Abstract
Description
einen erfindungsgemäß ausgestalteten Riegelverschluß in Verbindung mit einem Türblatt in verschiedenen Montagestellungen;
in drei verschiedenen Ansichten die erste (äußere) Mulde des Riegelverschlusses gemäß Fig. 1 A bis 1D, welche Mulde das äußere Gehäuse bildet;
in zwei verschiedenen Ansichten die zweite (innere) Mulde, die den Riegel bildet;
in drei verschiedenen Ansichten eine alternative Ausführungsform des Riegelverschlusses;
in einer Seitenansicht den Riegelverschluß gemäß Fig. 4A bis 4C während des Einbauvorganges;
eine perspektivische Ansicht der äußeren Mulde (Gehäuse) des Verschlusses gemäß der Fig. 4A bis 4C; und
eine perspektivische Ansicht der zweiten (inneren) Mulde des Riegelverschlusses gemäß der Fig. 4A bis 4C.
Claims (16)
- Riegelverschluß (10) zur Montage in einer dünnen Wand (12), wie Blechschranktür, bestehend aus einer Griffmulde (14), die in einen rechteckigen Ausschnitt (16) in der dünnen Wand (12) einrastbar ist, und die an einer Rechteckseite einen Riegel umfaßt, der gegen Federkraft bezüglich der dünnen Wand verschieblich gelagert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Riegel von einer zweiten Mulde (18) gebildet wird, der in der ersten, in der dünnen Wand (12) gehaltenen Mulde (14) gegen die Kraft einer Feder (20) verschieblich gelagert ist.
- Riegelverschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Mulde (14) an zumindest einer Seitenwand (36, 38, 40) eine über die äußere Wandebene (z. B. 24) vorspringende Nase (26) aufweist, die beim Eindrücken der ersten Mulde (14) in den Ausschnitt (16) der dünnen Wand (12) in die Wandebene (24) gegen Federkraft zurückweichen kann und eine Fläche (30, 130) bildet, die sich nach dem Eindrücken an die innere Fläche (72) oder Kante des Ausschnitts (16) klemmend anlegt.
- Riegelverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Mulde (14) an der zum Riegel (54) weisenden Seite in der Seitenwand (42) eine Öffnung (32) bildet, durch die die zweite Mulde (18) mit ihrem Riegel (54) verschieblich hindurchreicht.
- Riegelverschluß nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Mulde (14) am oberen Ende der vom Riegel abgewandten Seitenwand (40) eine Kante (43) bildet, die in das Lumen der ersten Mulde (14) soweit hineinreicht, daß sie bei zurückgewichener zweiter Mulde (18) eine Hintergrifffläche (41) zum Öffnen der Tür (12) oder dgl. bildet.
- Riegelverschluß nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Mulde (14) einen Deckel (34) bildet, der über die Seitenwände (36, 38, 40, 42) der erstem Mulde (14) nach außen allseitig vorspringt und nach Eindrücken in den Ausschnitt (16) in der dünnen Wand (12) auf dem Rand des Ausschnitts aufliegt.
- Riegelverschluß nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (34) eine Öffnung (44) zum Durchgriff in die zweite Mulde (18) aufweist, welche Öffnung derart angeordnet ist, daß sie bei zurückgewichener zweiter Mulde (18) die Hintergrifffläche (41) zum Öffnen der Tür (12) oder dgl. bildet.
- Riegelverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwei sich gegenüberliegenden Seitenwände (36, 38) der ersten Mulde (14), die eine Gleitführung für die zweite Mulde (18) bilden, zwei senkrecht von der Deckelebene wegführende Einschnitte bilden, die eine Zunge mit Halteflächen (130) umschließen, welche Halteflächen (130) bis nahe zur unteren Deckelrandfläche reichen.
- Riegelverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dem Riegel (54) gegenüberliegende Seitenwand (40) der ersten Mulde (14) senkrecht von der Deckelebene wegführende Einschnitte (78, 80) bildet, die eine Zunge umschließen, die bis nahe zur unteren Deckelrandfläche reicht.
- Riegelverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das die erste Mulde (14) an der zum Riegel (54) weisenden Seite zwei von den Stirnenden der beiden dazu senkrechten Seitenwände (36, 38) schräg nach oben in Richtung der dünnen Wand (12) sich erstreckende Ansätze (70) bildet, die nahe der Ebene (72) der dünnen Wand (12) enden und zwischen sich die zweite Mulde mit dem Riegel (54) gleitend aufnehmen.
- Riegelverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das freie Ende (30, 130) der Zunge derart eine Schrägung bildet, die eine Riffelung (76) aufweisen kann, daß sich diese Schrägung an die untere Kante des Ausschnitts in der dünnen Wand (12) anlegt und die erste Mulde (14) in dem Ausschnitt (16) arretierend festhält.
- Riegelverschluß nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Außenfläche der vom Riegel abgewandten Wand (48) der inneren Mulde (18) und der inneren Fläche der vom Riegel (54) abgewandten Wand der äußeren Mulde (14) eine Druckfeder, wie Spiralfeder (20) angeordnet ist.
- Riegelverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenfläche der vom Riegel (54) abgewandten Wand der inneren Mulde (18) einen Ansatz (86) zur Aufnahme des einen Endes der Spiralfeder (20) aufweist.
- Riegelverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden der äußeren Mulde (14) einen Durchbruch (88) aufweist, in den ein von dem Boden (86) der inneren Mulde (18) vorspringender Ansatz (92) derart hineinreicht, daß er die Schubbewegung der inneren Mulde (18) innerhalb der äußeren Mulde (14) in zumindest der Richtung zum Riegel (54) begrenzt.
- Riegelverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 -13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ansatz (92) im Längsschnitt die Form einer Rampe hat, deren schräge Rampenlinie vom Riegel (54) weggerichtet ist.
- Riegelverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in die äußere Mulde (14) eine innere Mulde (18) mit jeweils an die Form des Rahmens oder dgl. (58) angepaßte Riegeleinrichtung (18) einsetzbar ist.
- Riegelverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 10 - 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Druckfeder (20) an der zur Verriegelung der ersten Mulde innerhalb des Ausschnittes (16) dienenden Zunge abstützt und deren Federwirkung verstärkt.
