Claims (8)

  1.   2. Espagnolette or espagnolette-lock according to claim 1, characterised in that the connecting means of a hinged type (14) are defined through a hooking-in catch (20) associated with the rider or the end (13), inserted in the casing (5), of the operating rod (7), this hooking-in catch (20) being so designed as to be capable of engaging into a slot (21) provided for at the level of said end (13) of the operating rod (7) or in the rider (15), respectively, this hooking-in catch (20) and this slot (21) being so configured as to be capable of authorising the pivoting of the operating rod (7) with respect to said rider (15) according to an angle of an amplitude (α), at least in one direction (24) with respect to the faceplate (6).
  3. Espagnolette or espagnolette-lock according to claim 2, characterised in that the hooking-in catch (20) and the slot (21) are defined with a circular cross-section.
  4. Espagnolette or espagnolette-lock according to claim 2, characterised in that the slot (21) is parallelepipedal, in particular of a rectangular shape, in which engages a hooking-in catch (21) having the shape of a drop of water the portion (22) with the largest width of which is adjusted to the width of the parallelepiped-shaped slot (21), whereas the sharp portion (23) has a certain mobility in this slot (21), in order to allow the operating rod (7) to pivot with respect to the rider (15), thus to the faceplate (6).

Espagnolette or espagnolette-lock according to any of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the width (18) of the operating rod (7), at the level of the opening (8) in the casing (5) is adjusted through a cutout (25) provided for in one of the side edges (26) of this operating rod (7) and defined so as to allow, during the pivoting of the latter, the wall of the casing (5) located on the side corresponding to the direction of pivoting (24) to be inscribed in this cutout (25).

Espagnolette or espagnolette-lock according to any of the preceding claims, including an operating rod (7) the free end (16) of which is so designed as to be capable of defining a locking organ through co-operating, in locking position, with a keeper arranged in correspondence on the sash-frame of a door, window or the like, a rod-outlet guide (27) the corresponding free end (19) of the faceplate (6) is provided with, characterised in that said rod-outlet guide (27) is in the form of a profile bar with a U-shaped cross-section defining a channel (28) so designed as to be capable of receiving, with a view to ensuring its guiding, the end (16) of the operating rod (7).
  7. Espagnolette or espagnolette-lock according to claim 6, characterised in that the rod-outlet guide (27) is provided, at one of its ends (34), with a hooking-in bend (35) having an opening (36) for the passing through of the operating rod (7) and hooking in on the free end (19) of the faceplate (6) and including, internally, a longitudinal boss (37) onto which the operating rod (7) is capable of fitting through an elongated slot (38) provided for this purpose in the latter, this boss (37) receiving, on the one hand, means (39) for positioning the rod-outlet guide (27) with respect to the faceplate (6) and, on the other hand, means (40) for its fixing to a carpentry or the like.
  8. Espagnolette or espagnolette-lock according to claim 7, characterised in that the positioning means (39) consist of a positioning stud (41) adjusted to an opening (42) in the faceplate (6) and namely so designed as to be capable of defining a riveting stud, said fixing means (40) consisting of a perforation (43) for the passing through of a fixing screw or the like passing, furthermore, through a hole (44) provided for in correspondence in said faceplate (6).
