Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zum Aufbringen eines Phosphatüberzuges auf Werkstücke mit großer Längserstrekcung aus Eisenbasis - Legierungen mit Anwendung von elektrischem Strom und eine dergleichen Vorrichtung.
Erfindungsgemäß wird dabei das Werkstück in Längsrichtung bewegt und hintereinander folgend auf höhere Temperatur gebracht, durch ein Behandlungsbad geführt und während einer Durchlaufzeit wischen 1,5 und 19 Sekunden dessen Oberfläche mit Einwirken von elektrischem Strom bei Einstellung der elektrischen Werte in Anhängigkeit von den Behandlungsparametern phosphatiert. Bei einer erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung weisen die Einzelkomponenten jeweils eine derartige Form auf, daß das Werkstück (11) in Längsrichtung (Z) durch diese durchbewegbar ist und daß der mit elektrischem Strom versorgbaren Phosphatier-Einheit (5) mindestens eine Erwärmungs-Einrichtung (3) vorgeordnet ist.
