Elément d'appui agencé sous la forme d'une pièce moulée par injection en élastomère, pour un support de rembourrage notamment ventilé sur le côté arrière, comme par exemple un coussin, un matelas ou analogue de surface de sièges ou de lits et qui, équipé d'une base, peut être fixé sur un support et possède un plateau d'appui logeant le rembourrage, et dans lequel entre la base (11) et le plateau d'appui (15; 20; 25; 40; 50; 60; 70) sont prévus au moins deux éléments de ressorts, qui s'étendent à partir de la base (11) et comportent des bras d'appui (12; 22) de forme de ressorts à lames, comportant une course élastique dirigée dans la direction de la force d'appui agissante et dont les extrémités extérieures respectives débouchent dans le plateau d'appui (15; 20; 25; 40; 50; 60; 70), caractérisé en ce que pour établir une compensation dans le cas de positions en hauteur différentes de manière qu'après le montage tous les plateaux d'appui soient situés dans un plan, l'élément d'appui est équipé d'une plaque de base (11.1) ou d'un corps de base (11.2) possédant une hauteur permettant cette compensation, ainsi que de quatre bras d'appui (12; 22), qui sont dirigés vers l'extérieur, s'étendent à partir de cette plaque de base ou de ce corps de base et sont disposés avec symétrie de révolution, en étant disposés à une distance régulière de 120° ou de 90°, ces bras d'appui (12; 22) possédant au moins des constantes d'élasticité identiques et étant moulés par injection en un élastomère de haute qualité.
  2. Elément d'appui selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les bras d'appui en forme de ressorts à lames (11; 22) comportent des ressorts ondulés (13) disposés sur leur étendue.
  3. Elément d'appui selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le plateau d'appui (15; 20; 25; 40; 50; 60; 70) est formé de plusieurs surfaces d'appui (14; 24), qui sont couplées au moyen d'éléments de ressorts de telle sorte que se trouve établie une compensation de la course dirigée vers l'extérieur et apparaissant lors de l'abaissement des surfaces d'appui (14; 24), les éléments de ressort d'accouplement étant agencés à cet effet sous la forme de ressorts de type OMEGA (23) ou de ressorts ondulés qui relient ces surfaces d'appui (14; 24).
  4. Elément d'appui selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de base (11.1) ou le corps de base (11.2) possède, pour la fixation au moyen de vis ou de chevilles au support, un ou deux trous (26; 29) qui sont diamétralement opposées par rapport au centre de la plaque de base (11; 21).
  5. Elément d'appui selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de base (11.1) ou le corps de base (11.2) possède, pour la fixation sur un organe de retenue en forme de T (86, 87) sur le support, un trou central (26; 29) comportant un côté aplati ou deux côtés aplatis réciproquement en vis-à-vis (29.1)
  6. Elément d'appui selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de base (11.1) ou le corps de base (11.2) comporte, pour la fixation au support, une pince (28), qui coopère avec une pièce antagoniste du support, ayant une conformation correspondante.
  7. Elément d'appui selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de base (11.1) ou le corps de fixation (11.2) possède, pour la fixation à un support, des barrettes en forme de crochets, qui sont agencées en étant étirées ou cintrées en forme d'arc de cercle et sont disposées des deux côtés du centre de la plaque de base (11.1) ou du corps de base (11.2), et forment une partie d'un système de liaison de translation ou d'un système de liaison en rotation, des moyens d'encliquetage étant prévus de préférence pour limiter le trajet de translation ou de rotation.
  8. Elément d'appui agencé sous la forme d'une pièce moulée par injection en élastomère, pour un support de rembourrage notamment ventilé sur le côté arrière, comme par exemple un coussin, un matelas ou analogue de surface de sièges ou de lits et qui, équipé d'une base, peut être fixé sur un support et possède un plateau d'appui logeant le rembourrage, et dans lequel entre la base (11) et le plateau d'appui (15; 20; 25; 40; 50; 60; 70) sont prévus au moins deux éléments de ressorts, qui s'étendent à partir de la base (11) et comportent des bras d'appui (12; 22) de forme de ressorts à lames, comportant une course élastique dirigée dans la direction de la force d'appui agissante et dont les extrémités extérieures respectives débouchent dans le plateau d'appui (15; 20; 25; 40; 50; 60; 70), caractérisé en ce que pour la compensation dans le cas de positions en hauteur différentes, l'élément d'appui est pourvu d'éléments de fermeture agencés de façon identique par couples de sorte que le plateau d'appui (15; 20; 25; 40; 50; 60; 70) peut être monté de façon amovible aussi bien sur le corps de ressort (35; 35') que sur la plaque de base (11.1) ou sur le corps de base (11.2), au moins le corps de ressort (35; 35') étant formé par moulage par injection d'un élastomère de haute qualité.
