen in die Form an seinem Umfang im Verbindungsbereich (15) durch Schleifen angerauht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das mechanische Aufrauhen mit Hilfe eines Schleifsteins, einer Schleifscheibe o.dgl. erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Injektionsrohr (11) an seinem den Verbindungsbereich (15) bildenden Ende (12) mit mindestens einer Eindrehung oder Nute versehen wird.
