Definitions
- the invention relates to a blade ring for airflow roller mills according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Blade ring is already known from US-A-5 054 697.
- Airflow roller mills, bowl mills or vertical airflow mills have arranged on a rotatable grinding bowl and grinding rollers rotatable about a fixed axis on. Between the grinding bowl and the mill housing an annular space is formed, in which essentially radially aligned guide vanes for guiding an ascending Carrier gas flow, e.g. an air flow with which the ground good is a sifter is fed.
- the annular space is designed as a circular ring and is with the guide vanes arranged therein as Blade ring, sometimes also called a nozzle ring.
- Known blade rings each consist of a rolled one cylindrical or conical outer ring and inner ring or from a combination of a conical exterior or Inner ring and a cylindrical inner or outer ring, between which the guide vanes are arranged.
- the Guide vanes form flow channels, which are usually have a rectangular cross section.
- shovel rings are also shovel rings known as a cast construction.
- the known blade rings are relatively expensive to manufacture connected. Especially with large roller mills, which shovel rings up to seven meters outside diameter can have, the production is extreme costly.
- the one-piece, ring-shaped blade rings are also in transport and assembly difficult to master and are therefore segmented Form or supplied as circular ring sectors on the construction sites and only assembled there. The segmentation sets however, an annealing treatment ahead so the ring construction is relaxed and separating cuts to produce the Segments no deformation, especially no cracking, trigger.
- the invention has for its object to provide a blade ring for airflow roller mills and comparable mills, which can be manufactured, transported and assembled particularly easily and inexpensively and is suitable for airflow roller mills of different sizes, in particular for very large airflow roller mills.
- a basic idea of the invention is a blade ring polygonal training and from a variety of Polygon segments a polygon blade ring in segment form manufacture.
- the polygon segments can be added to the site Polygon blade ring can be mounted or in groups in a prefabrication to be connected to polygons, which then to a closed polygon, i.e. to the polygon blade ring, can be assembled.
- At least the outer ring of the blade ring is which are also referred to as the outer jacket ring can be formed as a polygon and has a variety of outer polygon segments, which the top view Links between those on an imaginary circle represent lying points of the polygon or the chords.
- a polygon blade ring expediently consists of one Large number of outer polygon segments, which in one particularly advantageous production made from flat sheets can be.
- the flat polygon segments can vertical or with an angle of inclination on the mill housing can be attached directly or indirectly to together with the Guide vanes and an inner ring flow channels with a constant cross section or with a tapering upwards or to form a widening cross section.
- each outer polygon segment a guide vane arranged which is fixed, for example welded, or can be releasably attached. It is advantageous to use the polygon segments and guide vanes to be dimensioned such that two or more guide vanes can be arranged on a polygon segment. These guide vanes can be the same or different be trained.
- a major advantage of the polygonal design of the Vane ring is the option of the guide vanes to be able to employ almost any desired angle.
- the flat surfaces of an outer polygon segment and the associated one Inner polygon segments enable this arrangement, while in the blade rings of the prior art curved surfaces of the inner and outer ring the inclination limit the guide vanes.
- connection of the polygon segments can be detachable or permanent, for example, by welding. It is advantageous that by the number of polygon segments Deviation from the circular mill housing is relatively small can be held.
- Another advantage is that with a larger Number of polygon segments the total number of guide vanes of the polygon blade ring can be increased, because the flat surfaces of the outer and inner polygon segments allow their arrangement.
- a higher number of guide vanes enables an optimization of the fluid flow and improvement of the grinding and classifying process.
- guide vanes With several guide vanes in the area of a polygon segment there is the possibility of the guide vanes being different train and in terms of their shape, dimensioning and tendency to vary.
- the guide vanes can be flat or curved, for example, in the middle or fixed off-center and dimensioned differently his.
- the blade ring has only one polygonal outer ring, but none with this connected inner ring.
- the guide vanes are "flying" arranged and only attached to the outer polygon segments.
- An inner flow area i.e. an inner ring, is formed by an outer surface of the grinding bowl, which is generally cylindrical.
- the guide blades are expediently designed in such a way that that an inner edge largely parallel and with a slight Distance to the outer surface of the grinding bowl is.
- the advantages of the blade ring designed according to the invention are an extremely inexpensive production, a simplified transport and assembly, which without heavy equipment and carried out with a low risk of accident can be.
- the production of the flat polygon segments the outer and inner ring is less expensive, because the bending process is no longer required for sheet metal rolling and less waste due to the straight edges accrues.
