Claims (6)
- Scharnier für die schwenkbare Anlenkung aufschlagender oder gefälzter Türflügel (10) an einem Schrankkorpus mit einem am Türflügel anbringbaren Tür-Anschlagteil, der über einen Gelenkmechanismus, vorzugsweise einem Viergelenk- oder Kreuzgelenkmechanismus, mit einem als langgestreckter Tragarm (16) ausgebildeten Korpus-Anschlagteil gekoppelt ist, welcher seinerseits an wenigstens einer Stelle auf einer an der Tragwand eines Möbelkorpus befestigten Montageplatte (18) gegen Abheben von dieser Montageplatte gehaltert und mittels einer mit Abstand von der Befestigungsstelle am Tragarm oder der Montageplatte abgestützten und in die Montageplatte bzw. den Tragarm eingeschraubten Verstellschraube bezüglich des Aufschlag- oder Überdeckungsmaßes A des Türflügels (10) auf der Stirnkante (22) der Tragwand (12) verstellbar ausgebildet ist, wobei die den Tragarm (16) gegen Abheben von der Montageplatte halternden Befestigung eine Schwenklager-Anordnung mit einer um eine parallel zur Schwenkachse des Gelenkmechanismus verlaufenden Schwenkachse aufweist, die so ausgebildet ist, daß der bei einer durch Drehen der Verstellschraube im Sinne einer Verkleinerung des Aufschlagmaßes erfolgenden Schwenkbewegung des Tragarms eine Verschiebung des Tragarms (16) in Richtung ins Korpusinnere hinein überlagert wird, welche eine aus der Kinematik des Gelenkmechanismus resultierende Vergrößerung des Spalts (s) zwischen der Türflügel-Innenseite und der Tragwand-Stirnkante (22) ausgleicht,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenklager-Anordnung einen einerseits verschwenkbar an einer in Längsrichtung verstellbar auf der Montageplatte gehalterten Zwischenplatte (52) und andererseits verschwenkbar am Tragarm (16) angelenkten Lenker (58) aufweist, und daß das korpusinnere Ende des Tragarms (16) durch eine zwischen dem Tragarm (16) und der Montageplatte (18) ausgebildeten Schiebeführung parallel zur Tragwand-Oberfläche verschieblich auf der Montageplatte (18) geführt ist. - Scharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zwischenplatte (52) in einem ebenflächig auf der Montageplatte (18) aufliegenden Abschnitt ein vom Schaft einer in eine Gewindebohrung (56) der Montageplatte (18) eingeschraubten Befestigungsschraube (42) durchsetztes, in Verstellrichtung verlaufendes Langloch (54) aufweist.
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstellschraube zur Veränderung des Aufschlag- oder Überdeckungsmaßes des Türflügels (10) als an sich bekannter, in eine Gewindebohrung im Tragarm eingeschraubter Gewindestift (24) ausgebildet ist, an dessen montageplattenseitigem Ende über einen im Durchmesser verringerten Halsansatz (32) ein im Durchmesser vergrößerter Haltekopf (34) angesetzt ist, und daß der Halsansatz (32) einen parallel zum Langloch (54) in der Zwischenplatte (52) verlaufenden Längsschlitz (48) mit einer im wesentlichen dem Durchmesser des Halsansatzes (32) entsprechenden Breite in der Montageplatte (18) durchgreift, wodurch das montageplattenseitige Ende des Gewindestifts (24) drehbar und in Richtung des Längsschlitzes (48) verschieblich gegen Abheben von der Montageplatte (18) jedoch durch den Haltekopf (34) gesichert in der Montageplatte (18) gehalten ist.
- Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schiebeführung zwischen dem korpusinneren Ende des Tragarms (16) und der Montageplatte (18) von den gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Montageplatte (18) in parallel zur Tragwand-Oberfläche verlaufende Schlitze (40) im Tragarm (16) eingreifende Vorsprünge (50) aufweist.
- Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schiebeführung zwischen dem korpusinneren Ende des Tragarms vom Tragarm (16) zur Montageplatte (18) vortretende und in parallel zur Tragwand-Oberfläche verlaufende Schlitze in der Montageplatte eingreifende Vorsprünge aufweist.
- Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Montageplatte (18) in an sich bekannter Weise einen auf der Tragwand (12) eines Schrankkorpus befestigbaren Montageplatten-Unterteil (26) und einen auf dem Unterteil (26) aufrastbaren Montageplatten-Oberteil (28) aufweist, und daß die montageplattenseitigen Funktionselemente der zwischen dem Tragarm (16) und der Montageplatte (18) vorgesehenen Verbindungs-, Einstell- und Befestigungsmittel ausschließlich am bzw. im Montageplatten-Oberteil (28) vorgesehen sind.
