Claims (19)
- Gehäuse für ein Gebläse, wobei das Gebläse mindestens eine axiale Lufteintrittsöffnung (1) und eine radiale Luftausblasöffnung (2) aufweist und aus einer Gehäusebaugruppe und aus einer Lüfterbaugruppe mit einem Elektromotor (3) und einem Lüfterrad (4) besteht, wobei die Gehäusebaugruppe mindestens ein Trägerteil (5) umfaßt, das im Bereich der axialen Lufteintrittsöffnung (1) angeordnet ist und zur lagernden Aufnahme eines Tragelementes (6) der Lüfterbaugruppe dient,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gehäusebaugruppe mindestens zwei lösbar miteinander verbindbare, die Lufteintrittsöffnung (1) teilende Schalenteile (7a, 7b) aufweist, wobei das Trägerteil (5) im Montagezustand zwischen den Schalenteilen (7a, 7b) gehalten ist. - Gehäuse nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Elektromotor (3) als Außenläufermotor ausgebildet ist, wobei das Tragelement (6) als eine längliche, zumindest mit einem ihrer Enden in dem Trägerteil (5) gehalterte Tragachse ausgebildet ist, auf der einerseits ein Stator (3a) des Elektromotors (3) sitzt und andererseits ein Außenläufer drehbar gelagert ist. - Gehäuse nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trägerteil (5) im Montagezustand klemmend in einer die Lufteintrittsöffnung (1) umrandenden Nut (22) in den Schalenteilen (7a, 7b) gehalten ist. - Gehäuse nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schalenteile (7a, 7b) über Klammern (8) lösbar miteinander verbindbar sind. - Gehäuse nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trägerteil (5) einen, insbesondere in seiner Grundgestalt kreisringförmigen, verstrebten Rahmen (9) aufweist, wobei die Verstrebung durch, vorzugsweise drei, sternförmig miteinander verbundene Tragarme (10, 10a) gebildet ist. - Gehäuse mit einem Trägerteil (5) zur lagernden Aufnahme eines Tragelementes (6) einer Lüfterbaugruppe eines Gebläses, insbesondere nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trägerteil (5) mindestens einen mit einem/dem Rahmen (9) verbundenen Tragarm (10a) aufweist, der zur Aufnahme von Anschlußleitungen (12) für einen/den Elektromotor (3) als einseitig offener Kanal (19), insbesondere als eine U-förmig ausgebildete Strebe, ausgebildet ist, wobei der Rahmen (9) derart von dem Kanal (19) durchbrochen ist, daß die Anschlußleitungen (12) oberhalb einer Deckfläche des Rahmens (9) aus dem Trägerteil (5) herausgeführt werden können. - Gehäuse nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 2 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein in dem Trägerteil (5) gehaltertes Ende der Tragachse einen inneren Führunyskanal (11) zur Aufnahme von Anschlußleitungen (12) für den Elektromotor (3) aufweist. - Gehäuse nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trägerteil (5) eine nicht rotationssymmetrische Außenkontur, insbesondere eine Kontur mit zwei einander diametral gegenüberliegenden Abflachungen (20), und die miteinander verbundenen Schalenteile (7a, 7b) im Bereich der Lufteintrittsöffnung (1) eine dieser Außenkontur in der Form angepaßte Innenkontur aufweisen. - Gehäuse nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trägerteil (5) mindestens einen peripher angeordneten Montagezapfen (21) und mindestens eines der Schalenteile (7a, 7b) eine Aufnahme (23) für diesen Montagezapfen aufweist. - Gehäuse nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahme (23) für den Montagezapfen (21) als taschenartige Vertiefung in der die Lufteintrittsöffnung (1) umrandenden Nut (22) ausgebildet ist. - Gehäuse nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eines der Schalenteile (7a, 7b) mindestens einen Positionierstift (24) und das andere Schalenteil (7b, 7a) mindestens eine korrespondierende, zur Aufnahme des Positionierstiftes (24) bestimmte Positionieröffnung (25) aufweist. - Gehäuse nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gehäusebaugruppe einen an einem der Schalenteile (7a, 7b) lösbar befestigbaren Klemmenkasten (13) zur Aufnahme einer Anschlußklemmleiste (14) umfaßt, wobei die Anschlußklemmleiste (14) zur Verbindung eines (äußeren) elektrischen Anschlußkabels mit (inneren) Anschlußleitungen (12) des Elektromotors (3) dient. - Gehäuse nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klemmenkasten (13) mindestens einen Montagezapfen (16) und eines der Schalenteile (7b) mindestens eine Aufnahmetasche (17) für diesen Montagezapfen (16) aufweist. - Gehäuse nach Anspruch 12 oder 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlußleitungen (12) des Elektromotors (3) zwischen dem Klemmenkasten (13) und dem Trägerteil (5) in einem Kabelkanalstück (26) geführt sind. - Gehäuse nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tragelement (6) der Lüfterbaugruppe über ein einstückiges Elastikelement (18) mit dem Trägerteil (5) verbunden ist, wobei das Elastikelement (18) aus drei axial hintereinanderliegenden Abschnitten (18a, 18b, 18c) besteht, und zwar einem verdrehfest mit dem Trägerteil (5) verbundendenen Träger-Verbindungs-Abschnitt (18a), einem verdrehfest mit dem Tragelement (6) verbundenen Motor-Verbindungs-Abschnitt (18b) sowie einem zwischen den beiden Verbindungsabschnitten (18a, 18b) angeordneten elastisch verformbaren Zwischenabschnitt (18c). - Gehäuse nach Anspruch 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Elastikelement (18) über in Drehrichtung des Elektromotors (3) formschlüssige und dadurch Relativverdrehungen verhindernde Steckverbindungen mit dem Tragelement (6) und/oder mit dem Trägerteil (5) verbunden ist. - Gebläse mit einem Gehäuse nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 12 bis 16,
gekennzeichnet durch eine vormontierte Baugruppe, bestehend aus dem Elektromotor (3) mit der aus dem Elektromotor (3) herausgeführten Tragachse, die teilweise, von einem Achsende ausgehend, als Hohlachse ausgeführt ist, wobei der innere Führungskanal (11) der Tragachse die Anschlußleitungen (12) für den Elektromotor (3) aufnimmt, die einendig an der im Klemmenkasten (13) befindlichen Anschlußklemmleiste (14) angeschlossen sind. - Gebläse nach Anspruch 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vormontierten Baugruppe zusätzlich Elastikelemente (18) umfaßt, die zur schwingungsisolierenden Halterung des Elektromotors (3) auf beide Enden der Tragachse aufgesetzt sind, wobei das auf der Kabelseite befestigte Elastikelement (18) von den Anschlußleitungen (12) durchgriffen wird. - Gebläse mit einem Gehäuse nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 16 oder nach Anspruch 17 oder 18,
gekennzeichnet durch eine Ausbildung als doppelseitig saugendes Radialgebläse mit zwei axialen Lufteintrittsöffnungen (1) und zwei Trägerteilen (5) im Bereich dieser Lufteintrittsöffnungen (1).
