  11. Elément poutre selon l'une des revendications 9 et 10, caractérisé par le fait que les bras supports (15, 16) de préférence de chaque partie de poutre (13) sont reliés par au moins un pont enfichable (élément de liaison 36).
  12. Elément poutre selon l'une des revendications 9 à 11, caractérisé par le fait que sur le bord supérieur libre de chaque bras support (15, 16) est prévue pour les extrémités des lattes (11) une rangée de récepteurs (20) se suivant dans la direction longitudinale du bras support (15, 16), et en particulier, les récepteurs (20) se suivent dans la direction longitudinale du bras support (15, 16) à faible distance, de préférence à une distance inférieure à l'étendue longitudinale du récepteur respectif (20).
  13. Elément poutre selon l'une des revendications 9 à 12, caractérisé par le fait que les récepteurs (20) des deux bras supports (15, 16) sont situés les uns derrière les autres alignés dans la direction longitudinale des lattes (11), de façon telle qu'une extrémité de chaque latte (11) soit reçue dans deux récepteurs voisins (20) de bras supports (15, 16) différents.
  14. Elément poutre selon l'une des revendications 6 à 13, caractérisé par le fait que sous au moins quelques récepteurs (20), de préférence sous chacun, est placée une structure élastique (22) formée d'au moins un anneau élastique du genre gaine (23, 24, 25), de préférence de plusieurs anneaux élastiques (23, 24, 25) joints.
  15. Elément poutre selon l'une des revendications 9 à 14, caractérisé par le fait que des récepteurs (20) se suivant dans la direction longitudinale de préférence de chaque bras support (15, 16) sont joints par des appuis de matelas de préférence montants (30).
  16. Elément poutre selon l'une des revendications 6 à 15, caractérisé par une matière élastique, en particulier un élastomère ou une matière thermoplastique.
  17. Utilisation d'une suspension à ressort selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 5 pour la prophylaxie du décubitus.
  18. Utilisation d'une suspension à ressort selon la revendication 17 comme appui sur un support pour matelas ou objet semblable.
