Claims (13)
- Verfahren zum Formen von Formteilen, gekennzeichnet durch ein Nachformen vorgeformter Formteile ausschließlich in Kanten- und Eckenbereichen durch Flüssigkeitshochdruck.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ausschließlich in Kanten- und Eckenbereichen eines Formwerkzeugteils (Formeinsatz) ausgebildete Expansionsräume mit Flüssigkeitshochdruck beaufschlagt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ausgesparte Kanten- und Eckenbereiche eines Formwerkzeugteils (Formeinsatz) ausgesparte Freiräume an Bereichen des zu verformenden Formteils anliegende, geschlossene Expansionselemente mit Flüssigkeitshochdruck beaufschlagt werden.
- Vorrichtung zum Formen von Formteilen, gekennzeichnet durch ein Formwerkzeugteil (Formeinsatz 6) mit in seinen Kanten- und Eckenbereichen konkav ausgebildeten Expansionsräumen 8.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, gekennzeichnet durch in den Expansionsräumen (8) angeordnete, geschlossene Expansionselemente (9).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Expansionselemente als Schläuche ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Expansionselemente (9) aus einem hochbelastbaren, flexiblen Polymerwerkstoff bestehen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Expansionselemente (9) aus Metall bestehen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Expansionselemente (9) in Ausrichtungen des Formwerkzeugteils (6) festgelegt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Expansionselemente (9) kraftschlüssig festgelegt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Expansionselemente formschlüssig festgelegt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Expansionselemente in Hinterschneidungen (12,13) aufweisenden Nuten (11) festgelegt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Expansionselemente (9) durch sie teilweise überdeckende am Formwerkzeug (6) befestigte Halteplatten (22) gehalten sind.
