Claims (7)
- Robinet de soutirage pour tonneaux à bière composé d'un corps de robinet (26) à soupape et écoulement ainsi que d'un canal à bière (1) placé après ledit corps de robinet (26) et servant à percer le tonneau (35), lequel est entouré d'un fourreau (20) mobile muni d'une garniture déformable (bague de caoutchouc 22, bride d'extrémité 33, douille 27), contre lequel peut se visser un manchon (7), et comprenant des moyens pour fixer le corps de robinet (26), par rapport au fourreau (20) et manchon (7), dans une position permettant d'ouvrir la bonde (36) du tonneau (35), caractérisé en ce qu'il présente les caractéristiques suivantes :a) sur le canal à bière (1) se trouve une bague (4) montée mobile entre deux butées (2, 3), laquelle comprend des dents de bague (5) saillant radialement de celle-ci et présentant des surfaces obliques (6) inclinées dans le sens périphérique ;b) le manchon (7) se compose d'une première et d'une deuxième partie (8, 9) reliées entre elles, lesquelles présentent sur leurs surfaces internes (10, 11) des premières et deuxièmes nervures (12, 13) parallèles à l'axe, qui à chaque fois possèdent leurs propres surfaces obliques (6', 6") tournées vers les dents de bague (5), l'écart entre les premières nervures (12) étant tel que les dents de bague (5) glissent dans celui-ci et leur longueur correspondant au moins à la longueur d'introduction du canal à bière (1) dans la bonde (36) ;c) les premières nervures (12) comprennent outre leurs propres surfaces obliques (6'), des appuis (14) pour la base (15) des dents de bague (5) auxquels succède un coin de glissement (16), les deuxièmes nervures (13) étant deux fois plus nombreuses que les premières (12) et les deuxièmes nervures (13) étant elles aussi distancées l'une de l'autre de l'ordre de la dimension des dents de bague (5), etd) sur le manchon (7) agissant un ressort à boudin (17) enveloppant le canal à bière (1), qui serre la base (15) des dents de bague (5) contre les appuis (14).

- Robinet de soutirage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le raccord (19) comprend un taraudage (25) et en ce qu'il est vissé sur le fourreau (20).
- Robinet de soutirage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'une conduite à bière en matière plastique est placée dans le corps de robinet (26) et en ce que le canal à bière (1) est lui aussi en matière plastique et relié au corps de robinet (26), par l'intermédiaire de deux bras (28) formés sur ledit conduit, au moyen d'un assemblage à enclenchement.
- Robinet de soutirage selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la douille (27) entourant le fourreau (20) a extérieurement la forme d'un cône.
- Robinet de soutirage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'angle du cône est d'environ 1°.
