Claims (6)
- Dosierkolben-Zylindereinheit einer Kolbenmembranpumpe,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dosierkolben-Zylindereinheit (1, 2) im Mikrometerbereich (µm) nahezu spielfrei ist und deren Abdichtung über eine hydrodynamische Spaltdichtung erfolgt. - Dosierkolben-Zylindereinheit nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Elementenpaarung Dosierkolben-Zylinder (1, 2) aus Oxid-Keramik hergestellt ist. - Dosierkolben-Zylindereinheit nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Dosierkolben (1) über eine Kupplung (4) schwimmend angesteuert ist. - Kolbenmembranpumpe zur Ansaugung und Abgabe eines flüssigen Dosiermediums mit einem Pumpeninnenraum (14) und davon durch Eintauchen eines Dosierkolbens (1) in einen im Pumpeninnenraum (14) angeordneten Zylinder (2) abtrennbarem Kompressionsraum (15), wobei der Kompressionsraum (15) eine Dosieröffnung (11) für die Abgabe des Dosiermediums und der Pumpeninnenraum (14) ein Saugventil (7) für das Hereinfördern von Dosiermedium und ein Rücklaufdruckventil (10) für die Abgabe überschüssigen Dosiermediums aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Dosierkolben (1) im den Kompressionsraum (5) ausbildenden Bereich des Zylinders (2) mit Toleranz im Bereich von µm nahezu spielfrei geführt und die Dichtung eines zwischen Dosierkolben (1) und Zylinder (2) verbleibenden Spaltes (3) als mittels des angesaugten Dosiermediums abdichtende, hydrodynamische Spaltdichtung ausgebildet ist - Kolbenmembranpumpe nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Dosierkolben (1) und Zylinder (2) aus Oxid-Keramik hergestellt sind. - Kolbenmembranpumpe nach Anspruch 4 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Dosierkolben (1) mittels einer Kupplung (4) schwimmend mit einem Antriebskolben (5) verbunden ist.
