Claims (10)
- Bedientastatur (1), insbesondere für eine Kraftfahrzeug - Klimaanlage, die frontseitig in ein Armaturenbrett (2) einbaubar ist, bestehend aus einem Gehäuse (3), in dem eine elektrische und elektronische Bauteile aufweisende Leiterplatte (6) angeordnet ist, wobeimehrere Tasten (4) der Tastatur (1) auf Schalter (5) der Leiterplatte (6) einwirken,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Tasten (4) von der Bedienseite her mit Führungsansätzen (7) auf Führungsstempel (10) aufgeschoben und jeweils innerhalb einer Verrastung (11) gehalten sind, die eine Verstellung der Taste (4) innerhalb zweier Anschläge (12, 13) begrenzt, wobei der von der Taste (4) betätigte Schalter (5) innerhalb der Verstellung ein- und ausschaltet, und daßdie Führungsansätze (7) und Führungsstempel (10) durch Ausnehmungen (15, 16) der Leiterplatte (6) und einer Trägerplatte (17) hindurchragen. - Bedientastatur nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Führungsstempel (10) und Führungsansatz (7) eine Schwalbenschwanzführung (14) bilden.
- Bedientastatur nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verrastung (11) durch einen Sperransatz (20) auf dem Führungsstempel (10) und eine Ausnehmung (21) in dem Führungsansatz (7) gebildet ist, wobei der Sperransatz (20) unter elastischer Verformung der Führungsansatzwandung in die Ausnehmung (21) einrastet.
- Bedientastatur nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit dem Schalter (5) kontaktierende Tastenflächen (22) der Tasten (4) in einem Tastenrahmen (23) bestehen.
- Bedientastatur nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die frontseitig sichtbaren Tastenflächenwände (24) den Tastenrahmen (23) überragen und in Tastenführungsausnehmungen (25) einer Gehäusefrontwandung (26) geführt sind.
- Bedientaststur nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leiterplatte (6) von der Trägerplatte (17) getragen wird, die mit Klippsansätzen (27) in einen Gehäuserahmen (30) eingesetzt und in Klippsschlitzen (31) des Gehäuserahmens (30) gehalten ist.
- Bedientastatur nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trägerplatte (17) mit umgebogenen Greifansätzen (32) ein LCD-Element (33) hält, das über verspannte Leitgummistücke (34) mit Leitern der Leiterplatte (3) kontaktiert ist.
- Bedientastatur nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trägerplatte (17) einen den Gehäuserahmen (30) umgreifenden Federansatz (35) aufweist, der in das Armaturenbrett (2) bei eingesetzter Bedientastatur (1) durch die Armaturenbrettwandung eingefedert ist und diese Armaturenbrettwandung mit einer komplementären Hakenausbildung (36) umklammert, wobei die entgegengesetzte andere Seite des Gehäuserahmens (30) mit einem Steckeraufnahmeteil (37) und der Gehäusefrontwandung (26) eine Aufnahmenut (38) für die Armaturenbrettwandung bildet.
- Bedientastatur nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die umgebogenen Greifansätze (32) an beiderseits der Trägerplatte (17) angebogene Winkelansätze (40) bestehen, wobei Ausnehmungen (41) im Biegebereich (42) so angeordnet sind, daß Schenkelansätze (43, 44) oberhalb und unterhalb des Biegebereichs (42) bestehen, so daß die Schenkelansätze (43, 44) die Winkelansätze (40) gegenüber Gehäuserahmenwänden (45) parallel ausrichten.
- Bedientastatur nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trägerplatte (17) in den Ausnehmungen (16), durch welche die Führungsstempel (10) hindurchragen, angebogene Arretierflächen (46) aufweisen, an denen sich die Leiterplatte (17) abstützt.
