Claims (4)
- Baustein aus silikatischen Rohstoffen, mit einer strukturbildenden Raumform und einer gegebenenfalls teilweisen Füllung von Hohlräumen in der Raumform, die den Baustein in der Höhe zur Gänze durchsetzen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die strukturbildende Raumform aus lockerem porösem Silikatmaterial geringer Rohdichte und hoher thermischer Isolierung (Wärmedämmung) und die Füllung und bzw. oder eine Beschichtung (10, 11), insbesondere einer oder mehrerer Aussenseiten des Bausteines (1) aus dichtem, festem Silikatmaterial hoher Rohdichte und hoher Druckfestigkeit gebildet ist.
- Baustein nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Raumform einem Hohlziegel entspricht und wenigstens einige der durchgehenden Hohlräume (2, 3, 4, 5) in der gesamten Höhe mit druckfestem Silikatmaterial ausgefüllt sind.
- Baustein nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den durchgehenden Hohlräumen (2, 3, 4, 5) Platten (6) bzw. Leisten (7) im Abstand zueinander oder Hohlprofile (8) oder Stäbe (9) aus druckfestem Silikatmaterial vorgesehen sind.
- Baustein nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als lockeres poröses Silikatmaterial, Lehm bzw. Ton, gemischt mit Porosierungsmitteln, in einer Rohdichte kleiner als 1500 kg/m3 und als druckfestes Silikatmaterial, Lehm bzw. Ton in einer Rohdichte größer als 1500 kg/m3, jeweils getrocknet und vorzugsweise auch gebrannt vorgesehen ist.
