Claims (10)
- Fernsteuerbare Zugangskontrolleinrichtung, insbesondere für ein Kraftfahrzeug miteiner stationären Sende- und Empfangseinrichtung (6), die bei Betätigen eines Auslösemittels (8) ein Fragecodesignal aussendet, ein von einem tragbaren Transponder (1) erzeugtes Codesignal empfängt und bei Übereinstimmung des Codesignals mit einem internen Sollcodesignal ein Entriegelungssignal an eine Entriegelungseinheit (9) abgibt,wobei der Transponder (1) ein manuell betätigbares Betätigungselement (3) aufweist, bei dessen Betätigung der Transponder (1) ein Codesignal aussendet,
daß die Sende- und Empfangseinrichtung (6) diese Information bei der Entscheidung über die Erzeugung des Entriegelungssignals berücksichtigt. - Zugangskontrolleinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Information einen Teil des Codesignals bildet.
- Zugangskontrolleinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Information eine dem Codesignal hinzugefügte Kennung ist.
- Zugangskontrolleinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Information in einer entsprechenden Anzahl von Wiederholungen des Aussendens des Codesignals besteht.
- Zugangskontrolleinrichtung nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Transponder (1) als Reaktion auf den Empfang eines Fragecodesignals ein anderes Codesignal als bei Betätigung des Betätigungselements (3) sendet.
- Zugangskontrolleinrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sende- und Empfangseinrichtung (6) zwei unterschiedliche Sollcodesignale speichert oder generiert, von denen das eine nach Aussenden eines Fragecodesignals für den Vergleich mit einem vom Transponder (1) gesendeten Codesignal eingesetzt wird, und das andere Sollcodesignal für einen Vergleich mit einem ohne vorheriges Aussenden des Fragecodesignals empfangenen Codesignal herangezogen wird.
- Zugangskontrolleinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sende- und Empfangeinrichtung eine Zeitgeberfunktion aufweist und nur solche Antwortcodesignale auswertet, die innerhalb eines durch die Zeitgeberfunktion vorgegebenen Zeitintervalls nach Aussenden eines Fragecodesignals empfangen worden sind.
- Zugangskontrolleinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sende- und Empfangeinrichtung nach Empfang eines richtigen Antwortcodesignales erneut ein Fragecodesignal aussendet und ein als Reaktion hierauf vom Transponder erhaltenes Antwortcodesignal überprüft, wobei dieser Vorgang gegebenenfalls mehrfach wiederholbar ist.
- Zugangskontrolleinrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich das oder die Fragecodesignale und/oder das oder die Antwortcodesignale, die bei der Wiederholung des Frage- und Antwortcodesignalsendezyklus gesendet werden, von dem bei dem ersten Zyklus gesendeten Fragecodesignal und/oder Antwortcodesignal unterscheiden.
- Tragbarer Transponder (1), insbesondere Kraftfahrzeug-Schlüssel, zur Verwendung in einer Zugangskontrolleinrichtung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit einem Sender/Empfänger (4) und einem manuell betätigbaren Betätigungselement (3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Transponder (1) derart ausgelegt ist, daß er bei Empfang eines Fragecodesignals ein Codesignal, gegebenenfalls mit einer zusätzlichen Information, sendet, das bzw. die sich von dem nach Betätigen des Betätigungselements (3) gesendeten Codesignal und/oder der diesem hinzugefügten Information unterscheidet.
