Definitions
- the invention relates to a device, in particular a remote-controlled device of Consumer electronics with a mains voltage operable Power supply device for powering the device with a Energy storage for supplying a remote control receiver in "STANDBY" operation, and with a switch in a first Operational state is operable in which in response to a control signal of the Remote control receiver or in response to a mechanical Actuation of the switch at least one mains contact closed or is opened.
- the invention further relates to a switch for such a Device.
- From DE 44 19 581 A1 discloses a device for powering a remote-controlled consumer electronics device in standby mode known.
- the remote control receiver via a Energy storage is designed as a solar panel operated.
- the Standby mode of the television receiver are thus only the Remote control receiver and an evaluation circuit powered; while all the other components of the television receiver in this Operating state do not consume energy.
- the invention has for its object to provide a device that with little effort and no loss of comfort in terms of one Fembedieniana a "STANDBY" operation without power consumption off the power grid allows.
- This object is characterized in a device of the type mentioned by solved that the switch is operable in an operating state, in which a change between "STANDBY” mode and "ON” state easy manual actuation of a first acting on the continuation switch Push rod is caused by that when the power contact is open Close and with closed mains contact an opening of the net contact takes place, wherein the opening and closing of the network contact also in response on one of the remote control receiver to the solenoid of the Programmer deliverable control command can be made.
- a complete network separation and thus a true "OFF" state can be ensured that the switch manually to complete Network separation in another operating state can be brought, in which the Mains voltage operable power supply completely from the Mains voltage is disconnected. In this state, both are mains contact pairs open and the device is not even by remote control receiver again switched on.
- the energy consumption in the "STANDBY” mode can thereby continue be reduced, that the device has an operating voltage display, the is provided only to indicate the "ON” state, in the first and second mains contact are closed and that in the "STANDBY” mode no display device is provided.
- the energy consumption for the remote control receiver is thereby further reduces the remote control receiver in a power saving mode is operable in which only an evaluation is made, whether a Remote control command is present or not, wherein upon detection of any Remote control command the remote control receiver from the power saving mode is switchable to an operating mode in which a full Command evaluation of the detected remote control command takes place, with at Detection of a remote-controlled device Remote control command the mains contact or the mains contacts of the switch is turned on and / or when detecting one for the device is not certain remote control command the remote control receiver in the Energy saving mode is switched.
- the "OFF” state can be controlled by means of the switch, which also for the change between "ON” and "STANDBY” is provided, take place in that the switch to achieve the "OFF” state by stronger manual Actuate the lever causes an opening of both power contacts.
- Fig. 1 shows a block diagram of a remotely controllable TV 1.
- the TV 1 has a Power supply device 2 for supplying the TV 1, a Signal processing device 9 and a screen 10. Furthermore is a remote control receiver 4, an energy storage 3, a Operating voltage display 7 and a switch 5 is provided.
- the switch 5 is the input side connected to power contacts of a plug 12 while on the output side connecting line 2a, 2b to the power supply device. 2 to lead.
- the plug 12 is used to make contact with a socket 13. Die Actuation or control of the switch 5 takes place either via a Control line 8 of the remote control receiver 4 or mechanically via a indicated as an arrow mechanical actuator 14 of the switch. 5
- the remote control receiver 4 is provided for remote control commands a remote control transmitter 11 to receive and detect.
- the Central element of the remote-controlled television 1 shown in FIG. 1 is the two-pole switch 5, both via the control line 8 of the Remote control receiver 4, as well as a mechanical Actuator 14 is changeable in the operating states.
- the Switch 5 in particular designed as a two-pole switch, can be three Occupy operating conditions.
- the first operating state is that both contact pairs 6a / 37, 6b / 38 are open. This corresponds to a complete one Grid disconnection and identifies the so-called "OFF" state.
- the second Operating state indicates the so-called "STANDBY" operation. In this operating state, the first contact pair 6a / 37 is opened while the second contact pair 6b / 38 is closed.
- the closing or the renewed Opening this opened contact pair 6a / 37 can in this operating condition either by means of the control line 8 and the signal transmitted thereby or by means of a mechanical actuation of the switch 5.
- the Switch 5 a continuation switch 35, which two stable operating conditions having. In the first state, one contact pair is opened, while in the second state Condition of this contact pair is closed.
- the third operating state of the Switch 5 is characterized in that both pairs of contacts 6a / 37, 6b / 38 are closed. In this case, the TV 1 is in operation and this "ON" state is signaled by the operating voltage display 7.
- FIGS. 2 a to 2 c again show the various details Operating states of the switch 5.
- Fig. 2a is the "OFF" state shown. In this operating state, the two pairs of contacts 6a / 37, 6b / 38 open, there is complete power separation to the connector 12.
- Fig. 2b shows the "STANDBY” state when the contact pair 6a / 37 is opened, while the contact pair 6b / 38 is closed.
- the third operating state is the "ON" state. In this operating state, both contact pairs 6a / 37, 6b / 38 closed. There is a connection between the plug 12 and the connection lines 2a, 2b, which feed the TV 1.
- Fig. 3 shows a circuitry embodiment of a power supply of a device.
- the device has one Power supply device 2, a switch 5, a mains filter 15, a Demagnetization circuit 16, a rectifier circuit 17 with downstream capacitor 18, one of a microcomputer 4b and an infrared receiver 4a existing remote control receiver 4, a Energy storage 3, and a power indicator 7 and a Control transistor 19 on.
- a boost converter 40 and a Capacitor 41 is provided.
