Claims (19)
- Verfahren zum Umformen mindestens eines Werkstücks unter Flüssigkeits-Hochdruck mittels eines Umformwerkzeugs mit einem Werkzeug-Ober- und einem Werkzeug-Unterteil, wobei das Werkstück beim Druckaufbau zunächst randseitig eingespannt gehalten wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Endphase des Umformens zu der gewünschten Endform des Werkstücks (Kalibrieren) der Randbereich des Werkstücks freigegeben wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei zwei Werkstücke gemeinsam mit Flüssigkeits-Hochdruck bei Aufschlag in entgegengesetzten Richtungen verformt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beide Werkstücke zunächst unter Zwischenlage eines Distanzelementes randseitig verspannt sind.
- Vorrichtung zum Umformen mindestens eines Werkstücks unter Flüssigkeits-Hochdruck mittels eines Umformwerkzeugs mit einem Werkzeug-Ober- und einem Werkzeugunterteil, die das Werkstück in Randbereichen unter Zulassung eines Werkstoffflusses einspannen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Umformwerkzeug (21) durch ein von diesem getrenntes Druckgehäuse (2) umgeben ist und dass ein Teil (Unterteil 3) des Drückgehäuses (2) an der Innenseite eine umlaufende Ausnehmung (8) aufweist und dass ein anderes Teil (Oberteil 4) des Drückgehäuses (2) einen in die Ausnehmung (8) eingreifenden Vorsprung (9) begrenzter Stärke aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, gekennzeichnet durch eine Dichtung zwischen einander zugewandten. Stirnflächen der Teile (3,4) des Druckgehäuses (2).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einander zugewandten Stirnflächen der Teile (3,4) des Druckgehäuses (2) Nuten (7,7a) ausgebildet sind, in die die Dichtung (6) eingreifen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung (6) eine Dichtung aus massivem, elastischem Material ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung (6) eine mit Druckmittel auffüllbare Schlauchdichtung ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Hochdruckumformen nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen Ober- und Unterteil (24,26) des Umformwerkzeugs (21) ein Distanzring (27) angeordnet ist, so dass ein Werkstück zwischen einem Teil (24 oder 26) des Werkzeugs (21) und dem Distanzring (27) einspannbar ist, und ggf. ein weiteres Werkstück zwischen dem Distanzring (27) und dem anderen Teil (26 oder 24) des Werkzeugs (21) einspannbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Distanzring (27) einen Einfülleinlass (32) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einfülleinlass (32) des Distanzringes (27) mit einem Einfülldurchlass (13) des Druckgehäuses bei geschlossenem Druckgehäuse (2) und Werkzeug (21) fluchtet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, gekennzeichnet durch eine dichte Verbindung zwischen Einlass (32) des Distanzringes (27) und Durchlass (13) des Druckgehäuses (2) herstellende Buchse (33).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Ober- und Unterseite des Distanzringes (27) zumindest teilweise nicht parallel zueinander verlaufen und/oder nicht eben sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 12, gekennzeichnet durch sich durch die Wandung des Druckgehäuses (2) erstreckenden, verschließbaren Entleerauslass (12), welches funktionell auch als zusätzliche Befülleinrichtung für das Druckgehäuse nutzbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Werkzeug (21) unter Zwischenlage von Distanzplatten (29) im Druckgehäuse (2) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Antriebseinrichtungen zum Bewegen von Werkzeugteilen (Werkzeugoberteil 26, ggf. Distanzplatte 29) einerseits und Gehäuseteilen (Gehäuseoberteil 4) voneinander getrennte Einrichtung'sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mittels der Antriebseinrichtungen für Werkzeugoberteil und Ziehsicken auf dem Distanzring auch beidseitig ein unterschiedlicher Werkstofffluss zwischen oberem und unterem Werkstück realisierbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebseinrichtung (Presseinrichtung) für das Gehäuse (2) eine größere Schließkraft aufweist, als die Antriebseinrichtung für das Werkzeug (21).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schließkraft des Werkzeugs (21) einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein geringes vertikales Spiel bei geschlossenem Werkzeug, einschließlich gegebenenfalls Distanzringen und -platten sowie Werkstücken innerhalb des Druckgehäuses (2) gegeben ist.
