Claims (6)
- Warmkammer-Druckgießmaschine zur Verarbeitung von Magnesium-Schmelzen, mit einem Gießbehälter (3) mit einer Steigbohrung (4), mit einem konusartigen Mundstück (5) und mit einer an das Mundstück angesetzten Düse (8), sowie mit einer induktiv arbeitenden Heizeinrichtung, die mit Mittelfrequenz oder mit einer an der unteren Grenze der Hochfrequenz liegenden Frequenz betrieben ist, wobei ein Ringinduktor (20) in der Ebene der Abdeckung (2) des Tiegels (1) für die Schmelze um den Hals des Gießbehälters (3) gelegt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ringinduktor (20) aus einem biegbaren Rohr (21) aus elastischem Material besteht, das einen einteiligen Ring bildet, der an einer Stelle (24) offen und dort mit den Anschlüssen (25, 25a) für Energie und für durchströmende Kühlluft versehen ist.
- Warmkammer-Druckgießmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Elastizität des Rohrringes (20) so groß ist, daß er an der offenen Stelle (24) mindestens um das Maß (a) des Durchmessers (d) des Gießbehälters (3) im Bereich der Tiegelabdeckung (2) aufbiegbar und seitlich auf den Hals (19) des Gießbehälters (3) aufschiebbar ist.
- Warmkammer-Druckgießmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rohr ein Flachrohr (21) ist, das um eine parallel zu seinen größeren Seitenflächen verlaufende Achse (30) gebogen ist.
- Warmkammer-Druckgießmaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine der größeren Seitenflächen des Flachrohres (21) mit einem Trägerband (22) verbunden ist.
- Warmkammer-Druckgießmaschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Trägerband (22) und Flachrohr (21) mit einem Isoliergewebe (23) zur thermischen und elektrischen Isolation umgeben sind.
- Warmkammer-Druckgießmaschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Isoliergewebe aus einem Band (23a) besteht, das um das Flachrohr (21) und das Trägerband (22) wendelförmig herumgewickelt ist.
