Description

daß die Filter in dem Filterträger hängend angeordnet sind, und der Filterträger Abstandshülsen aufweist, die in entsprechende Zentrierschächte einer Zentrierplatte zur Aufnahme des Filterträgers einführbar sind, wobei als Heizung parallel über einen rechteckigen Querschnitt eines Luftschachtes verlaufende Heizdrähte senkrecht zum Luftstrom stromaufwärts der Zentrierplatte angeordnet sind und das Trocknermodul als Lüfterelement einen Tangentiallüfter aufweist.

Claims (10)
- Trocknermodul zum Trocknen eines Filterträgers (14) im Rahmen der DNA-Präparation mit einer Heizung (5) und einem Lüfterelement (11), wobei die Heizung (5) stromabwärts vom Lüfterelement (1) angeordnet ist und die in dem Filterträger (14) angeordneten Filter (15) von unten angeblasen und getrocknet werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Filter (15) in dem Filterträger (14) hängend angeordnet sind, und der Filterträger Abstandshülsen (17) aufweist, die in entsprechende Zentrierschächte (12) einer Zentrierplatte (11) zur Aufnahme des Filterträgers (14) einführbar sind, wobei als Heizung (5) parallel über einen rechteckigen Querschnitt eines Luftschachtes (4) verlaufende Heizdrähte senkrecht zum Luftstrom stromaufwärts der Zentrierplatte (11) angeordnet sind und das Trocknermodul als Lüfterelement (1) einen Tangentiallüfter aufweist. - Trocknermodul nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Lüfterelement (1) durch einen elektrischen Motor (3) angetrieben wird.
- Trocknermodul nach Anpruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Luftschacht (4) und dem Zentrierelement (11) für den Filterträger (14) eine Düse (6) zur Bündelung des Luftstromes angeordnet ist.
- Trocknermodul nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trocknermodul in einer Öffnung einer Tischplatte (7) angeordnet ist.
- Trocknermodul nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zentrierplatte (11) zur Aufnahme des Filterträgers auf Stützelementen (10) angeordnet ist.
- Trocknermodul nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Modul einen Temperaturfühler aufweist.
- Trocknermodul nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Modul eine elektrische Steuerung zur Steuerung des mindestens einen Motors (3) und der Heizung (5) aufweist, wobei die Heizung als Funktion der vom Temperaturfühler gemessenen Temperatur gesteuert wird.
- Trocknermodul nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerung mit einer Verzögerungsschaltung versehen ist, die bewirkt, daß im Falle eines Abschaltens des Trocknermoduls das mindestens eine Lüfterelement (1) zeitlich nach dem Abschalten der Heizung (5) abgeschaltet wird.
- Verwendung des Trocknermoduls nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 in einer automatisierten Umgebung.
- Verwendung des Trocknermoduls nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 als alleinstehendes Gerät.
