Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Faltschachtel zur Aufnahme wenigstens eines stabförmigen Gegenstandes, wie z.B. eines Stiftes, einer Lampenröhre oder dgl., nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
Die Druckschrift (DF-A-4024112) beschreibt eine Faltschachtel für die Aufnahme mehrerer Serumampullen. Sie hat eine flache Gestalt, die der einer Pralinenverpackung ähnlich ist, und besteht aus einem einstückigen Zuschnitt, bei dem hintereinander ein Klappdeckelfeld, ein Rückwandfeld, ein Bodenfeld, ein Vorderwandfeld und ein mit Durchbrüchen und einem Ausschnitt versehenes Einlagefeld ausgebildet sind. Das Einlagefeld trägt Seitenwandfelder und Schließklappen, die nach dem Aufrichten der Faltschachtel umfaltbar sind. Das Einlagefeld liegt bei verschlossener Faltschachtel mit seinem Randbereich in der Ebene des Deckelfeldes, während seine mit Ausschnitten versehenen Innenabschnitte in Richtung auf das Bodenfeld umgefaltet sind. Die Faltschachtel ist im vorverklebten Zustand ihres Zuschnitts flachliegend zum Verpacker zulieferbar und wird dort aufgerichtet, befüllt und verschlossen, ohne daß weitere Verklebungen notwendig sind. Allerdings ist bei dieser Verpackung der Materialeinsatz erheblich.
Für die Verpackung von Lampenröhren, insbesondere von Halogenglühlampen in Soffittenform für den Hausgebrauch, sind schlanke, im Querschnitt zumeist quadratische Faltschachteln im Einsatz, die endseitig von Faltklappen und Einstecklaschen verschlossen sind. Die Soffittenlampe ist innerhalb der Faltschachtel in einer Tüte aus steifem Papier untergebracht, die die Lampe gegenüber den Wänden der Faltschachtel auf Abstand hält, um einen Schutz gegen Bruch zu bewirken. Andere Lösungen sehen vor, die Lampenröhre in der Faltschachtel durch eine Umhüllung aus einer Polsterfolie gegen Beschädigung zu sichern. Diese Art der Verpackung ist aufwendig, da sie einen zweistufigen Verpackungsvorgang verlangt, durch den die Lampe zunächst eingehüllt und dann mit ihrer Umhüllung in die Faltschachtel als Umverpackung eingebracht werden muß. Außerdem ist die Lampe nur lose in der Verpackung untergebracht.
Aus der NL-A 7 107 091 ist eine Faltschachtel gemäss dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1. bekannt.
Aus der GB-A 291 329 ist eine Faltschachtel bekannt, die eine Klebelasche besitzt, die an der Seitenlasche außen ansetzt und mit dem Bodenteil verklebt ist.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Faltschachtel der eingangs genannten Art anzugeben, die zur schlaggeschützten Unterbringung wenigstens eines stabförmigen Gegenstandes, wie z.B. eines Stiftes, einer Lampenröhre oder dgl. geeignet ist und einfach herstellbar und befüllbar ist und nur einen geringen Materialeinsatz erfordert.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch die im Anspruch 1 angegebenen Merkmale gelöst. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.
Die erfindungsgemäße Faltschachtel ist wesentlich kleiner und kompakter als die für den selben Zweck bestimmte bekannte Faltschachtel, sie bringt eine Materialeinsparung von etwa 30% und verbessert die Logistik, d.h. es können pro Ladungsträger mehr Produkte untergebracht werden. Die Verpackung ist insgesamt einteilig, da die Innenverpackung entfällt. Der Verpackungsinhalt ist bei geöffneter Packung von oben entnehmbar, d.h. die Faltschachtel schafft eine besser Präsentation. Es läßt sich auch ein Originalitätsverschluß integrieren. Die Einfachheit der Faltschachtel läßt hohe Abpackleistungen zu. Der Verpackungsinhalt, z.B. die Lampenröhre, hat in der Faltschachtel einen sicheren Halt durch die seitlich hereingeklappten Laschen, die durch Ausstanzungen und Zungen die Lampe sicher fixieren und zu allen Wänden der Verpackung in einem sicheren Abstand halten.
Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend unter Bezugnahme auf ein in den Zeichnungen dargestellte Ausführungsbeispiel erläutert. Es zeigt:
  • Fig. 1 einen flachliegenden Zuschnitt einer erfindungsgemäßen Faltschachtel, und
  • Fig. 2 eine Schnittdarstellung durch eine mit einer Halogen-Soffittenlampe gefüllte Faltschachtel, die aus dem Zuschnitt nach Fig. 1 hergestellt ist, in natürlichem Maßstab.
    • Der Zuschnitt nach Fig. 1 ist einteilig und besteht aus vier Rumpffeldern, nämlich einem Vorderwandfeld 1, einem Bodenfeld 2, einem Rückwandfeld 3 und einem Deckelfeld 4, an das sich eine Einstecklasche 5 anschließt. Die Felder 1, 2 und 3 sind an Faltlinien miteinander verbunden. Die Faltlinie zwischen den Feldern 3 und 4 ist vorzugsweise abwechselnd gerillt und geschnitten, um das Falten zu erleichtern, und die Faltlinie zwischen dem Feld 4 und der Einstecklasche 5 ist vorzugsweise abwechselnd gerillt und geritzt, um das Knicken zu vereinfachen. Das Deckelfeld 4 ist etwas länger als die Felder 1, 2 und 3, damit es im geschlossenen Zustand einen sicheren Verschluß gewährleistet, indem es im gefalteten Zustand über die am Bodenfeld angebrachten Seitenfelder 6 hinausragt.
    An die Seitenfelder 6 schließt sich jeweils ein eine Haltelashe 7 bildendes Feld an, das am Ende eine Klebelasche 8 trägt. In jeder Haltelasche 7 ist eine im wesentliche U-förmige Schnittlinie 9 ausgebildet, die eine Zunge 10 umgrenzt. An das Vorderwandfeld 1 und das Rückwandfeld 3 schließen sich seitlich Klebelaschen 11 an. Das Vorderwandfeld 1 hat in der Mitte eine vom freien Rand ausgehende und in ihm wieder endende bogenförmige Bruchlinie 12.
    Zum Erstellen einer Faltschachtel aus diesem Zuschnitt werden die Vorder- und Rückwandfelder 1 und 3 am Bodenfeld 2 aufgerichtet, ihre Klebelaschen 11 werden umgebogen, dann werden die Seitenwandfelder 6 nach oben gebogen und mit den Außenseiten der Klebelaschen 11 verklebt. Die Haltelaschen 7 werden in den Innenraum der Faltschachtel hinein gefaltet und ihre Klebelaschen 8 mit dem Bodenfeld 2 verklebt. Die Haltelaschen 7 verlaufen dann unter einem Winkel zum Bodenfeld 2, der etwa 45° beträgt.
    Gemäß Fig. 2 ist diese Faltschachtel zur Aufnahme einer Halogensoffittenlampe geeignet, die in Fig. 2 mit 13 gekennzeichnet ist. Man sieht, daß die Enden der Lampe 13 in den von den Schnittlinien 9 gebildeten Ausschnitten der Haltelaschen 7 gehalten sind, wobei die Lampenenden in Längsrichtung abgestützt sind.
    Fig. 2 zeigt diesbezüglich zwei mögliche Lagen der Soffittenlampe 13. Bei der Variante, die linkes von der Bruchlinie dargestellt ist, sind die Lampenenden durch die von den Schnittlinien 9 begrenzten Zungen 10 abgefedert, deren freies Ende jeweils benachbart dem Bodenfeld 2 ist und sich ggf. an diesem abstützen kann, was die Stabilität der Abstützung durch die Zungen 10 erhöht. Bei der rechts der Bruchlinie dargestellten Variante ist die Soffittenlampe 13 um 90° um ihre Längsachse verdreht. In dieser Lage wird zusätzlich der flachgedrückte Endabschnitt 14 der Soffittenlampe 13 endseitig von der Haltelasche 7 abgestützt, was die Lampe zusätzlich in Längsrichtung sichert.
