Les abonnés de ce groupe cible sont appelés et automatiquement en interaction avec le réseau de télécommunications. Le réseau conserve un enregistrement de la liste des abonnés pouvant être atteints dans les limites de certaines contraintes prédéterminées, la liste des abonnés pouvant être atteints car leur interaction est actuellement achevée et la liste des abonnés dont l'interaction n'est pas achevée. Le client (100) reçoit un compte-rendu des résultats des transactions automatisées.
