Claims (16)
- Kupplungsanordnung mit einem Verriegelungsmechanismus (1, 1a), insbesondere für Schienenfahrzeuge, wobei die Kupplungsanordnung zwei Kupplungsvorrichtungen (7) mit je einem Kupplungskopf (5, 5a) umfasst, wovon zumindest der eine Kupplungskopf (5, 5a) mit einem Kupplungsorgan (54, 54a) und der jeweils andere Kupplungskopf (5, 5a) mit einer korrespondierenden Aussparung (56, 56a) versehen ist, und wobei jeweils das Kupplungsorgan (54, 54a) des einen Kupplungskopfs (5, 5a), zwecks Durchführung des Kupplungsvorgangs, in die Aussparung (56, 56a) des jeweils anderen Kupplungskopfs (5, 5a) einzugreifen bestimmt ist, und wobei der Verriegelungsmechanismus (1, 1a) ein als Riegel (2, 2a) ausgebildetes Sicherungsorgan zum Sichern des eingekuppelten Kupplungsorgans (54, 54a) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verriegelungsmechanismus (1, 1a) als Hebelanordnung ausgebildet ist, bei welcher der Riegel (2, 2a) über einen Zwischenhebel (3, 3a) mit einem Entriegelungshebel (4, 4a) in Wirkverbindung steht, wobei der Entriegelungshebel (4, 4a) der direkten oder indirekten Sicherung des Riegels (2, 2a) in der Arretierstellung sowie dem Entriegeln des Verriegelungsmechanismus (1, 1a) dient, und wobei die Hebelanordnung zur Reduktion der Betätigungskraft mit zumindest einer Rolle (31, 31a) und/oder einem Gelenk versehen ist, und wobei der Riegel (2, 2a) derart ausgebildet ist, dass er beim Kupplungsvorgang von der jeweils anderen Kupplungsvorrichtung mechanisch von der Ruhe- in die Arretierstellung und bei entriegeltem Entriegelungshebel (4, 4a) beim Entkupplungsvorgang auch wieder zurückbewegt wird.
- Kupplungsanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest der Zwischenhebel (3, 3a) und der Entriegelungshebel (4, 4a) schwenkbar gelagert sind.
- Kupplungsanordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zwischenhebel (3, 3a) zur Reduktion der Betätigungskraft des Entriegelungshebels (4, 4a) mit zumindest einer Rolle (31, 31a) und/oder einem Gelenk versehen ist.
- Kupplungsanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zwischenhebel (3, 3a) bei entriegeltem Entriegelungshebel (4, 4a) mittels des Riegels (2, 2a) von der Wirk- in die Ruhestellung bewegbar ist.
- Kupplungsanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im verriegelten Zustand des Verriegelungsmechanismus (1, 1a), die Krafteinleitung vom Riegel (2, 2a) auf den Zwischenhebel (3, 3a), in Bezug auf den Drehpunkt (30, 30a) des Zwischenhebels (3, 3a), im wesentlichen radial erfolgt.
- Kupplungsanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, im verriegelten Zustand des Verriegelungsmechanismus (1, 1a), die Krafteinleitung vom Zwischenhebel (3, 3a) auf den Entriegelungshebel (4, 4a), in Bezug auf den Drehpunkt (40, 40a) des Entriegelungshebels (4, 4a), im wesentlichen radial erfolgt.
- Kupplungsanordnung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Entriegelungshebel (4, 4a) einen von einer konkav ausgebildeten Stirnfläche (42, 42a) begrenzten ersten Nocken (41, 41a) aufweist, und dass der Zwischenhebel (3, 3a) einen von einer konvex ausgebildeten Stirnfläche (34, 34a) begrenzten, mit der konkav ausgebildeten Stirnfläche (42, 42a) des ersten Nockens (41, 41a) korrespondierenden Fortsatz (33, 33a) aufweist, welche beiden Stirnflächen (34, 34a; 42, 42a) im verriegelten Zustand des Riegels (2, 2a) aneinanderliegen.
- Kupplungsanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, wobei der Zwischenhebel (3, 3a) mit einer Rolle (31, 31a) versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Riegel (2, 2a) eine mit der Rolle (31, 31a) korrespondierende Ausnehmung (24, 24a) aufweist, in welche die Rolle (31, 31a) zwecks Arretierung des Riegels (2, 2a) einzugreifen bestimmt ist, wobei die Ausnehmung (24, 24a) in dem der Rolle (31, 31a) des Zwischenhebels (3, 3a) zugewandten Bereich (25, 25a) von einer konkaven in eine konvexe Form oder in eine Gerade übergeht.
- Kupplungsanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Riegel (2, 2a) eine weitere Ausnehmung (26, 26a) aufweist, welche mit der am Zwischenhebel (3, 3a) angeordneten Rolle (31, 31a) derart zusammenzuarbeiten bestimmt ist, dass der Riegel (2, 2a) in seiner Ruhestellung arretierbar ist.
- Kupplungsanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zwischenhebel (3, 3a) in Richtung des Riegels (2, 2a) und der Entriegelungshebel (4, 4a) in Richtung des Zwischenhebels (3, 3a) derart federbelastet sind, dass die Hebelanordnung in der Arretierstellung des Riegels (2, 2a) eine definierte Wirkstellung einnimmt, in welcher der Riegel (2, 2a) gesichert ist.
- Kupplungsanordnung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zwischenhebel (3, 3a) mittels des Riegels (2, 2a) entgegen der Federkraft verschwenkbar ist.
- Kupplungsanordnung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die federbelasteten Elemente (3, 3a, 4, 4a) beim Kupplungsvorgang mittels des jeweils anderen Kuplungskopfs (5, 5a) von der Ruhe- in die Wirkstellung bewegbar sind.
- Kupplungsanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Riegel (2, 2a) mit einem Verriegelungsvorsprung (22, 22a) versehenen ist, welch letzterer das Kupplungsorgan (54, 54a) des jeweils anderen Kupplungskopfs (5, 5a) im eingekuppelten Zustand zu sichern bestimmt ist.
- Kupplungsanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Riegel (2, 2a) eine Betätigungsnase (21, 21a) aufweist, welche sich beim Kupplungsvorgang in die Bewegungsebene des Kupplungsorgans (54, 54a) des jeweils anderen Kupplungskopfs (5, 5a) erstreckt.
- Kupplungsanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Entriegelungshebel (4, 4a) Mittel zum manuellen und/oder automatischen Verdrehen desselben vorgesehen sind.
- Kupplungsanordnung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Entriegelungshebel (4, 4a) mit einem Fortsatz versehen ist, an welchem ein Schlüssel zum Verdrehen des Entriegelungshebels (4, 4a) ansetzbar ist.