- the production can be designed extremely efficiently because several layers of sheet metal are stacked on top of each other and with a common cut into the desired one Shape can be cut or burned. A prefabrication of the polygon segments with one or more guide vanes is possible.
- Figure 1 shows an example of a first variant of a segmented Polygonal blade ring 1 in a cutout perspective view.
- the polygonal blade ring 1 has an outer ring 2, an inner ring 3 and between these radially arranged guide vanes 4.
- the outer ring 2 and the inner ring 3 are segmented and form a polygon with a large number in plan view of corners 20 which are on an imaginary circular line lie and the individual sides of the upper edges 21 of Outer polygon segments 5 or from upper edges 22 of Inner polygon segments 6 are formed.
- the outer polygon segments 5 thus form tendons of an outer jacket ring, of the outer ring 2, while the inner polygon segments 6 Form tendons of an inner jacket ring, the inner ring 3.
- the dash-dotted lines show the sectors of the segmented Polygon blade ring 1, its polygon segments 10 in this example from an outer polygon segment 5, a complementary inner polygon segment 6 and a vane 4 exist.
- the guide vanes 4 are with an angle of attack ⁇ (see Fig. 2) arranged and form in pairs with the associated Areas of the inner ring 6 and the outer ring 5 each a flow channel 14.
- a guide vane 4 connects in each case an outer polygon segment 5 with the inner polygon segment 6 to the polygon segment 10, which with other polygon segments 10 connected to the segmented polygon blade ring 1 can be.
- outer polygon segments 5 and inner polygon segments 6 exist from flat sheets, with the outer polygon segments 5 with an inclination angle ⁇ on the mill housing 11 (see Fig. 2) are attached. At the top are cut out Sheets of existing outer polygon segments 5 via elements 12, which also serve as cover, on the mill housing 11 (see Fig. 2) attached.
- Figure 1 also shows a first variant of a polygon 15. This consists of three identically trained ones Outside polygon segments 5 and inside polygon segments 6 with guide vanes 4 arranged in between, i.e. out of three identically designed polygon segments 10.
- Figure 2 shows a second variant of a segmented polygon vane ring 1. This exists from a polygonal outer ring 2 with a Large number of outer polygon segments 5, which are made of planes Sheets exist and on an upper edge 21 over elements 12 and at a lower edge 23 with an angle of inclination ⁇ are attached to the mill housing 11.
- the perspective View of the polygonal blade ring 1 without one Inner ring and without showing the grinding bowl leaves the A clear view of an air duct 17 below the polygon blade ring 1.
- Fig. 2 illustrates that the flat surface the outer polygon segments 5 the arrangement of several Guide vanes 4 on a polygon segment 5 and with different Inclination angles ⁇ and in or against clockwise.
- FIG. 3 are the "flying" on the outer polygon segments 5 of the polygonal outer ring 2 fixed guide vanes 4 2 in a sectional sectional view shown.
- the same features are again with identical reference numerals of Figures 1 and 2 provided.
- the guide vanes 4 are designed such that an inner edge 9 parallel is arranged to an outer surface 7 of the grinding bowl 8.
- the outer surface 7 of the grinding bowl 8 takes over this Training the function of an inner ring 3 and is cylindrical educated.
- Fig. 3 shows above the outer polygon segments 5 or the polygonal outer ring 2 guide surfaces 13, which is an extension of the inclined outer segments 5 are arranged and a fluid flow from the Air duct 17 away from the mill housing 11 and in the direction Steer the mill center (not shown).
- Figure 4 shows the polygonal outer ring 2 in a detail and in plan view of the elements 12. This plan view should clarify that with a corresponding number of polygon segments 5 the deviation from the associated The arc is minimal, as shown in the illustration of the parallel mill housing 11 emerges.
- FIG. 5 shows an outer polygon segment 5 with one on it attached guide vane 4. number and positioning as well the size of the guide vanes 4 in relation to the polygon segment 5 are only exemplary and can be varied.
- the top view of the outer polygon segment 5 shows that this as well as the associated inner polygon segments 6 due to a polygonal inner ring (not shown) the straight edges are particularly easy to produce and especially cut from sheets stacked on top of each other can be.
- An upper, horizontal edge 21 and the vertical side edges 24 are straight and a lower one Edge 23 is curved and is in the installed state on the mill housing 11 (Fig. 3). It is possible, to integrate the element 12 in the polygon segment 5.
