Claims (18)
- Schraubendrehereinsatz aus gehärtetem Stahl, mit einem Schraubkopf (4) und sich daran anschließendem Halsabschnitt (6, 6') mit Identifikations-Kennzeichnung und einer jenseits vom Halsabschnitt liegenden Drehmoment-Einbringzone (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die aufgedruckte Identifikations-Kennzeichnung in Umfangsrichtung winkelversetzt unterscheidbare oder unterscheidbar angeordnete bei einer beim Schraubvorgang auftretenden Torsion des Halsabschnittes sich verzerrende Zeichen (9, 10, 18, 20) aufweist.
- Schraubendrehereinsatz aus gehärtetem Stahl mit einem Schraubenkopf (4) und sich daran anschließendem Halsabschnitt (6, 6') mit Identifikations-Kennzeichnung und einer jenseits vom Halsabschnitt liegenden Drehmoment-Einbringzone (2), wobei die Identifikations-Kennzeichnung als an der Halswandung eng anliegende Banderole (8, 12, 16) gestaltet ist und in Umfangsrichtung winkelversetzt unterscheidbare oder unterscheidbar angeordnete Zeichen (9, 10, 18, 20) aufweist.
- Schraubwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zeichen (9, 10, 20) als Einzelzeichen, insbesondere Buchstaben oder Ziffern ausgebildet sind.
- Schraubwerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Identifikations-Kennzeichnung einem zylinderförmigen, insbesondere kreiszylinderförmigen Halsabschnitt (6, 6') zugeordnet ist.
- Schraubwerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Identifikations-Kennzeichnung winkelskaliert ist.
- Schraubwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die Identifikations-Kennzeichnung bildende Banderole (8) als Schrumpfschlauch-Abschnitt ausgebildet ist.
- Schraubwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Identifikations-Banderole (8) eine aufgespritzte Kunststoffhülse ist.
- Schraubwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Identifikations-Banderole (8) aufgewickelt ist.
- Schraubwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Identifikations-Banderole (8) bedruckt ist.
- Schraubwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Identifikations-Banderole (8) sich über den gesamten, kreiszylinderfönmigen Halsabschnitt (6) erstreckt, welcher über eine Kegelstumpffläche (7) in den Antriebsabschnitt (2) übergeht und aus welchem kopfseitig Antriebsrippen (5) entspringen.
- Schraubwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Identifikations-Banderole (8) undrehbar auf dem Halsabschnitt (6) sitzt.
- Schraubwerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halsabschnitt (6) als bei Überlast zerreißender Torsionsabschnitt ausgebildet ist.
- Schraubwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die torsionsweiche Identifikations-Banderole (8) zumindest im an den Schraubkopf (4) und an den Antriebsabschnitt (2) angrenzenden Bereich in Haftverbindung zum Stahl steht.
- Schraubwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Banderole (8, 12, 16) als Griffhandhabe ausgebildet ist.
- Schraubwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Banderole (16) faßförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Schraubwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Banderole (16) auf einen den Halsabschnitt (6) umgebenden O-Ring (17) aufgeschrumpft ist.
- Schraubwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Außendurchmesser der Banderole (12) etwa der Schlüsselweite oder dem Eckmaß des Antriebsabschnittes (2) entspricht.
- Schraubwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Banderole (8, 12, 16) in elastischer Kraftanlage auf dem Halsabschnitt (6, 6') sitzt.
