Claims (9)
- Verfahren zur Bearbeitung von lackierten Oberflächen in Vorbereitung für weiteren Lackauftrag, mit folgenden Merkmalen:a) vorstehende Rauigkeiten der lackierten Oberfläche und unregelmäßige, verdickte Bereiche werden mit Schleifmaterial abgetragen;b) entstehender Abrieb wird mit Tuch aufgenommen und von der lackierten Oberfläche entfernt;c) die behandelte Oberfläche wird überprüft und die Schritte a) und b) gegebenenfalls wiederholt; gekennzeichnet durch folgende Vorgehensweise:d) die Bearbeitung der vorstehenden Rauigkeiten erfolgt mit Gitterleinen-Schleifmaterial folgender Ausbildung:eine Gewebeschicht (1), die eine Schichtebene (2) bestimmt und sich überkreuzende Fäden (3, 4) enthält;ein Überzug (5) aus Harz und Schleifkorn, der die Fäden (3, 4) in der Gewebeschicht (1) überzieht, um dieser eine ausreichende Steifigkeit mit genügender Flexibilität zur Anpassung an zu überschleifende Oberflächen zu verleihen;an den Überkreuzungsstellen (6) der Fäden (3, 4) sind Schleifstellen (6) gebildet, die sich rasterartig über die Oberfläche (7) des Schleifmaterials verteilen und zwischen den Freistellen (8) verbleiben, an denen keine Schleifwirkung entfaltet wird;eine Kletthaftschicht (10) ist an der Gewebeschicht (1) befestigt und zur Verbindung mit einem Kletthafthandpad oder einem Schleifteller geeignet;e) der Abrieb, der als Staub entsteht, wird mit einem fusselfreien Staubbindetuch aufgenommen;f) die Überprüfung erfolgt per Auge;g) die Schritte des Schleifens, Entfernens des Staubes sowie die Überprüfung der lackierten Oberfläche werden wiederholt, bis die lackierte Oberfläche das erwünschte Maß an Ebenheit und Feinrauigkeit aufweist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei der zu schleifenden, lackierten Oberfläche um eine kathodisch tauchlackierte Oberfläche eines Karosserieblechs handelt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei der zu schleifenden, lackierten Oberfläche um eine mit Füllerlack versehene Oberfläche handelt. - Verwendung von Gitterleinen-Schleifmaterial zur Handbearbeitung von lackierten Oberflächen im Trockenverfahren, die eine gewisse Grundrauigkeit und über den beabsichtigten weiteren Lackauftrag vorstehende Rauigkeitsspitzen aufweisen,
mit folgenden Merkmalen des Gitter-Schleifmaterials:eine Gewebeschicht (1), die eine Schichtebene (2) bestimmt und sich überkreuzende Fäden (3, 4) enthält;ein Überzug (5) aus Harz und Schleifkorn, der so getroffen ist, dass der Gewebeschicht eine ausreichende Steifigkeit mit genügender Flexibilität zur Anpassung an zu überschleifende Oberflächen bei Handdruck mit Kletthafthandpad verliehen wird;die Überkreuzungsstellen (6) der Fäden (3, 4) bestimmen die Schleifebene (7) des Schleifmaterials;das Schleifkorn ist inselartig oder rasterartig über die Schleifebene (7) des Schleifmaterials verteilt und läßt Lücken oder Freistellen (8) übrig, an denen das Schleifkorn nicht zur Wirkung kommt, wobei die Rauigkeitsspitzen der zu bearbeitenden lackierten Oberfläche in diese Lücken oder Freistellen eindringen können, so dass die Rauigkeitsspitzen der zu bearbeitenden Oberfläche von den inselartigen Schleifstellen seitlich erfaßt und weggeschlagen werden können, ohne die Grundrauigkeit der lackierten Oberfläche zu beeinträchtigen;eine Kletthaftschicht (10) ist an der Gewebeschicht (1) an der der Schleifebene (7) gegenüberliegenden Seite befestigt und zur Verbindung mit einem Kletthafthandpad geeignet, um das Gitterleinen-Schleifmaterial gleichmäßig von Hard über die zu bearbeitende Oberfläche zu führen. - Verwendung von Gitterleinen-Schleifmaterial nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schleifkorn eine Körnung im Bereich P180 bis P1000 aufweist. - Verwendung von Gitterleinen-Schleifmaterial nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schleifkorn eine Körnung im Bereich oberhalb von P1000 aufweist. - Verwendung von Gitterleinen-Schleifmaterial nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Aluminiumoxid als Schleifkorn verwendet ist. - Verwendung von Gitterleinen-Schleifmaterial nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Siliciumcarbid als Schleifkorn verwendet ist. - Verwendung von Gitterleinen-Schleifmaterial nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Material scheibenförmig, mit einem Durchmesser im Bereich von 75 bis 203 mm, ausgebildet ist.
