Description
Claims (9)
- Auf mehreren Schienensträngen (11A, 11B, 11C) verfahrbare Koksüberleitmaschine (10) für die Koksseite von Koksofenbatterien (12),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mindestens einem der Schienenstränge (11A; 11B; 11C) zugeordneten Fahrwerke (13A; 13B; 13C) der Koksüberleitmaschine (10) über Antriebe aufweisende Höhenverstelleinrichtungen (21) im Verhältnis zum Tragwerk (Tragkonstruktion) (14) der Koksüberleitmaschine (10) an die geometrischen Verhältnisse zwischen den Schienensträngen (11A, 11B, 11C) und den einzelnen Koksofenkammern oder Gruppen von Koksofenkammern unter Schaffung vergleichbarer Relativlagen beim In-Position-bringen von Maschinenlementen zwischen diesen und den einzelnen Koksofenkammern oder Gruppen von Koksofenkammern einzeln derart anpaßbar sind, dass die Koksüberleitmaschine bezüglich ihrer Ausgangslage im Verhältnis zu den Schienensträngen von Koksofenkammer zu Koksofenkammer unterschiedlich stark verkippt wird. - Koksüberleitmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhenverstelleinrichtungen (21) den Fahrwerken (13B, 13C) mindestens eines von den Koksofenkammern abgewandten Schienenstranges (11B, 11C) zugeordnet sind.
- Koksüberleitmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhenverstelleinrichtungen (21) jeweils einem auf zwei Schienensträngen (11B und 11C) verlaufenden Fahrwerkspaar (13B, 13C) zugeordnet sind.
- Koksüberleitmaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fahrwerkspaare (13B, 13C) derart unsymmetrisch angeordnet sind, daß die den beiden Schienensträngen (11B, 11C) zugeordneten Fahrwerksräder oder Fahrwerksradsätze unterschiedlich hohe Gewichtslasten der Koksüberleitmaschine aufnehmen.
- Koksüberleitmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fahrwerke (13B, 13C) mindestens einen schwenkbaren Hebel (18) aufweisen, der mit einem Schwenkantrieb (19) und einem Stützlager (20) für die Lastaufnahme von der Tragkonstruktion (14) versehen sind.
- Koksüberleitmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragkonstruktion (14) mit Kragarmen oder dergleichen derart versehen ist, daß an den Fahrwerken (13B, 13C) vorgesehene Stützlager, wie Rollen (20), für die Aufnahme der Last der Tragkonstruktion (14) bezüglich der Tragkonstruktion verschiebbar sind.
- Koksüberleitmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Höhenverstelleinrichtung (21) mit mindestens einer als Stützlager ausgebildeten Rolle (20) versehen ist, die relativ zur Tragkonstruktion (14) entlang einer Stützfläche (14A) verläuft.
- Koksüberleitmaschine (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
gekennzeichnet durch eine Steuervorrichtung für das Betätigen der Höhenverstelleinrichtungen (21), die Positionserkennungssensoren (12A) für jede Koksofenkammer oder jede Gruppe von Koksofenkammern und einen Korrekturwertspeicher zur individuellen Steuerung der Höhenverstelleinrichtungen (21) von Ofenkammer zu Ofenkammer oder von Gruppe von Ofenkammern zu Gruppe von Ofenkammern aufweist. - Verfahren zum Anpassen der Fahrwerke einer Koksüberleitmaschine nach einem der Anpsrüche 1-8, bestehend aus den Schritten:Identifizieren der Nummer der zu drückenden Koksofenkammer;Übernahme von dieser Koksofenkammer zugeordneten Korrekturwerten aus einem Korrekturwertspeicher undBetätigen von Höhenverstelleinrichtungen, die den Fahrwerken eines der Schienenstränge der Koksüberleitmaschine zugeordnet sind, entsprechend der Korrekturwerte.
