Claims (10)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung gefalteter, gebundener Druckerzeugnisse (1) umfassend eine Mehrzahl von Druckprodukten (3), in demein Vorprodukt (2) derart sequentiell bedruckt wird, dass eine Folge nacheinanderfolgend anzuordnender Druckprodukte (3) erzeugt wird,das Vorprodukt (2) eine Schwächungslinie (4) aufweist oder die Druckprodukte (3) mit einer Schwächungslinie (4) versehen werden,und die Druckprodukte (3) zusammengetragen, gefaltet und gebunden werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Vorprodukt (2) als Papierbahn zugeführt und bedruckt wird und anschliessend zu einzelnen Druckprodukten (3) geschnitten wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckprodukte (3) als flacher oder sattelförmiger Stapel zusammengetragen und anschliessend geheftet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf die Vorprodukte (2) ein Steuerzeichen aufgedruckt wird, um die Druckprodukte (3) zumindest teilweise individuell zu kennzeichnen.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Druckprodukt (3) zwei gegenseitig beabstandete Schwächungslinien (4a,4b) angebracht werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gegenseitige Abstand der Schwächungslinien (4a,4b) bei nacheinander folgenden Druckprodukten (3) vergrössert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass den zusammengetragenen Druckprodukten (3) vor dem Binden ein Umschlag angelegt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest eine Kante des Druckerzeugnisses (1) geschnitten wird.
- Gefaltetes Druckerzeugnis (1) umfassend eine Mehrzahl von Druckprodukten (3), wobei zumindest die im äusseren Bereich des Druckerzeugnisses (1) angeordneten Druckprodukte (3) zwei in Richtung des Falzes (5) verlaufende, beabstandet angeordnete Schwächungslinien (4a,4b) aufweisen.
- Gefaltetes Druckerzeugnis (1) nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gegenseitige Abstand der Schwächungslinien (4a,4b) eines Druckproduktes (3) von im inneren Bereich angeordneten Druckprodukten (3) zu den im äusseren Bereich angeordneten Druckprodukten (3) hin zunimmt.
