Claims (10)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Betonsteinen, insbesondere Pflastersteinen, Mauersteinen od. dgl., mit einem aus Grobbeton gebildeten Grundkörper und einer den Grundkörper auf der Oberseite fest abdeckenden Vorsatzschicht aus farbigem Betonmörtel, wobei der Grobbeton in ein Formwerkzeug eingefüllt und durch Rütteln, Pressen bzw. Rütteln und Pressen im Formwerkzeug verdichtet und in den abgesenkten Raum des Formwerkzeugs aus einem Vorratsbehälter auf den Grobbeton der farbige Betonmörtel aufgebracht und verdichtet wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der die Vorsatzschicht bildende Betonmörtel durch verschieden eingefärbte Schichten gebildet ist, die übereinander geschichtet im Vorratsbehälter oben gelagert werden, daß die Betonschichten gemeinsam gleichzeitig mit Teilabschnitten durch Schwerkraft im Vorratsbehälter frei abwärts bewegt und auf einen in den Bewegungsweg der Teilabschnitte einragenden und mit veränderbarem Abstand zur Wandung des Vorratsbehälters ausgebildeten Prallkörper auftreffen bzw. geführt werden und daß die Teilabschnitte durch den Prallkörper entlang von mindestens einem Umlenkbogen geführt und miteinander vermischt werden und als mehrfarbiger Betonmörtel auf den Grobbeton eine marmorierte zu verdichtende Vorsatzschicht bilden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die eingefärbten Schichten des Betonmörtels im Vorratsbehälter übereinander auf einen quer beweglichen Schieber lagern, über einen durch Längsbewegen des Schiebers zwischen Schieber und Vorratsbehälterwandung gebildeten Durchlaßschlitz durch Schwerkraft frei abwärts bewegt werden, dabei durch den Prallkörper und/oder die Umlenkbögen miteinander vermischt werden und als mehrfarbiger Betonmörtel durch ein Verschlußglied am unteren Ende des Vorratsbehälters portionsweise an das Formwerkzeug abgegeben werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 und 2, , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Formwerkzeuge für Pflaster-, Mauer- und Plattensteine mit farbigem Betonmörtel zur Bildung durchgehend gefärbten Steinen oder Platten gänzlich vollgefüllt werden und der farbige Betonmörtel nachfolgend in den Formwerkzeugen verdichtet wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von Betonsteinen, insbesondere Pflastersteinen, Mauersteinen od. dgl. nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, gekennzeichnet durch einen aufrechten trichterförmigen Vorratsbehälter (5) mit einem im Vorratsbehälter quer beweglichen Schieber (7) als Lagerelement für übereinander aufliegenden Schichten (8, 9, 10, 11) aus verschiedenfarbigem Betonmörtel, zwischen dem Schieber (7) und der Wandung des Vorratsbehälters (5) ein veränderbarer Durchlaßschlitz (7'') für durch Schwerkraft selbsttätig abwärtsbewegbare Teilabschnitte der Schichten (8, 9, 10, 11) angeordnet ist, im Abstand unterhalb des Schiebers (7) ein weiterer querbeweglicher Schieber (12) als Prall- und Führungskörper für die Teilabchnitte der Schichten (8, 9, 10, 11) im Vorratsbehälter (5) ausgebildet ist, der mit der Wandung des Vorratsbehälters (5) einen Durchlaßschlitz (17) für die Schichten (8, 9, 10, 11) bildet, die Teilabschnitte der Schichten (8, 9, 10, 11) in den Durchlaßschlitzen (7'', 17) auf Umlenkbögen führbar und vermischbar sind und daß im Abstand unterhalb des Schiebers (12)verschieb- und/oder verschwenkbar ein Verschlußglied (15) zur Steuerung einer quantitativen, portionsweisen Abgabe von farbigem Betonmörtel aus dem Vorratsbehälter (5) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schieber (7) und der Schieber (12) im Vorratsbehälter gegenläufig längsverschiebbar ausgebildet sind und Umlenkbögen für die Teilabschnitte der Schichten (8, 9, 10 und 11) mit zueinander versetzten Durchlaßschlitzen (7", 17) bilden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verschlußglied (15) und die Wandung des Vorratsbehälters (5) unten eine zum Durchlaßschlitz (17) versetzte Durchlaßöffnung (20) bilden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich zwischen dem Schieber (7) und dem Schieber (12) ein in Uhrzeigerdrehrichtung sich erstreckender Umlenkbogenfür die Teilabschnitte der farbigen Schichten (8, 9, 10 und 11) des Betonmörtels einstellt und daß anschlieβend zwischen dem Schieber (12) und dem Verschlußglied (15) ein Umlenkbogen für die Teilabschnitte der farbigen Schichten mit entgegen der Uhrzeigerdrehrichtung bildbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schieber (12) durch einen fest oder ortsveränderlich im Vorratsbehälter (5) angeordneten Prismenkörper (18), z.B. mit dreieckförmigem Querschnitt, gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Prismenkörper im Querschnitt, z.B. die Form eines gleichschenkeligen oder gleichseitigen Dreiecks aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, 7 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schieber (7) und der Schieber (12) sowie das Verschlußglied (15) durch im Vorratsbehälter verschieblich und/oder schwenkbeweglich angeordnete, ebene oder gebogene Formkörper gebildet sind.
