- the installation includes a supply device 1 in sheets of securities, in particular Bank notes. These sheets, which may already be partially printed or not are brought one by one to through a feed roller 2 to a first pressure cylinder 3 collaborating with a cylinder screen holder 4. Cylinders 3 and 4 constitute the unit screen printing. Downstream of these two cylinders is located a drying / activation device 5 which is preferably an ultraviolet device. Subsequently a transfer cylinder 6 allows transfer the sheets to a second cylinder of pressure 7. Thereafter, and depending on the variant other elements allow you to print the safety drawing as will be explained later. The leaves pass through a control unit of the print quality 9 before being directed to a storage of printed sheets 10, 11, 12.
