Claims (8)
- Vorgesteuertes pneumatisches Wegeventil (10) mit einem Anschlüsse (12 - 20) aufweisenden Gehäuse (40), in dem ein in wenigstens zwei Schaltstellungen verbringbares Steuermittel Druckmittelverbindungen zwischen diesen Anschlüssen (12 - 20) steuert und mit einer das Steuermittel beaufschlagenden Vorsteuereinrichtung (22), die wahlweise mit Fremdoder mit Systemdruck ansteuerbar ist, wobei das Wegeventil (10) mit einem Wechselventil (30) zusammenwirkt, das Druckmittelverbindungen zwischen wenigstens zwei Vorsteuerkanälen (32, 34) und einem zur Vorsteuereinrichtung (22) führenden Steuerkanal (38) mit Hilfe einer Schließeinrichtung (36) schaltet, und wobei die Schließeinrichtung (36) selbsttätig und unabhängig von der Art der Druckmittelversorgung den Steuerdruck führenden Vorsteuerkanal (32, 34) mit dem Steuerkanal (38) verbindet und gleichzeitig den zur Steuerdruckführung nicht benötigten Vorsteuerkanal (32, 34) verschließt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schließeinrichtung (36) als eine in ihrer Außenkontur geschlossene Formdichtung (46) mit einem in ihrem Inneren angeordneten Schließelement ausgebildet ist, welches durch eine gelenkig an einem Abschnitt der Formdichtung (46) angeformte und vom Steuerdruck beaufschlagte Zunge (48) gebildet ist. - Vorgesteuertes pneumatisches Wegeventil nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Wechselventil (30) in das Gehäuse (40) des Wegeventils (10) eingebaut ist. - Vorgesteuertes pneumatisches Wegeventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Wechselventil (30) integraler Bestandteil eines Dichtelements (44) zwischen der Vorsteuereinrichtung (22) und dem Wegeventil (10) ist. - Vorgesteuertes pneumatisches Wegeventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schließelement (48) im Bereich seiner Anbindung an die Formdichtung (46) mit wenigstens einer Übertrittsöffnung (52) versehen ist. - Vorgesteuertes pneumatisches Wegeventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Formdichtung (46) des Dichtungselements (44) die Vorsteuerkanäle (32, 34) und den zur Vorsteuereinrichtung (22) führenden Steuerkanal (38) nach außen abdichtet. - Vorgesteuertes pneumatisches Wegeventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Vorsteuerkanäle (32, 34) fluchtend gegenüberliegen und dass der Steuerkanal (38) seitlich versetzt zu diesen Vorsteuerkanälen (32, 34) verläuft. - Vorgesteuertes pneumatisches Wegeventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schließelement (48) in den Mündungsbereich der beiden Vorsteuerkanäle (32, 34) hinein ragt und mit wenigstens einer Dichtkontur (50) zur Abdichtung der Mündungsquerschnitte versehen ist. - Vorgesteuertes pneumatisches Wegeventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1-7
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zunge (48) zentrisch an den Querschnitt der Formdichtung (46) angeformt ist.
