Claims (8)
- Einstückig gebildeter Gelenkverschluss (1) mit einem Befestigungsteil (2) zur Befestigung des Gelenkverschlusses in Randnähe eines Gehäuseteils (23), einem mittleren Druckteil (3) und einem Verschlussbügel (4), wobei der Befestigungsteil (2) mit dem Druckteil (3) und das Druckteil (3) mit dem Verschlussbügel (4) durch Filmscharniere (5, 6) verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Befestigungsteil (2) Einsteckmittel (12, 13) zum Einstecken in eine Ausnehmung (27, 28) des Gehäuseteils (23) und einen Schnapphaken (11) zum Einrasten am Rand (29) des Gehäuseteils (23) aufweist.
- Gelenkverschluss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Befestigungsmittel des Befestigungsteils (2) als Schenkel (13) ausgebildet ist und insbesondere ein verdicktes Ende (17) aufweist, mit dem der Schenkel (13) auf dem Gehäuseteil (23) ruht.
- Gelenkverschluss nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Einsteckmittel als Verstrebung (12) ausgebildet ist und insbesondere dazu in der Lage ist, wenigstens eine begrenzte Schwenkbewegung auszuführen, wenn ein Druck oder ein Zug auf den Schnapphaken (11) ausgeübt wird.
- Gelenkverschluss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Filmscharniere (5, 6) mit einer genügenden Länge ausgebildet sind, um im verschlossenen Zustand des Gelenkverschlusses (1) einen Bogen zu bilden, wobei das Material der Filmscharniere lediglich elastisch verformt ist. - Gelenkverschluss nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge der Filmscharniere zwischen 4 und 8 mm beträgt.
- Gelenkverschluss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mittlere Druckteil (3) an seinen beiden Berührungsstellen mit dem Befestigungsteil (2) und dem Verschlussbügel (4) jeweils eine konkave bzw. konvexe Rundung (7, 8) aufweist, die mit einer jeweils konvexen bzw. konkaven konjugierten Rundung (9, 10) des Befestigungsteils (2) und des Verschlussbügels (4) unter Last formschlüssig zusammenwirkt.
- Gelenkverschluss nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein freies Ende des Befestigungsteils (2) als Schenkel (13) ausgebildet ist und insbesondere ein verdicktes Ende (17) aufweist, mit dem der Schenkel (13) auf dem Gehäuseteil ruht.
- Gelenkverschluss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Befestigungsteil (2) gegenüber dem mittleren Druckteil (3) eine die Schwenkbewegung des Druckteils (3) begrenzende Nase (15) aufweist.
