Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a cable-driven elevator with one in one Manhole guided on car rails and with a traction sheave via a mechanical torque transmission device with a Brake device having an electric motor is connected.
In the conventional design of such elevators, the traction sheave and the connected to this via a gear and / or a clutch Electric motor housed in a machine room from which the Cables directly or indirectly through openings in the floor of the machine room connected to the car in the shaft and a counterweight are. Although the one available in this separate engine room No restrictions regarding the type and size of the traction sheave, Engine, braking device and gearbox required, there also the Control cabinets of the elevator control system can be accommodated without hindrance can and in addition all these units are conveniently assembled and can also be serviced, this construction must nevertheless because of building effort and the resulting restrictions on use on the roof of the building or in the area of the top floor are considered to be disadvantageous. - In contrast, space-saving Hydraulic lifts are general for design reasons limited to applications in buildings with few floors.
In also known elevator systems without an engine room, drive motors are Brakes and possibly rotating devices in the elevator shaft arranged and therefore not directly accessible from the outside or to operate. For emergency evacuation of those trapped in the car People are therefore required to have auxiliary facilities, their function and Availability are limited. Also the testability of the braking devices difficult.
From EP-A-719724 a cable driven elevator is known, in which the traction sheave in the area of the top car stop in the intermediate space between a car side wall and the adjacent shaft side wall and the engine including braking device in one of the Floor level of the top stop accessible area is, where it is next to or partly in a special shaft side wall opening located.
The invention has for its object to avoid the above Disadvantages of driving a cable driven via a traction sheave To design elevator so that with space-saving, inexpensive construction nevertheless easy access for assembly and maintenance work is guaranteed.
For an elevator of the type described at the outset, this task is performed according to the invention solved by a cable-driven elevator with the features of claim 1. Special refinements and advantageous developments this elevator result from the subclaims.
- daß für Routineüberprüfungen, Inspektionen oder Reparaturarbeiten notwendigerweise erreichbare und eventuell wartungsanfällige Einheiten des Aufzugantriebs, nämlich Motor und Bremseinrichtung, vom Stockwerk aus z.B. direkt im Schachttürbereich, gegebenenfalls nach Abnehmen einer geeigneten Verkleidung, zugänglich sind;
- that, without deviating from the usual elevator dimensions (shaft cross-section, car width), the existing shaft cross-section is better used,
- that the area of the floor, which is much larger than the shaft cross-section, is available for installing the drive,
- that for routine inspections, inspections or repair work, accessible and possibly maintenance-sensitive units of the elevator drive, namely motor and braking device, are accessible from the floor, for example, directly in the shaft door area, if necessary after removing a suitable covering;
- that this eliminates or simplifies numerous previously necessary difficult or dangerous work within the elevator shaft, for the execution of which either a scaffold had to be set up or a maintenance person had to go to the roof of the car.
- In the event of a blocked car, the maintenance personnel can release the brake device, which is easily accessible from the floor, and / or move the engine manually to an exit position for the passengers.
- For lifts for large payloads, the single-sided drive unit only needs to be doubled and installed with the same advantages on both sides in the area of the top stop.

In diesem
angeordneten Antriebsaggregaten, deren Motoren bzw. davor angeordnete
verkleidet. To be sufficient for elevators intended for the transport of larger loads

The details and variants of the elevator system described above The invention can also be used to advantage if the Traction sheave (s) and their drive unit (s) in the area of the lowest Car stop or, if applicable, a side one underneath accessible pit are arranged. Of course, in these cases the cable guide shown in Figure 1 or 11 through two in the shaft head attached pulleys can be adjusted accordingly.