    Im verschlossenen Zustand der Faltschachtel kann die Einstecklasche 5 in dem von der Bruchlinie 12 umgrenzten Bereich mit dem Vorderwandfeld 1 verklebt sein. Damit ist ein Originalitätsverschluß gewährleistet, der leicht aufgebrochen werden kann. Nach dem Aufbrechen der Verpackung liegt die Soffittenlampe 13 frei da und kann leicht mit den Fingern ergriffen werden.
    Es versteht sich, daß bei entsprechender Verbreiterung von Bodenfeld 2 und Deckelfeld 4 sowie den Seitenfeldern 6 und anhängenden Haltelaschen 7 und entsprechender Anzahl von bogenförmigen Schnittlinien 9 auch mehrere Röhrenlampe in einer erfindungsgemäßen Verpackung untergebracht werden können.

    Claims (8)

    1. Faltschachtel zur Aufnahme wenigstens eines stabförmigen Gegenstandes, wie z.B. eines Stiftes, einer Lampenröhre oder dgl., bestehend aus einem Verpackungsrumpf aus vier länglichen Rumpffeldern (1-4), von denen eines eine ggf. mit einer Einstecklasche (5) versehene Deckelklappe (4) bildet, und die an Faltlinien miteinander zu einem einstückigen Zuschnitt verbunden sind, an dem weiterhin Seitenfelder (6) und Faltklappen (11) und zwei in der Faltschachtel einander gegenüberliegende Einsätze angebracht sind, wobei die Einsätze jeweils aus einer von einem Seitenfeld (6) ausgehenden Haltelasche (7) bestehen, die im Faltschachtelrumpf schräg von dem Seitenfeld (6), das seitlich am Bodenfeld (2) angebracht ist, in Richtung auf das Bodenfeld (2) verläuft, wobei die Haltelaschen (7) jeweils wenigstens einen Durchbruch, der entlang eines Schnittes (9) verläuft, zum Abstützen der Enden des wenigstens einen Gegenstands ausweisen, wobei der Schnitt (9) eine abwinkelbare Zunge (10) umgrenzt, und wobei der Schnitt (a) U-förmig ist, sodass die abwinkelbare Zunge (10) U-förmig gestaltet ist, indem sie mit zwei Seitenschenkel (19) und einem Mittel-Schenkel (20) ausgestaltet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltelaschen (7) jeweils mittels einer Klebelasche (8) mit dem Bodenfeld (2) verklebt sind, und dass die Zunge (10) in jeder Haltelasche (7) mit einer zweiten Zunge (21), die zwischen den Seitenschenkeln (19) der U-Form liegt, ausgestattet ist.
    2. Faltschachtel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mittenschenkel (20) benachbart dem Bodenfeld (2) verläuft, an dem die Klebelasche (8) angeklebt ist.
    3. Faltschachtel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem der Einstecklasche (5) gegenüberliegenden Rumpffeld (1) ein Teilbereich von einer bogenförmigen, am freien Rand des Rumpffeldes (1) endenden Bruchlinie (12) abgegrenzt ist, der mit der in die Faltschachtel eingesteckten Einstecklasche (5) verklebbar ist.
    4. Faltschachtel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das das Deckelfeld (4) bildende Rumpffeld um etwa zwei bis fünf Materialdicken länger ist, als die anderen Rumpffelder (1,2,3).
    5. Faltschachtel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Deckelfeld (4) durch eine abwechselnde Rill- und Schnittlinie vom benachbarten Rumpffeld (3) abgegrenzt ist.
    6. Faltschachtel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einstecklasche (5) durch eine abwechselnde Rill- und Ritzlinie vom benachbarten Deckelfeld (4) abgegrenzt ist.
    7. Faltschachtel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenschenkel (19) tailliert sind, so dass sie einen vorspringenden Zapfen (22) bilden.
    8. Faltschachtel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenfelder (6) mit den an beiden benachbarten Rumpffeldern (1,3) angebrachten Faltklappen (11) verklebt sind, so dass die Faltklappen als Klebelaschen wirken.
