- Fig. 2
- in einem zweiten Ausführungsbeispiel eine Vorrichtung zur Kontaktierung, dessen elektrischen Bauteile teilweise in das Rahmenteil integriert sind.
Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zur Kontaktierung eines Motorsteuergerätes mit Sromverbrauchern, insbesondere Aktuatoren einer elektromagnetischen Ventilsteuerung, von Brennkraftmaschinen, wobei die Brennkraftmaschine einen Zylinderkopf aufweist, der einen ersten Gehäuseteil und mindestens einen, an den ersten Gehäuseteil angeflanschten weiteren Gehäuseteil umfaßt, und wobei die Kontaktierung des Motorsteuergerätes mit den Stromverbrauchern mittels elektrischer Bauteile durch den weiteren Gehäuseteil erfolgt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die elektrischen Bauteile (12, 12') zur Kontaktierung wenigstens teilweise in dem weiteren Gehäuseteil (3b, 3b') integriert sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die elektrischen Bauteile Leistungsendstufen (12, 12'), Leitungen und Steckeraufnahmen umfassen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das weitere Gehäuseteil (3b, 3b') ein Rahmenteil bildet, das zwischen dem ersten den Zylinderkopf bildenden Gehäuseteil (3a) und einem eine Zylinderkopfhaube bildenden dritten Gehäuseteil vorgesehen ist, wobei die elektrischen Bauteile (12, 12') mindestens teilweise in das Rahmenteil (3b, 3b') integriert sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das weitere Gehäuseteil eine Zylinderkopfhaube bildet, in das die elektrischen Bauteile (12, 12') mindestens teilweise integriert sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Leitungen und die Steckeraufnahmen in das weitere Gehäuseteil (3b') integriert sind und die Leistungsendstufen (12') an dem Gehäuseteil (3b') angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das weitere Gehäuseteil (3b, 3b') bzw. die Leistungsendstufen (12, 12') über mindestens ein Kabel mit dem Motorsteuergerät verbunden ist bzw. sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Stromverbraucher (1, 2) jeweils mindestens eine Leitung (17, 18) mit Stecker (13, 14, 14') aufweisen, wobei der Stecker (14, 14') in die Steckeraufnahme des weiteren Gehäuseteils (3b, 3b') einsteckbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in das Rahmenteil (3b, 3b') eine dem Zylinderkopf (3a) zugewandte Dichtleiste und/oder eine der Zylinderkopfhaube zugewandte Dichtleiste eingebracht ist.
