Claims (5)
- Walzmaschine mit Schnellaustausch der Arbeitswalzen durch Lösen der Verbindung zwischen den Zapfen (7, 8) der Arbeitswalze (1) und den im Maschinenraum angeordneten tragenden seitlichen Lagerzapfen (2, 3), von welchen jeweils einer durch ein Getriebe mit dem Hauptantrieb der Maschine verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stirnteile der Zapfen (7, 8) der Arbeitswalze (1) mit nicht durchlaufenden Vorsprüngen (9, 10) versehen sind, die in entsprechende gegenüberliegende nicht durchlaufende, in den seitlichen Lagerzapfen (2, 3) angeordnete Stirnnuten (11, 12) eingreifen, wobei die Zonen ihrer Eingriffsberührung durch axial verschiebbare Ringe (13) radial überdeckt sind.
- Walzmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die axial verschiebbaren Ringe (13) an ihren inneren Stirnen mit Hilfe von mindestens zwei Verbindungsstangen (14) mit im Hohlraum der Arbeitswalze (1) gelagerten Gewinderingen (15) verbunden sind, die an der axial stabilen Gewindespindel (16) mit linkem und rechtem Gewinde gelagert sind, wobei die Gewindespindel (16) drehbar zur Stirn des nicht angetriebenen Lagerzapfens (3) der Arbeitswalze (1) verläuft, wo auf der Ebene der nicht durchlaufenden Stirnfeder (10) ein Vierkant (17) versehen ist, zu dem in der anliegenden Versenkung ein Rotationsmitnehmer (18) angegliedert ist, der mit einer axial verschiebbaren Welle (19) verbunden ist, die gemeinsam mit ihm durch eine Axialöffnung im anliegendem seitlichen Lagerzapfen (3) zur drehbaren Muffe (20) am Ende der Kolbenstange (21) des Steuerkolbenmotors (22) verläuft, der gemeinsam mit dem reversiblen Rotationsantriebsmechanismus (23) für die axial verschiebbare Welle (19) am Deckel (24) der Lageranordnung des erwähnten seitlichen Lagerzapfens (3) der Arbeitswalze (1) befestigt ist.
- Die Walzmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gewindespindel (16) in ihrer Mitte mit Hilfe eines beidseitigen axialen Lagers (25) am mittleren Balken (26) der Arbeitswalze (1), und an ihren beiden Enden mit Hilfe radialer Lager (27) befestigt ist, die in die Aussparungen beider Zapfen (7, 8) der Arbeitswalze (1) versenkt sind.
- Walzmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rotationantriebsmechanismus (23) mit der axial verschiebbaren Welle (19) mittels der Feder (29) und deren länglichen Nute (30) verbunden ist, deren Länge mindestens der Größe des Hubs der Kolbenstange (21) des Steuerkolbenmotors (22) entspricht.
- Walzmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die axial verschiebbaren Ringe (13) von Außen mit an den Stirnen der Arbeitswalzen (1) befestigten Dichtungsmanschetten (31) umschlossen sind.
