Claims (6)
- Aufzeichnungsmaterial für das Ink-Jet-Druckverfahren, enthaltend ein Rohpapier, eine auf das Rohpapier extrudierte, einen extrudierbaren Polyvinylalkohol enthaltende Schicht und eine, aus wäßriger Dispersion oder Lösung aufgetragene Tintenaufnahmeschicht enthält, wobei der extrudierbare Polyvinylalkohol einen Polymerisationsgrad von 200 bis 2.500 und einen Melt Flow Index (MFI) von 10 bis 50 g/10 Minuten aufweist.
- Aufzeichnungsmaterial nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Polyvinylalkohol ein Polyvinylalkoholhomopolymer, ein Polyvinylalkoholcopolymer und/oder ein Gemische derselben ist.
- Aufzeichnungsmaterial nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Polyvinylalkohol zu 75 bis 99 Mol% hydrolysiert ist.
- Aufzeichnungsmaterial nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die extrudierte Schicht einen Polyvinylalkoholharz mit einen MFI von 20 bis 30 g/10 Minuten enthält.
- Aufzeichnungsmaterial nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Polyvinylalkohol enthaltende Schicht weitere Polymere oder Copolymere, enthalten kann die ausgewählt sind aus Polyurethanen, Polyolefinen, Ethylencopolymeren, Polyalkylenoxiden wie Polyethylenoxyethanol, Polycarbonaten, Polyestern, Polyamiden und Polyesteramiden.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Aufzeichnungsmaterials für das Ink-Jet-Druckverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man auf ein Rohpapier mit einer Oberflächenrauhigkeit nach Sheffield kleiner 300 mittels Schmelzextrusion ein extrudierbares Polyvinylalkoholhomopolymer und/oder Polyvinylalkoholcopolymer mit einem Polymerisationsgrad von 200 bis 250 und einem MFI von 10 bis 50 g/10 Minuten aufbringt, die Zonentemperaturen im Extruder auf 140 bis 230°C regelt, die Schneckendrehzahl so einstellt, daß die Viskosität der Schmelze der Schmelzviskosität einer in einem Zweizoll-Schneckenextruder bei 140 bis 230 °C und einer Schneckendrehzahl von mehr als 50 Umdrehungen/Minute behandelten PVA-Schmelze entspricht, der geschmolzene Polyvinylalkoholfilm in einen Spalt zwischen den Oberflächen des Rohpapiers und eines hochglänzenden Kühlzylinders läuft und auf die extrudierte PVA-Schicht eine Tintenaufnahmeschicht aus wäßriger Lösung oder wäßriger Dispersion aufträgt.
