Claims (16)
- Magnetsteller (10, 50) für einen Nockenwellenversteller, mit einem Gehäusegrundkörper (12), mit an dem Gehäusegrundkörper (12) vorgesehenen Aufnahmeabschnitten (18) zur Aufnahme von wenigstens einem Magnetkörper (20), wobei der Magnetkörper (20) zur Betätigung eines koaxial zur Nockenwelle angeordneten, die Verstellung der Nockenwelle bewirkenden Stellmittels vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gehäusegrundkörper (12) aus Kunststoff, insbesondere glasfaserverstärktem Kunststoff, ist und dass an den Kunststoff angeordnet oder in den Kunststoff eingespritzt Leiterbahnen (28, 56) vorgesehen sind, die einen zentralen elektrischen Anschluss (32) mit dem wenigstens einen Magnetkörper (20) und/oder mit die Verstellung bzw. die Bewegung der Nockenwelle erfassenden Sensorelementen (24) verbinden.
- Magnetsteller (10, 50) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gehäusegrundkörper (12) Taschen (22, 54) zur Aufnahme der Sensorelemente (24) aufweist.
- Magnetsteller (10, 50) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberflächengestaltung der Taschen (22, 54) im Wesentlichen dem Negativ der Topographie der Sensorelemente (24) entspricht.
- Magnetsteller (50) nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Taschen (54) im Bereich zwischen zwei Aufnahmeabschnitten (18) liegen.
- Magnetsteller (10, 50) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sensorelemente (24) auf einer Leiterplatine (26, 52) angeordnet sind.
- Magnetsteller (50) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Sensorelemente (24), vorzugsweise alle Sensorelemente (24), auf einer Leiterplatine (52) angeordnet sind.
- Magnetsteller (50) nach Anspruch 4 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gehäusegrundkörper eine Aufnahme (54) für die Leiterplatine (52) aufweist.
- Magnetsteller (50) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahme (54) im Bereich zwischen zwei Aufnahmeabschnitten (18) liegt.
- Magnetsteller (10, 50) nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Leiterbahnen (28, 52) von dem zentralen Anschluss (32) zur Aufnahme (22, 54) erstrecken und die Leiterplatine (26, 52) kontaktieren.
- Magnetsteller (50) nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leiterbahnen (56) mit den Magnetkörpern (20) über die Leiterplatine (52) elektrisch verbunden sind.
- Magnetsteller (50) nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Magnetkörper (20) elektrische Anschlussmittel (62) aufweisen, die sich bis hin zur Aufnahme (54) erstrecken und die Leiterplatine (52) kontaktieren.
- Magnetsteller (50) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sämtliche Leiterbahnen (56) parallel nebeneinander verlaufen und vorzugsweise in einer Ebene liegen.
- Magnetsteller (50) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sensorelemente (24) koaxial zur Längsachse des Magnetkörpers (20) verlaufen.
- Magnetsteller (10, 50) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Sensorelement (24) jeweils ein mit dem jeweiligen Stellmittel bzw. mit der jeweiligen Nockenwelle drehfest gekoppeltes Geberrad (64) erfasst.
- Magnetsteller (50) nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Geberrad (64) als Stanzund/oder Biegeteil ausgebildet ist.
- Magnetsteller (50) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Magnetkörper (20) als Druckmagnet ausgebildet ist.