  9. Elément d'appui selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu comme dispositif de fermeture un dispositif de fermeture rotatif à la manière d'un système de fermeture à baïonnette, auquel cas les éléments de fermeture, qui coopèrent par couples, possèdent de préférence les moyens coopérant entre eux par encliquetage.
  10. Elément d'appui selon la revendication 8 ou 9, comportant un polygone simple (38') formé d'un élastomère en tant qu'élément de ressort, dans lequel le sommet (38.1'), tourné vers la plaque de base (31), forme la base (35.1) du corps de ressort avec la partie supérieure du dispositif de fermeture, et le sommet, tourné vers le plateau d'appui (15; 20; 25; 40; 50; 60; 70) forment la tête (35.2) du corps de ressort avec la partie inférieure du dispositif de fermeture, et dans lequel la partie supérieure et la partie inférieure du dispositif de fermeture permettent, en coopérant avec les parties correspondantes supérieure ou inférieure de fermeture de la plaque de base (11.1) ou du corps de base (11.2) ou avec le plateau d'appui (15; 20; 25; 40; 50; 60; 70), une insertion du corps de ressort (35') entre le logement de base (31) et le plateau d'appui (15; 20; 25; 40; 50; 60; 70), caractérisé en ce que sur le côté intérieur de la tête (35.2) du corps de ressort est formé un demi-ressort tubulaire (39'), qui, par compression, forme un appui pour la base (35.1) du corps de ressort, et que les sommets (38.2) du polygone, qui sont tournés vers l'extérieur, sont évidés avec une forme de découpe circulaire symétrique par rapport au centre, et la largeur des évidements (35.4) est inférieure à celle des polygones (38), mais en étant de préférence au moins égale à la moitié de la largeur des barrettes de ressorts des polygones (38).
  11. Elément d'appui selon la revendication 8 ou 9, comportant un polygone double (38') formé d'un élastomère en tant qu'élément de ressort, dans lequel le sommet (38.1'), tourné vers la plaque de base (31), forme la base (35.1) du corps de ressort avec la partie supérieure du dispositif de fermeture, et le sommet, tourné vers le plateau d'appui (15; 20; 25; 40; 50; 60; 70) forment la tête (35.2) du corps de ressort avec la partie inférieure du dispositif de fermeture, et dans lequel la partie supérieure et la partie inférieure du dispositif de fermeture permettent, en coopérant avec les parties correspondantes supérieure ou inférieure de fermeture de la plaque de base (11.1) ou du corps de base (11.2) ou avec le plateau d'appui (15; 20; 25; 40; 50; 60; 70), une insertion du corps de ressort (35') entre le logement de base (31) et le plateau d'appui (15; 20; 25; 40; 50; 60; 70), caractérisé en ce que les sommets (38.1) des deux polygones (38) sont réunis de préférence de manière à former entre eux un ressort tubulaire (39), qui lors de la compression forme un élément d'appui pour la base et la tête (35.1, 35.2) du corps du ressort, et que les sommets (38.2) des polygones, qui sont dirigés vers l'extérieur, sont évidés avec une forme de parties de cercles symétriques par rapport au centre, et la largeur des évidements (35.4) est inférieure à celle des polygones (38), mais en étant au moins égale à la moitié de la largeur des barrettes de ressorts des polygones (38).
  12. Elément d'appui selon l'une des revendications 8 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le plateau d'appui (15; 20; 25; 40; 50; 60; 70), qui peut être monté sur la plaque de base (11.1) ou sur le corps de base (11.2) est agencé sous la forme d'un plateau étagé élastique, et comporte des surfaces d'appui (46, 47, 48; 56, 57, 58; 66, 547, 68, 76, 77, 78), qui sont reliées entre elles par des barrettes ou des éléments de liaison radiaux (49; 59, 69, 79), et possèdent, de l'intérieur vers l'extérieur, des différences de hauteur réciproques telles que la plus intérieure des surfaces d'appui (46; 56; 66; 76) occupe la position inférieure, les surfaces d'appui suivantes (47; 57; 67, 77) occupent des positions plus élevées et la surface d'appui la plus extérieure (48; 58; 68; 78) occupe la position la plus élevée, les barrettes ou les éléments de liaison radiaux (49; 59; 69; 79) étant agencés sous la forme de barrettes de ressorts et comportent, comme élément de ressort, de préférence un ressort ondulé (49.1; 59.1).
