Claims (9)

  1. Procédé pour le traitement de surfaces peintes comme traitement préliminaire pour une autre couche de peinture, présentant les caractéristiques suivantes :

    c) la surface traitée est examinée et les étapes a) et b) sont le cas échéant répétées,
       caractérisé par les étapes suivantes :
    d) le traitement des aspérités saillantes est exécuté par un matériau abrasif en forme de grille dont la réalisation est la suivante :
    une couche de tissu (1), qui détermine un plan de couche (2) et contient des fils (3,4) qui se croisent,

  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la surface peinte à poncer est une surface pourvue d'une peinture remplisseuse.
  4. Utilisation d'un matériau abrasif en forme de grille pour le traitement manuel dans un procédé à sec de surfaces peintes, qui présentent une certaine rugosité et des pics d'aspérités faisant saillie au-dessus de la couche de peinture supplémentaire projetée,
    comportant les caractéristiques suivantes du matériau abrasif en grille :
    une couche de tissu (1) qui détermine un plan de couche (2) et contient des fils (3, 4) qui se croisent,
    un revêtement (5) en résine et en grain abrasif réalisé de façon que soit conférée à la couche de tissu une raideur suffisante avec assez de flexibilité pour l'adaptation à des surfaces abrasives par pression manuelle avec un coussin manuel adhésif,
    les emplacements de croisement (6) des fils (3, 4) définissent le plan d'abrasion (7) du matériau abrasif,
    le grain abrasif est du type à íles ou à trame réparti au-dessus du plan d'abrasion (7) du matériau abrasif et laisse des creux ou des emplacements libres (8) disponibles sur lesquels le grain abrasif ne peut exercer une action, de sorte que les pics d'aspérités de la surface peinte à traiter peuvent pénétrer dans ces creux ou emplacements libres, et que les pics d'aspérités de la surface peinte à traiter peuvent être saisis latéralement et tranchés par les emplacements abrasifs en forme d'íles sans influer sur la rugosité de la surface peinte,
    une couche adhésive auto- agrippante (10) est fixée à la couche de tissu (1) sur le côté opposé au plan d'abrasion (7) et destinée à la liaison avec un coussin à main adhésif auto- agrippant, pour guider manuellement et uniformément sur la surface à traiter le matériau abrasif en forme de grille.
  5. Utilisation d'un matériau abrasif en forme de grille selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le grain abrasif présente une granulométrie dans la gamme P180 à P1000.
  6. Utilisation d'un matériau abrasif en forme de grille selon la revendication 4 caractérisé en ce le grain abrasif présente une granulométrie dans la zone au-dessus de P1000.
  7. Utilisation d'un matériau abrasif en forme de grille selon l'une des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise un oxyde d'aluminium comme grain abrasif.