- circuit components shown in Fig. 3 are single components unspecified for reasons of clarity.
- FIG. 1 With regard to the basic function, FIG. 1 referenced.
- the infrared receiver 4a, the microcomputer 4b and the Energy storage 3 are all on the secondary side (cold side, net separated side) of the TV 1.
- the TV 1 In standby mode, too Called standby mode, the TV 1, the infrared receiver 4a and the microprocessor 4b supplied from the energy storage 3.
- One corresponding infrared command triggers over the control line 8 closing the Contact pair 6a / 37 off, the device starts and the energy storage 3 is charged again via the secondary side. So in the "STANDBY" operation as little energy is removed from the energy storage 3, an infrared receiver 4a is used, which is a so-called Owns low energy consumption operation.
- the limited detection recognizes all without distinction incoming infrared signals. If a signal has arrived, then the switch Infrared receiver 4a to the nominal operation with higher power consumption, in which is a complete detection of the infrared commands.
- the one for the Standby operation provided microcomputer 4b can now receive the infrared signals decode. If this detection indicates that the received Infrared signal is a non-system signal. that's how it falls Infrared receiver 4a back into the energy saving mode. Becomes a native infrared signal detected, the device 1 is turned on.
- the energy storage 3 it may be a battery, a battery or For example, to act as a so-called gold CAP.
- the device 1 in periodically switched to the "ON" state and becomes the Energy storage 3 reloaded and thus is an always possible Switching on the device 1 via the remote control and the Remote control receiver 4 possible. Only in the case that the device 1 a longer period of time in "STANDBY" mode remains, it may be possible be that the energy storage 3 is discharged.
- the switch 5 is designed to that by a slight press of the push button 20 of the switch 5, the device 1 can be put back into operation. This is indicated by reference numeral 14 and the corresponding arrow in Fig. 3. The device is pointing the practice in previously realized TVs no so-called "standby display" on.
- Fig. 3 for example, as a Swiched Capacitor trained up-converter 40 generated from the energy storage. 3 delivered voltage of for example 5 volts a higher voltage of for example 10-12 volts. This higher voltage is a safe Actuation of the coil 26 (see Fig. 4) of the advancer via the capacitor 41.
- the higher voltage at the output of the boost converter 40 has the Advantage that for generating a higher voltage, a second example can be saved in series connected further energy storage.
- the Boost converter 40 is used e.g. fed from the energy storage 3 and at Needed by the microcomputer 4b active while he is otherwise in the Hibernation is and only a few microamps consumed.
- Fig. 4a shows a schematic diagram of a switch 5, as in the Connection with the embodiments shown in FIGS. 1-3 can be used.
- the switch 5 consists of a housing part 5a, in which the essential mechanical and electrical components are arranged and from a push button 20, for example, in the Front of a TV is visible and operable and arranged with Help to turn on or off the TV is enabled.
- a push button 20 is connected via a first push rod 28 and a second Push rod 29 with the mechanical and electrical components of the Housing part 5 a of the switch 5 is coupled.
- the push rod 28 is connected to the Push button 20 not fixed, but movably stored in this.
- the Push rod 29, however, is fixed to the push button 20.
- the first push rod 28 acts via a linkage 33, 34 on the continuation switch 35, which is rotatably mounted in a pivot point 36.
- the housing part 5a of Switch 5 is also a coil 26 and one with the second Push range 29 associated lever arm 22 is provided.
- the Lever arm 22 is movably mounted on the axis of rotation 23.
- the switch 5 has two due to the two push rods 28, 29 two mechanical actuation options.
- the first mechanical Actuation option is that the push button 20 only one short distance is pressed. In this case, the first push rod 28 in function and the progress switch 35 moves by 45 °, for example, whereby opening and closing of the contact pair 6a / 37 is effected.
- first mechanical Operation of the continuation switch 35 is also the possibility of the Continuous switch 35 to operate electrically by means of the solenoid coil 26.
- the linkage 33 is magnetic or magnetizable.
- the second mechanical actuation of the switch 5 is in a mechanical actuation of the push button 20 in such a way that the Push button 20 by a long distance in the direction of the housing part 5a is pressed. This happens, by the pressure of the push rod 29 on the Lever arm 22 to a lifting movement of the lever arm 22 about its axis of rotation 23 and to a mechanical pushing away both the contact spring 6a, as also to a pushing away of the behind / under the contact spring 6a lying Contact spring 6b.
- the push rod 29 is formed such that at a short distance of the push button 20, the push rod 29 is not the lever arm 22 touches or pushes away, but the push rod 28 is already acting on the linkage 33, in the manner described above.
- the push rod 29 has on this route a mechanical idle. Only after overcoming this mechanical idling the push rod 29 acts on the lever arm 22 in the manner described above.
- the spring 21, which is mechanically connected to the first push rod 28, serves the fact that, starting from a certain mechanical path, the mechanical idling of the second push rod 29, the first push rod 28 does not mechanically in the housing part 5a acts, but in the push button 20 moves into it and does not continue on the linkage 33 acts. At the same time sets the second push rod 29 a longer mechanical path in the switch 5 back.
- the spring 21 is selected in its spring force such that it exceeds the counter-force of the return spring 27 and the contact spring 6a.
- a so-called over-stroke which is not specifically shown in FIGS. 4 a to 4 d, is the switch 5 or the push button 20 securely locked in the respective positions and again detachable from the lock.
- Fig. 4b shows the switch 5 in the side view with respect to a section line C (see Fig. 4a) while Figs. 4c and 4d the Show switch 5 in a perspective view.
