Claims (21)

  1. Aus wenigstens einem Fasermaterialstrom (1) gebildeter Gegenstand mit wenigstens einem transparenten oder transluziden Fenster, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Strom (1) wenigstens eine Zone der Dicke null (2) aufweist, wobei die Zone (2) auf wenigstens einer ihrer Seiten mit einer Struktur (3, 5) abgedeckt ist, die wenigstens teilweise transparent oder transluzid ist, und die derart angeordnet ist, dass sie das transparente oder transluzide Fenster in dem Fasermaterialstrom erkennen lässt, wobei die Struktur (3, 5) mit einer Decksubstanz (4) so abgedeckt ist, dass sie die Ränder der in dem Fasermaterial (1) gebildeten Zone der Dicke null (2) verbirgt.
  2. Gegenstand nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Decksubstanz (4) ausgewählt ist aus Drucktinten, Flüssigkristallen, Metallteilchen, Magnetteilchen, thermochromen Substanzen und schillernden Substanzen.
  3. Gegenstand nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Struktur (3) ein transparenter Kunststofffilm ist.
  4. Gegenstand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Struktur (3) ein Pauspapier ist.
  5. Gegenstand nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Struktur ein bedruckter Aufkleber mit einem Ausschnitt ist.
  6. Gegenstand nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aufkleber (5) größere Abmessungen aufweist als die in dem Fasermaterial (1) gebildete Zone der Dicke null (2), so dass die Ränder der in dem Fasermaterial gebildeten Zone der Dicke null durch den Aufkleber verborgen sind und die Ränder des Ausschnitts des Aufklebers über dem Leerraum angeordnet sind, der in der in dem Fasermaterial gebildeten Zone der Dicke null frei bleibt.
  7. Gegenstand nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aufkleber (5) mit einer Sicherheitssubstanz überdeckt ist, die ausgewählt ist aus Metallteilchen, Magnetteilchen, thermochromen Substanzen, schillernden Substanzen, Flüssigkristallen und Mischungen davon.
  8. Gegenstand nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wenigstens teilweise transparente oder transluzide Struktur (3, 5) ein Sicherheitshologramm darstellt.
  9. Gegenstand nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er einen Gegenstand darstellt, der ausgewählt ist aus einer Banknote, einem Sicherheitspapier, einem Geschenkgutschein, einem Wertdokument, einem Coupon, einem Etikett zum Schutz einer Marke oder eines Produkts, und einem Etikett zur Rückverfolgbarkeit.
  10. Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Gegenstands gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Verfahren:
    - wenigstens ein Fasermaterialstrom (1) gebildet wird,
    - eine Zone der Dicke null (2) in dem Fasermaterial realisiert wird,
    - die wenigstens teilweise transparente oder transluzide Struktur (3, 5) an der Stelle der Zone der Dicke null auf der Vorder- und/oder Rückseite des Fasermaterialstroms angeordnet wird, so dass sich ein transparentes oder transluzides Fenster in dem Gegenstand erkennen lässt.
  11. Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Struktur (3, 5) wenigstens eines der folgenden Elemente aufweist: ein holographisches und/oder diffraktives Element, eine magnetische, metallische oder kristalline Auflage, Flüssigkristalle, einen Aufdruck aus Lack oder Tinte, schillernde Pigmente, thermochrome und/oder piezochrome Pigmente, eine reflektierende Oberfläche.
  12. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 und 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Struktur einen Film aus Kunststoffmaterial, insbesondere Polyester, aufweist.
  13. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Struktur aus einer einzigen Schicht zusammengesetzt ist.
  14. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Struktur wenigstens zwei Schichten aufweist, von denen eine eine Trägerschicht ist, die nach der Übertragung der Struktur auf den Fasermaterialstrom eliminiert wird.
  15. Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trägerschicht mehrere Bereiche aus einem Film oder einem Fasermaterial aufweist, die so angeordnet sind, dass die Bereiche nach ihrer Übertragung auf den Fasermaterialstrom einen Abstand voneinander auf der Oberfläche des Fasermaterialstroms aufweisen.
  16. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 14 und 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fasermaterialstrom mit einer Struktur (3') in Kontakt gebracht wird, die anfangs wenigstens die folgenden Schichten aufweist:
    - eine Trägerschicht (10),
    - eine Befreiungsschicht (11),
    - optional eine Lackschicht (12), die ein Harz und optional ein Färbemittel aufweist,
    - eine Schicht aus Metall (13), Kunststoffmaterial oder Fasermaterial,
    - eine Klebeschicht (14).
  17. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ablage der wenigstens teilweise transparenten oder transluziden Struktur (3, 5) durch Warm- oder Kaltübertragung zur Anordnung der Zone der Dicke null auf der Vorderund/oder Rückseite der Faserschicht (1) erfolgt.
  18. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ablage der wenigstens teilweise transparenten oder transluziden Struktur (3, 5) durch warmes oder kaltes Aufkaschieren auf der Vorder- und/oder Rückseite des Fasermaterialstroms (1) erfolgt.
  19. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zone der Dicke null (2) mittels einer Prägewalze (38, 44) unter Nassformung des Fasermaterialstroms (1) gebildet wird.
  20. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zone der Dicke null (2) durch ein mechanisches Schneidwerkzeug oder einen Laserschneider gebildet wird.
  21. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein dickes Element (6) auf der Vorder- und/oder Rückseite der Struktur angeordnet ist, wobei das dicke Element ausgewählt ist aus gedruckten Schaltungen, Mikroprozessoren, Elektronikchips, Magnetelementen, Metallelementen, Kunststoffelementen, Detektionsvorrichtungen, die bei Vorhandensein eines elektromagnetischen Felds oder entsprechender Helligkeit ein Signal aussenden.
