Claims (21)
- Liege- und/oder Sitzmöbel mit einem Traggestell, das wenigstens einen Liege - und/oder Sitzteil sowie wenigstens einen aufrechten Stützteil aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der wenigstens eine Stützteil eine größere Längserstreckung als Quererstreckung aufweist, und daß der Stützteil relativ zu dem Traggestell zwischen einer Niedrigstellung, in der er mit seiner Längserstreckung horizontal ausgerichtet ist und einer Hochstellung, in der er mit seiner Längserstreckung hochkant ausgerichtet ist, beweglich angeordnet ist. - Liege- und/oder Sitzmöbel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stützteil in seiner Hochstellung zusätzlich gegenüber der Niedrigstellung eine veränderte Neigung aufweist.
- Liege- und/oder Sitzmöbel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stützteil durch eine Zwangsführungseinrichtung zwischen der Niedrigstellung und der Hochstellung definiert beweglich an dem Traggestell gelagert ist.
- Liege- und/oder Sitzmöbel nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stützteil mittels einer mechanischen Zwangsführungseinrichtung über seinen Bewegungsweg zwischen der Niedrigstellung und der Hochstellung permanent mit dem Traggestell verbunden ist.
- Liege- und/oder Sitzmöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Stützteil eine Verstellvorrichtung zur Änderung der Neigung des Lehnteiles in seiner Hochstellung zugeordnet ist.
- Liege- und/oder Sitzmöbel nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstellvorrichtung mit der Zwangsführungseinrichtung in Wirkverbindung steht.
- Liege- und/oder Sitzmöbel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stützteil als Lehnteil, insbesondere als Rückenlehn- oder Seitenlehnteil, gestaltet ist und anschließend zu einem Seitenrand des Liege- und/oder Sitzteiles positioniert ist.
- Liege- und/oder Sitzmöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zwangsführungseinrichtung durch eine räumliche Hebelanordnung gebildet ist.

- Liegemöbel nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die räumliche Hebelanordnung (6a) derart gestaltet ist, dass der Stützteil (4a, 5a) zwischen der Ruheposition und der Sitzposition in einer räumlichen Bewegungsbahn verlagerbar ist, die innerhalb eines durch eine aufrecht ausgerichtete Hochebene längs des Betthauptes einerseits und eine Horizontalebene längs einer Oberseite einer Bettmatratze (2a) andererseits begrenzten Raumabschnittes verläuft.

- Liegemöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die räumliche Hebelanordnung (6a) wenigstens drei Führungshebel (7 bis 9) aufweist, die jeweils mittels eines Einachsgelenkes (10, 11, 12) am Bettgestell (3a) und mittels eines Mehrachegelenkes (13 bis 15) an dem Stützteil (4a, 5a) angelenkt sind.
- Liegemöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stützteil (4a, 5a) eine Tragstruktur (16, 17) aufweist, an der die Hebelanordnung (6a) angreift.
- Liegemöbel nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tragstruktur als Rahmen (16, 17) gestaltet ist, der durch Rundprofile (16, 17) zusammengesetzt ist.
- Liegemöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungshebel (7 bis 9) der räumlichen Hebelanordnung (6a) an äußeren Randbereichen der Tragstruktur (16, 17) des Stützteiles (4a, 5a) angreifen.
- Liegemöbel nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein erster Führungshebel (9) in der aufrecht ausgerichteten Hochebene und ein zweiter Führungshebel (8) in der Horizontalebene schwenkbeweglich sind, und dass ein dritter Führungshebel (7) in einer räumlich schrägen Schwenkebene beweglich angeordnet ist.
- Liegemöbel nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein oberer Führungshebel (9) in der Sitzposition in einer über einen durch einen Schwerpunkt des Stützteiles definierten Scheitelpunkt der Schwenkbahn hinausgehenden Stellung positioniert ist.
- Liegemöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungshebel (7 bis 9) in beiden Endpositionen unter Vermeidung einer Selbstsperrung schräg ausgerichtet sind.
- Liegemöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Stützteil eine in der Sitzposition wirksame Verstelleinrichtung zugeordnet ist, mittels der die Neigung des Stützteiles in der Sitzposition veränderbar ist.
- Liegemöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betthaupt zwei nebeneinander angeordnete Stützteile (4, 5) aufweist, die mittels jeweils einer eigenen Hebelanordnung (6) unabhängig voneinander beweglich gelagert sind, wobei die beiden Hebelanordnungen (6) spiegelsymmetrisch zu einer vertikalen Mittellängsebene des Bettes (1) ausgerichtet sind.
- Liegemöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Neigwinkel der schräg ausgerichteten Sitzposition zwischen 10° und 35° beträgt.
