Claims (14)
- Elektrischer Steckverbinder mit einem Unterteil (1) und einem auf dieses aufsteckbaren Oberteil (2) als Steckverbinderteile,wobei an einem Steckverbinderteil (1) mindestens ein Verriegelungsbügel (3) schwenkbar gelagert ist, der zwei mit dem anderen Steckverbinderteil (2) verriegelbare Verriegelungsschenkel (4) aufweist, die durch ein gemeinsames Griffteil (5) miteinander verbunden sind,wobei die durch etwa zueinander parallele Flachteile gebildeten Verriegelungsschenkel (4) mit ihren ungelagerten Verriegelungsenden (12) jeweils einen am anderen Steckverbinderteil (2) vorgesehenen, quer zur Steckrichtung (6) verlaufenden Verriegelungsvorsprung (13) hintergreifen sowie in Hintergriffstellung durch Federdruck gesichert sind, undwobei die Verriegelungsschenkel (4) den jeweiligen Verriegelungsvorsprung (13) unmittelbar mit einer Seitenkante (14) beaufschlagen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zur Erzeugung des Federdrucks ein mit dem Verriegelungsschenkel (4) einstückiger und aus dessen Flächenerstreckung abgewinkelter Federausleger (15) vorgesehen ist, der in Verriegelungsstellung den Verriegelungsvorsprung (13) umgreift. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Federausleger (15) ausgemuldet (16) ist. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 2,
gekennzeichnet durch
einen dem halben Durchmesser des Verriegelungsvorsprunges (13) etwa entsprechenden Radius der Ausmuldung (16). - Steckverbinder nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein Verbindungssteg (17) zwischen einem Verriegelungsschenkel (4) und seinem Federausleger (15) nur mit einem Halteende (18) des Auslegers (15) verbunden ist, von welchem Halteende (18) der Federausleger (15) in Richtung etwa parallel zur Flächenerstreckung des Verriegelungsschenkels (4) absteht. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Federausleger (15) entgegen der Hintergriffrichtung (19) seines Verriegelungsschenkels (4) vom Verbindungssteg (17) absteht. - Steckverbinder nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
gekennzeichnet durch
ein stoffliches Eigenfederungsverhalten mindestens des Federauslegers (15) der Verriegelungsschenkel (4). - Steckverbinder insbesondere nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß mindestens in Entriegelungsstellung eines Verriegelungsbügels (3) ein dessen Schwenkbeweglichkeit gegenüber dem schwenklagernden Steckverbinderteil (1) hemmendes Rastgehemme wirksam ist. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eine Rasthemmung jeweils an den Enden des Schwenkbereiches des Verriegelungsbügels in dessen Entriegelungs- und/oder Verriegelungsstellung wirksam ist. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 7 oder 8.
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Rastgehemme zwischen dem Lagerbereich mindestens eines Verriegelungsschenkels (4) und eines diesen lagernden Lagerzapfens (9) an einem Steckverbinderteil (1) wirksam ist. - Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine in einen Verriegelungsschenkel (4) eingesetzte und auf einem Lagerzapfen (9) eines Steckverbinderteils (1) aufgesetzte Lagerhülse (20), die an ihrem dem zugehörigen Steckverbinderteil (1) abgewandten Ende durch eine Haube (22) als Verschlußkappe verschlossen ist, wobei das Rastgehemme zwischen der Verschlußkappe (22) und dem Stirnende (21) des Lagerzapfens (9) wirksam ist. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Lagerhülse (20) durch ein Kunststoffteil gebildet ist. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 11,
gekennzeichnet durch
einen aus der Verschlußkappe (22) in Richtung auf das Stirnende (21) des Lagerzapfens vorstehenden Rastvorsprung (25), der zur Rasthemmung in eine Rastausnehmung am Stirnende des Lagerzapfens (9) federnd einfällt. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Rastvorsprung der Verschlußkappe (22) durch eine radial ausgerichtete Längsrippe (25) gebildet ist, die zur Rasthemmung mit einer radialen Kerbe (26) am Stirnende (21) des Lagerzapfens (9) korrespondiert. - Steckverbinder nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Verriegelungsvorsprünge (13) und die Lagerzapfen (9) hinsichtlich Ausbildung und Anordnung an den Steckverbinderteilen (1,2) identisch sind derart, daß der Verriegelungsbügel (3) wahlweise auch am Verriegelungsvorsprung (13) lagerbar ist, wobei der Lagerzapfen (9) dann die Funktion eines Verriegelungsvorsprungs übernimmt.
