Claims (5)

  1. Kaltgewalztes Stahlblech mit exzellenter Formbarkeit, Flächenzurichtbarkeit und Eindellwiderstandsfähigkeit, umfassend 0,005 bis 0,015 Gew.-% an C, 0,01 bis 0,2 Gew.-% an Si, 0,45 bis 1,5 Gew.-% an Mn, 0,01 bis 0,07 Gew.-% an P, 0,006 bis 0,015 Gew.-% an S, 0,01 bis 0,08 Gew.-% an festem Al, nicht mehr als 0,004 Gew.-% an N, nicht mehr als 0,003 Gew.-% an O, 0,04 bis 0,23 Gew.-% an Nb, wobei die Mengen an Nb und C das Verhältnis erfüllen, das in Formel (1) angegeben ist, und einen Rest an Fe und unvermeidliche Unreinheiten, wobei das kaltgewalzte Stahlblech das Verhältnis erfüllt, das in Formel (2) angegeben ist: 1 , 0 ( Nb % × 12 ) / C % × 93 3 , 0

    wobei 0,002 < ε ≤ 0,096 ist, ε eine reale Spannung darstellt, σ0.2 eine 0,2%-Dehngrenze darstellt, und σ eine reale Spannung in Bezug auf ε darstellt;
    und der Stahl einen mittleren r-Wert, der das Verhältnis: 1,8 ≤ r-Wert ≤ 2,2 erfüllt, und eine Zugfestigkeit von 340 MPa oder darüber hat.
  2. Kaltgewalztes Stahlblech mit exzellenter Formbarkeit, Flächenzurichtbarkeit und Eindellwiderstandsfähigkeit nach Anspruch 1, darüber hinaus 0,0001 bis 0,002 Gew.-% an B umfassend.
  3. Schmelzzinkbeschichtetes Stahlblech mit exzellenter Formbarkeit, Flächenzurichtbarkeit und Eindellwiderstandsfähigkeit, das erhalten wird, indem eine Verzinkung auf das in Anspruch 1 oder 2 definierte kaltgewalzte Stahlblech aufgebracht wird.
  4. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines in Anspruch 1 oder 2 definierten kaltgewalzten Stahlblechs mit exzellenter Formbarkeit, Flächenzurichtbarkeit und Eindellwiderstandsfähigkeit, die folgenden Schritte umfassend:
    Vorbereiten eines Schmelzstahls und kontinuierliches Gießen des Stahls;
    Anwenden einer Warmwalzbearbeitung, und zwar so, dass ein Endwalzvorgang bei (Ar3 - 100)°C oder darüber erfolgt, um ein warmgewalztes Stahlband zu bilden, und das gewalzte Stahlband bei 500 bis 700°C aufgerollt wird; und
    kontinuierliches Anwenden einer Kaltwalzbearbeitung auf das warmgewalzte Stahlband und einer Temperbehandlung auf das kaltgewalzte Stahlband, wobei die Temperbehandlung innerhalb eines Rekristallisationstemperaturbereichs der Ferritphase durchgeführt wird.
  5. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines in Anspruch 3 definierten verzinkten Stahlblechs, wobei das Stahlblech von exzellenter Formbarkeit, Flächenzurichtbarkeit und Eindellwiderstandsfähigkeit ist, die folgenden Schritte umfassend:
    Vorbereiten eines Schmelzstahls und kontinuierliches Gießen des Stahls;
    Anwenden einer Warmwalzbearbeitung, und zwar so, dass ein Endwalzvorgang bei (Ar3 - 100)°C oder darüber erfolgt, um ein warmgewalztes Stahlband zu bilden, und das gewalzte Stahlband bei 500 bis 700°C aufgerollt wird; und
    kontinuierliches Anwenden einer Kaltwalzbearbeitung auf das warmgewalzte Stahlband und einer Temperbehandlung und Verzinkungsbehandlung auf das kaltgewalzte Stahlband, wobei die Temperbehandlung innerhalb eines Rekristallisationstemperaturbereichs der Ferritphase durchgeführt wird.
