Claims (1)

  1. Procédé pour le bourrage d'une voie ferrée (6) à l'aide d'un système de mesure de position de voie ferrée (14) avec une ligne de mesure (16) formée d'un faisceau lumineux, qui est déterminée par deux points de référence de mesure (A, B) qui sont respectivement constitués par un organe palpeur (27, 28) pouvant rouler sur la voie ferrée (6) au moyen de galets à boudin (19, 21), le premier point de référence de mesure (A) étant situé à l'avant de la machine (1) dans le sens de fonctionnement et le deuxième point de référence de mesure (B) étant situé entre les boggies (2) de la machine (1), et dans une première avance de la machine, les déplacements relatifs (33) étant enregistrés entre la ligne de mesure stationnaire (16) et le point de référence de mesure (B) moyennant le tracé d'une courbe de position réelle (32) de la voie ferrée (6) et, dans une deuxième avance de la machine, la voie ferrée (6) étant bourrée dans la position prescrite moyennant l'enregistrement des déplacements relatifs (33) correspondant aux valeurs de correction déterminées (34), caractérisé par les particularités suivantes :
    a) l'acquisition de la ligne de mesure (16) est réalisée par une caméra linéaire bidimensionnelle ;
    b) les déplacements relatifs (33) sont mémorisés dans une unité de commande et de calcul (18) en association avec une mesure de la distance parcourue ;
    c) sur la base de la courbe de position réelle mesurée (32), l'unité de commande et de calcul (18) trace une courbe de position prescrite (35) et détermine les valeurs de correction (34) correspondantes ;
    d) pour effectuer la correction de position de la voie ferrée, la voie ferrée (6) est déplacée en hauteur et latéralement par le groupe de levage et de dressage (9) jusqu'à ce que ce point de mesure soit localisé sur la caméra linéaire bidimensionnelle (23), ce qui donne la valeur de correction calculée (34) par rapport à la position réelle.
