Claims (9)
- Endschalter für rotierende Antriebe, bei dem nach einer Vielzahl von Umdrehungen ein elektrischer Schalter (9; 10) betätigt wird, wobei zwei gleichachsige, nebeneinander liegende, von einer Antriebswelle aus mit unterschiedlichen Übersetzungen angetriebene Drehscheiben (3, 4; 5, 6) vorgesehen sind und eine Drehscheibe einen beweglichen radialen Schaltstift (20) aufweist, der bei einer bestimmten Relativstellung der Drehscheiben mit dem Betätigungsorgan des Schalters in Eingriff kommt, und wobei der Schaltstift (20) der einen Drehscheibe (3) bezüglich der Drehscheibenachse radial beweglich gelagert ist und ein axial abstehendes Mitnahmeorgan (22) aufweist, das in eine an der anderen Drehscheibe (4) stirnseitig angebrachte Führungsnut (23) eingreift, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsnut die Form eines konzentrischen Kreises hat und an einer Stelle (24) des Kreisumfangs radial ausgebuchtet ist.
- Endschalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Betätigung des Schalters (9; 10) eine Wippe (15) mit parallel zur Drehscheibenachse gelagerter Schwenkachse (16) vorgesehen ist, die eine Randaussparung (19) aufweist, in welche der Schaltstift (20) beim Vorbeilauf eingreift und dadurch die Wippe (15) schwenkt.
- Endschalter nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wippe (15) nach Art einer Kurvenscheibe mit ihrer Umfangsfläche an einem Betätigungsstößel (13) des Schalters (9; 10) gleitet und diesen eindrückt.
- Endschalter nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkachse der Wippe (15) einen Abstand (a) von der Mittelachse des Betätigungsstößels (13) aufweist.
- Endschalter nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wippe (15) in wenigstens einer Stellung des Schalters (9, 10) mit dem Betätigungsstößel (13) unter der Wirkung von dessen Rückstellfeder verrastet.
- Endschalter nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wippe (29) einen eigenen Rastmechanismus aufweist, dessen Haltekraft größer ist als die am Betätigungsstößel (13) wirkende Rückstellkraft.
- Endschalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schaltstift (20) mit einem bezüglich der Drehscheibenachse radial beweglich gelagerten Betätigungsstößel (13) des Schalters (9; 10) unmittelbar zusammenwirkt.
- Endschalter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehscheiben (3, 4; 5, 6) den Schalter (9; 10) betätigen, wenn sie je eine bestimmte Winkelstellung einnehmen, wobei die Drehscheiben (3, 4; 5, 6) auf Nabenhülsen von Zahnrädern (7; 8) gelagert und mittels je einer radialen Klemmschraube auf diesen befestigbar sind, und daß zum Einstellen der Drehscheiben (3, 4; 5, 6) in diese bestimmten Winkelstellungen eine an der Grundplatte (1) des Endschalters befestigte, die Drehscheiben außen übergreifende Einstellhilfe (25) vorgesehen ist, die eine axial verlaufende Anschlagkante (26; 27) aufweist zum Anschlagen des Schafts eines Werkzeugs für die Klemmschrauben der Drehscheiben (3, 4; 5, 6).
- Doppelendschalter aus zwei koaxialen nebeneinander angeordneten Endschaltern nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einstellhilfe für jedes der beiden Drehscheiben-Paare (3, 4) und (5, 6) eine Anschlagkante (26) bzw. (27) aufweist, wobei diese Anschlagkanten in Umfangsrichtung um den Durchmesser des Werkzeugschafts gegeneinander versetzt und so angeordnet sind, daß die Anschlagdrehrichtungen entgegengesetzt sind.
