Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Gurt für insbesondere die Anwendung als Mittelband in Lattenrosten von Sitz- und Liegemöbeln oder Gardinenband aus einem Kett- und Schußfäden aufweisenden Gewebe, das mit Abstand voneinander angeordnete Aufnahmen in Gestalt von Taften, Laschen oder dergleichen aufweist, z.B. zur Anordnung von Latten eines Lattenrostes.
  • Mittelgurte für Lattenroste für beispielsweise Betten sind herkömmlicherweise als Kunststoffgurte ausgebildet mit Doppelschlitzen zur Durchführung der Latten. Sollen solche Gurte mit einer Kennzeichnung als Hinweis z.B. auf den Hersteller versehen werden, sind diese in aller Regel drucktechnisch aufzubringen, was im Alltagsbetrieb dazu führen kann, daß die Aufdrucke Schaden nehmen und die Kennzeichnung nicht mehr zu identifizieren ist.
  • Es ist Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, einen Gurt der eingangs genannten Art derart weiterzubilden, daß Kennzeichnungen in produktionstechnisch einfacher Weise vorgesehen werden können ohne die Gefahr, daß diese aufgrund von Verschleißerscheinungen im Verlaufe der Benutzung Schaden nehmen.
  • Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe zeichnet sich der Gurt der eingangs genannten Art dadurch aus, daß das Gewebe doppellagig ausgebildet ist und übereinander angeordnete Gewebelagen außerhalb von Aufnahmen webtechnisch miteinander verbunden sind, wobei im Bereich von Aufnahmen durch Ausbildung von Flottierungen von Kettfäden oder Schußfäden eine Gewebelage Kennzeichnungen wie Buchstaben, Logos und ähnliches vorgesehen sind.
  • Bei dem Gurt nach der Erfindung handelt es sich um ein aus dem doppellagigen Gewebe bestehendes außerordentlich strapazierfähiges Befestigungselement, das vorzugsweise aus textilen Gewebelagen besteht. Durch die Ausbildung von Flottierungen der Kettfäden oder Schußfäden im Bereich der Aufnahme ist im Verlaufe des Webprozesses mit bekannten Produktionsmitteln die Kennzeichnung einzuweben. Aufgrund der dadurch gebildeten andersartigen Gewebestruktur kann auch bei einem unifarbenen Gewebe eine außerordentlich strapazierfähige Kennzeichnung im Bereich der Taschen vorgesehen werden. Falls gewünscht, kann selbstverständlich auch ein andersfarbiger Kettfaden oder Schußfaden benutzt werden, um die Kennzeichnung noch optisch in abgesetzter Form vorsehen zu können.
  • Das Gewebe selbst ist im Bereich seiner oberen Lage zweckmäßigerweise als Jaquard-Gewebe mit einer Hoch-/Mitte- und Tiefbindung ausgebildet, wobei das obere Gewebe im Befestigungsbereich außerhalb der Taschen durch die Tiefbindung mit dem unteren Gewebe verbunden ist. Die Kennzeichnungen sind dabei durch die Hoch- und Mittebindungsbereiche im Bereich der Aufnahmen ausgebildet. Im Bereich außerhalb der Aufnahmen sind die übereinanderliegenden Gewebelagen auch webtechnisch miteinander verbunden, so daß diese auch mit herkömmlichen Produktionselementen in rationeller Weise gefertigt werden können.
  • Weitere Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus Unteransprüchen, der nachfolgenden Beschreibung und der Zeichnung. In der Zeichnung zeigen:
    • Fig. 1
    in einer Seitenansicht ausschnittsweise einen Gewebebereich eines Lattenrostgurtes nach der Erfindung, und
    Fig. 2
    eine Draufsicht auf einen Lattengurt nach dem Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 1 im Bereich seiner Aufnahmen.
  • Der in der Zeichnung allgemein mit 1 bezifferte Lattenrostgurt hat eine untere Gewebelage 2 und eine obere Gewebelage 3. Jede Gewebelage hat Schußfäden 4 und Kettfäden 5.
  • Mit VB sind die jeweiligen Verbindungsbereiche der beiden Lagen 2 und 3 in der Zeichnung nach Fig. 1 kenntlich gemacht. Die webtechnische Verbindung zwischen der unteren Lage 2 und der oberen Lage 3 erfolgt dadurch, daß im Befestigungsbereich durch die Tiefbindung der oberen Lage diese mit der unteren Gewebelage verbunden ist, indem ein Kettfaden 5 der oberen Gewebelage 3 einen Schußfaden 4 der unteren Gewebelage umgreift.
  • Im Aufnahmebereich AB (Fig. 1), die z.B. als Laschen ausgebildet sind, sind Flottierungen ausgebildet, wie sie in Fig. 1 mit 6 beziffert sind. Durch diese Flottierungen lassen sich in webtechnisch einfacher Weise die Kennzeichnungen vorsehen, wie dies in Fig. 2 in Gestalt eines Logos "L" veranschaulicht ist.

Claims (4)

  1. Gurt (1) für insbesondere Lattenroste von Sitz- und Liegemöbeln aus einem Kett- (5) und Schußfäden (4) aufweisenden Gewebe (2,3), das mit Abstand voneinander angeordnete Aufnahmen in Gestalt von Taften, Laschen oder dergleichen aufweist, z.B. zur Anordnung von Latten eines Lattenrostes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gewebe doppellagig ausgebildet ist und übereinander angeordnete Gewebelagen (2,3) außerhalb von Aufnahmen webtechnisch miteinander verbunden sind, wobei im Bereich von Aufnahmen durch Ausbildung von Flottierungen (4) von Kettfäden (5) oder Schußfäden (4) einer Gewebelage (3) Kennzeichnungen wie Buchstaben, Logos u.ä. vorgesehen sind.
  2. Gurt nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine obere Gewebelage (3) als Jaquardgewebe mit einer Hoch/Mitte- und Tiefbindung ausgebildet ist, wobei die obere Gewebelage (3) im Befestigungsbereich (VB) außerhalb der Aufnahmen durch ihre Tiefbindung mit der unteren Gewebelage (2) verbunden ist.
  3. Gurt nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der oberen Gewebelage (3) durch die Hoch- und Mittebindungsbereiche im Bereich der Aufnahme die Kennzeichnungen ausgebildet sind.
  4. Gurt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die für Kennzeichnungen vorgesehenen Kettfäden (5) oder Schußfäden (4) andersfarbig als Schußfäden (4) ausgebildet sind.