  13. Elément d'appui selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le plateau d'appui (15; 20; 25; 40; 50; 60; 70) comporte au moins une surface d'appui extérieure (78), formée par un anneau de forme circulaire, ovale ou rectangulaire, ainsi qu'une surface d'appui intérieure (76), la surface d'appui intérieure (76) prenant appui directement sur le plateau centrale (71) ou étant formée par ce dernier, et des barrettes ou des éléments de liaison radiaux (79.1) sont prévus entre la surface d'appui intérieure (76) et la surface d'appui extérieure (78), et de préférence des surfaces d'appui (76; 77; 78) et/ou des éléments de liaison radiaux (79.1) possédant des évidements en tant qu'ouvertures d'aération.
  14. Elément d'appui selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que le plateau d'appui (15; 20; 25; 40; 50; 60; 70) comporte au moins deux bras d'appui, de préférence trois bras d'appui situés à une distance angulaire de 120° ou quatre bras d'appui disposés en étant décalés angulairement de 90° (45; 55; 65), qui sont dirigés vers l'extérieur et dont les autres extrémités sont agencées sous la forme d'une surface d'appui (48; 58; 68), et comporte une surface d'appui intérieure (46; 56; 66), qui prend appui directement sur le plateau central (41, 51; 61) ou est formée par ce dernier, et il est prévu des barrettes ou des éléments de liaison radiaux (49; 59; 69), qui relient les surfaces d'appui intérieures (46; 56; 66) et les surfaces d'appui extérieures (48; 58; 68).
  15. Elément d'appui selon la revendication 13 ou 14, caractérisé en ce qu'entre les surfaces d'appui extérieures (48; 58; 68) et la surface d'appui intérieure (46; 56; 66) est prévue une surface d'appui médiane (47; 57; 67) qui est moulée à un niveau en hauteur au-dessus de la surface d'appui intérieure (46; 56. 66), et au-dessous de la surface d'appui extérieure (48; 58; 68), sur les barrettes ou les éléments de liaison radiaux (49; 59; 69), les barrettes ou les éléments de liaison radiaux (49; 59; 69) et/ou les surfaces d'appui (46; 47; 48; 56, 57, 58; 66, 67, 68) du plateau d'appui (40; 50; 60) comportant de préférence des évidements sous la forme d'ouvertures d'aération (48.1; 58.1; 68.1).
  16. Elément d'appui selon la revendication 13, 14 ou 15, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins la surface d'appui extérieure (48; 58; 69) du plateau d'appui (15; 20; 25; 40; 50; 60; 70) possède des parties marginales coudées pour former un profil en forme de U ou de C qui accroít la stabilité.
  17. Elément d'appui selon l'une des revendications 8 à 16, caractérisé par un plateau d'appui (15; 20; 25; 40; 50; 60; 70) comportant plusieurs bras et dont les surfaces d'appui extérieures (48; 58; 68) sont reliées par l'intermédiaire d'arcs de liaison (48.2; 58.2; 68.2) sous la forme de barrettes de couplage aux surfaces d'appui respectivement voisines (48), les surfaces d'appui extérieures (48; 58; 68) formant conjointement avec les barrettes de couplage, une structure fermée, les barrettes de couplage étant agencées sous la forme de ressorts, de préférence sous la forme de ressorts plats en forme de Ω sous la forme de ressorts ondulés.
  18. Système de lit comportant un support de rembourrage pourvu d'un élément d'appui selon l'une des revendications 1 à 17, les éléments de rembourrage étant disposés sur une plaque, caractérisé par une première zone (I) comportant des éléments d'appui (10'), formée par la plaque de base (11.1) ou le corps de base (11.2) et des plateaux d'appui (15; 20; 25; 40; 50; 60; 70), et une seconde zone (II) comportant des éléments d'appui (10), formés sur la plaque de base (11.1) ou sur le corps de base (11.2), des corps de ressorts (35, 35') et des plateaux d'appui (15; 20; 25; 40; 50; 60; 70), les lattes (9) de la première zone étant situées dans une position plus élevée que le sommet (2) et celles de la seconde zone étant situées dans une position plus basse que le sommet (2), et de préférence les éléments d'appui (10) équipés des corps formant les corps de ressorts (35; 35') de la seconde zone (II) étant prévus de manière à correspondre pour l'essentiel à la position des fesses d'une personne allongée, au milieu de la grille formée de lattes (1), et les éléments d'appui (10') de la première zone étant équipés uniquement de logements de base (31) et de plateaux d'appui (15; 20; 25; 40; 50; 60; 70) des deux côtés de la seconde zone (II), et de préférence la zone (I) étant prévue au moins au niveau des parties extérieures des éléments de sommier pouvant être mis en place.
