Definitions
- the invention relates to a foldable transport container for loading ships, railway wagons or Trucks.
- Transport containers of the type mentioned serve the Transport of goods or materials. These are essentially a rectangular container that has several Meters long, deep and high. The typical dimensions for a container as used for ships at a few meters. Such a container consists of Stability generally made of metal.
- the object of the invention is to provide a collapsible container of the type mentioned, which for practical use is stable enough.
- the walls of the demanding transport container are pivotally connected to each other so that the container can be folded or folded.
- the bottom of the container is with a side longitudinal wall of the container pivotally connected.
- the wall that forms the container ceiling is also with the second lateral longitudinal wall pivotally connected.
- a The front wall of the container can be swiveled on one of the two side longitudinal walls, on the floor or on the ceiling of the Containers pivotally attached. Behaves in the same way it with the other end wall. It is essential that not the walls are folded for themselves.
- the walls themselves have no hinges or foldable Fastenings on. They are therefore very stable. in the when opened, the walls stabilize each other in terms of their relative position to each other. Overall, it becomes a mechanically stable, foldable Transport container provided. This shows the minimal required number of swiveling fastenings. This is one reason for the stability achieved.
- two opposite walls of the container Guide rails for such container walls that are pivotally connected to these walls. Will the Folded containers, so the aforementioned hinged walls through the guide rails guided. These guidance facilities ensure that the container is constructed reproducibly or can be folded.
- the Guide device includes this continuous, parallel grooves arranged to each other as a guide rail.
- Each Rille interacts with a guide bar, which on corresponding end of the wall guided by the rail is appropriate.
- the guide groove runs continuously, i.e. over the entire length or width of the container wall in question. It will be so avoided that a depression through the guide groove is present, in which impurities permanently settle can. Since the guide groove is continuous, you can Impurities easily come out of the groove or be washed out.
- Guide device In an advantageous embodiment of the Guide device are on one or more wheels Guide bars attached to the guide roller work together.
- the wheels run in the guide groove.
- the Guiding is particularly easy. Friction losses are avoided. The structure of the container or that Collapsing such is then effortless possible.
- the sophisticated container means to get the container out a folded state in the assembled state to move and vice versa.
- These funds include especially telescopic devices that the two Walls with the guide rails can move so that only the distance between the two walls changes. In particular the parallel position of the walls to each other remains in motion. One wall is therefore only raised or lowered. It is particularly useful that forces practically exclusively parallel to the lifting movement or Lowering movement can be exercised. The direction of the force corresponds to the direction of the movement performed one wall relative to the other.
- the telescopic means are especially at the corner points of the two walls concerned (e.g. floor and ceiling).
- the powers will preferably hydraulically transmitted to the required Ensure accuracy of movement.
- the desired Movement can then be particularly precise and reliable respectively.
- telescopic movement means in particular on four edges of the container arranged parallel to one another. Then advantageously point to the telescopic means delimiting walls recesses that the telescopic movement means in the unfolded Record condition. This prevents the telescopic moving means in the assembled state protrude and then easily by bumps and the like can be damaged.
- the Swivel connections between walls designed so that if required, space is provided in the swiveled-in state is moved into the other walls if necessary become. This is achieved by providing protruding edges on which swivel connections are attached.
- the swiveling attached wall is parallel to the assembled Telescopic arm of the movement means arranged.
- the lever is pivotable substantially perpendicular to the aforementioned fortified wall attached. This measure will achieved that the wall is completely vertical in the Unfolds relationship to the wall on which it can be pivoted is attached when the container is unfolded.
- the lever is advantageously part of one Wall recess for receiving the telescopic Movement means in the unfolded state of the Containers.
- interlocking devices which cover the walls Suitable when unfolded or swung out lock together. The stability of the container in the unfolded condition is further ensured.
- the telescopic movement elements are particularly so designed so that they can extend from 0.60 m to 1.80 m. These dimensions are typical for the container when folded or in the assembled state.
- the End walls so pivotally attached that they both after can be folded inside as well as outside. she are folded in when the container is folded up. They will fold out, if the container is loaded. The loading then takes place via the end walls of the container.
- Fig. 1 shows a side view of a foldable Containers.
- a floor is shown Wall 1 and wall 2 of a foldable serving as ceiling Containers.
- the ceiling 2 is a lateral longitudinal wall 3 foldable or swivel connected.
- With the bottom 1 is another side longitudinal wall 4 pivotally connected.
- the bottom 1 has a protruding edge on one side 5 on.
- the swivel connection with the side longitudinal wall 4 is attached to this protruding edge 5.
- the blanket 2 also has a protruding edge 6 which the protruding edge 5 is diagonally opposite. At the protruding edge 6 is the pivotable connection to the lateral longitudinal wall 3 attached.
- Gaps for the inclusion of lateral Longitudinal walls are provided in the collapsed state.
- On the side longitudinal wall 3 is adjacent to pivotable connection acting as a lever protruding edge 7 vertically attached to the outside points.
- the side wall 4 is a Lever 8 provided.
- a hydraulically operated one telescopic movement element 9 is with the free end of the lever 7 connected at one end.
- the connection can also be pivotable to allow room for movement to provide.
- the other end of the telescopic Movement means 9 can be pivoted on the floor 1, for example attached.
- a telescopic Movement means 10 with the lever 8 and with the ceiling 2 connected.
- Fig. 2 illustrates the pivotable connection between a lateral longitudinal wall 3 and one pivotable thereon attached side end wall 13.
- the end wall 13 can can be folded by 180 ° around the swivel connection 14.
- the Swivel connection 14 is on a protruding edge 15 appropriate. By providing the protruding edge 15 space is provided in the folded state, which for the inclusion of the side end wall 13 in the Condition is provided.
- 3 is the unfolded Condition shown.
- the end wall 13 is made in this way opened when the container is in the assembled state is loaded.
- Fig. 3 shows a plan view of the base plate 1.
- Die Base plate 1 has groove-shaped recesses 16 which extend over the entire width of the base plate 1.
- the grooves 16 serve to guide the side wall 3 Guide web 17, which at the corresponding end of the side Longitudinal wall 3 is attached, has at the free end or several impellers 18. These wheels 18 roll in the Guide groove 16.
- the wall 3 is in this way during of opening and closing the container.
- the groove 16 extends across the entire width of the wall, so Contaminants can be easily swept out to the side can.
- Fig. 4 shows an external view of a lateral longitudinal wall 3.
- This lateral longitudinal wall 4 has recesses 19, those for the inclusion of the telescopic movement elements 9 are provided in the opened state. It will be so avoided that the telescopic movement elements in protrude and then slightly damaged could become.
- the ceiling of the recess 19 also serves as lever 7, which is shown here in supervision.
- the wall has containers and pivoting elements 20 and 21. These can be opened or unfolded. in the individual are in particular containers for water, Medicines and food provided. Furthermore, a Folding bed, a folding chair or a folding table be folded out. A container with the aforementioned Containers or folding elements are used in the Disaster. The container is collapsed Condition transported and set up at the scene. Emergency accommodation is available very quickly.
