Claims (10)
- Endschalter für rotierende Antriebe, bei dem nach einer Vielzahl von Umdrehungen ein elektrischer Schalter (6) betätigt wird, wobei zwei gleichachsige, nebeneinander leigende, von einer Antriebswelle aus mit unterschiedlichen Übersetzungen angetriebene Drehkörper (2, 3) vorgesehen sind, die an je einer Stelle ihres Umfangs radiale Vorsprünge aufweisen, wobei ferner an einem schwenkbaren, mit dem Schalter (6) zusammenwirkenden Betätigungsorgan, dessen Achse parallel zur Drehkörperachse verläuft, ein Treibelement drehbar gelagert ist, dessen Achse sich bezüglich der Drehkörperachse in einer Radialebene erstreckt, die mittig zwischen den Vorsprüngen liegt, so daß bei übereinstimmenden Winkelstellungen der Vorsprünge diese mittels des Treibelements das Betätigungsorgan zwangsweise bewegen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorsprünge radiale, fest angeordnete Schaltstifte (16) sind, daß als Treibelement ein rundum drehbares Drehkreuz (14) vorgesehen ist und daß dieses mit dem Betätigungsorgan (10; 17; 25) an dem es gelagert ist, in Umfangsrichtung der Drehkörper (2, 3) schwenken kann.
- Endschalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerachse des Drehkreuzes (14) in der Ruhestellung des Betätigungsorgans (10; 17; 25) im wesentlichen auf die Drehkörperachse ausgerichtet ist und daß das Drehkreuz (14) vier Flügelarme aufweist und die Schaltstifte (16) bei ihrem Vorbeilauf auf zwei einander entgegengesetzte Flügelarme auftreffen und dadurch das Betätigungsorgan (10; 17; 25) schwenken.
- Endschalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungsorgan eine Wippe (10; 17) ist, die einen Betätigungsstößel (7) des Schalters (6) eindrückt.
- Endschalter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wippe (10) nach Art einer Kurvenscheibe mit ihrer Umfangsfläche an dem Betätigungsstößel (7) gleitet und diesen dadurch bewegt.
- Endschalter nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wippe (10) in wenigstens einer Stellung des Schalters (6) mit dem Betätigungsstößel (7) unter der Wirkung von dessen Rückstellfeder verrastet.
- Endschalter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkachse (11; 18) der Wippe (10; 17) einen Abstand (a) von der Mittelachse des Betätigungsstößels (7) hat.
- Endschalter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wippe (17) einen eigenen Rastmechanismus (19, 20) aufweist, dessen Haltekraft größer ist als die am Betätigungsstößel (7) wirkende Rückstellkraft.
- Endschalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungsorgan ein einarmiger Betätigungshebel (25) ist.
- Endschalter für rotierende Antriebe, bei dem nach einer Vielzahl von Umdrehungen ein elektrischer Schalter betätigt wird, wobei zwei gleichachsige, nebeneinander liegende von einer Antriebswelle aus mit unterschiedlichen Übersetzungen angetriebene Drehscheiben (2, 3; 2', 3') vorgesehen sind, die den Schalter (6, 6') betätigen, wenn sie je eine bestimmte Winkelstellung einnehmen, wobei die Drehscheiben auf Nabenhülsen von Zahnrädern (4, 5) gelagert und mittels je einer radialen Klemmschraube auf diesen befestigbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Einstellen der Drehscheiben in diese bestimmten Winkelstellungen eine an der Grundplatte (1) des Endschalters befestigte, die Drehscheiben außen übergreifende Einstellhilfe (29) vorgesehen ist, die eine axial verlaufende Anschlagkante (30, 31) aufweist zum Anschlagen des Schafts eines Werkzeugs für die Klemmschrauben der Drehscheiben (2, 3; 2', 3').
- Doppelendschalter aus zwei koaxialen nebeneinander angeordneten Endschaltern nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einstellhilfe für jedes der beiden Drehscheiben-Paare (2, 3) und (2', 3') eine Anschlagkante (30) bzw. (31) aufweist, wobei diese Anschlagkanten in Umfangsrichtung um den Durchmesser des Werkzeugschafts gegeneinander versetzt und so angeordnet sind, daß die Anschlagdrehrichtungen entgegengesetzt sind.
