Claims (3)

  1. Machine pour fabrication de glace en copeaux
    avec un rouleau d'évaporation (1) cylindrique,
    avec un engrenage ou un moteur à engrenage avec entraínement électrique du rouleau d'évaporation,
    avec une machine frigorifique également à entraínement électrique, par laquelle le réfrigérant est guidé à travers le rouleau d'évaporation (1),
    avec une cuve à évaporation (2) pouvant être remplie d'eau, dans laquelle le rouleau d'évaporation (1) est disposé de façon rotative, pour l'humectation du rouleau d'évaporation avec de l'eau,
    avec un dispositif pour la séparation (5) de la glace en copeaux de la surface périphérique (4) du rouleau d'évaporation et
    avec un dispositif de commande électrique pour l'entraínement du cylindre d'évaporation ou de la machine frigorifique,
    caractérisé
    en ce qu'il est prévu comme transmetteur de signaux pour le dispositif de commande du rouleau d'évaporation ou de la machine frigorifique un capteur, dont la grandeur de mesure est influencée par le temps de remplissage de la cuve à évaporation, par l'épaisseur de la couche de glace sur le rouleau d'évaporation et par le niveau de remplissage d'eau de la cuve à évaporation, et
    en ce que le dispositif de commande déconnecte l'entraínement de la machine frigorifique et l'entraínement du rouleau d'évaporation lorsqu'on n'a pas de variation des valeurs mesurées du capteur ou lorsque les valeurs mesurées du capteur sont situées en dehors de limites prédéfinies.
  2. Machine pour fabrication de glace en copeaux selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la grandeur mesurée enregistrée par le capteur est la variation du niveau de remplissage d'eau dans la cuve d'évaporation (2) en fonction du temps.
  3. Machine pour fabrication de glace en copeaux selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le capteur comprend un interrupteur à flotteur (6) disposé sur la cuve à évaporation (2).
