Claims (9)
- Procédé de contrôle du processus de lancement et d'arrêt du fil de trame sur des bobinoirs préliminaires pour machines à tisser, selon lequel de préférence un dispositif d'arrêt à action électromagnétique commande par intermittence, au moyen d'une commande électrique, le lancement d'un nombre entier prédéfini de tours de fil de trame à un instant prédéfini dans une machine à tisser et arrête par intermittence le lancement du fil de trame, caractérisé en ce que, pendant la commande électrique du dispositif d'arrêt, un indice caractéristique (2) connu en soi apparaissant dans la courbe du courant de commande (I) pendant le temps (t) est utilisé comme une grandeur significative du bon fonctionnement du bobinoir préliminaire (3).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'absence de l'indice caractéristique (2) ou un décalage dans le temps constaté pour l'indice caractéristique est signalé à la commande de la machine à tisser.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la fonction correcte du lancement du fil de trame est contrôlée au moyen d'une comparaison entre les valeurs de consigne et les valeurs réelles, entre l'indice caractéristique (2) apparaissant à un instant Δt1 et l'indice caractéristique apparaissant à un instant Δt1' différent de l'instant Δt1.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la fonction correcte de l'arrêt du fil de trame est générée par un signal de position déclenché par un stoppeur (4).
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la fonction d'arrêt du stoppeur (4) est assurée par le retour mécanique du stoppeur.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, en cas d'utilisation d'aimants d'inversion de levage pour le dispositif d'arrêt, le contrôle des mouvements de levage du stoppeur (4) est assuré au choix, soit au moyen de l'indice caractéristique (2) pendant le lancement du fil de trame (5), soit au moyen de l'indice caractéristique pendant l'arrêt du fil de trame (5).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'une divergence répétée entre l'instant Δt1, et l'instant Δt1' est interprétée comme une usure du dispositif d'arrêt et génère un message correspondant.
- Machine à tisser, en particulier machine à tisser à jet d'air comprenant un système d'insertion du fil de trame formé par au moins une buse principale et une pluralité de buses secondaires, la buse principale et les buses secondaires étant en liaison avec des vannes magnétiques à commande électrique, comprenant au moins un bobinoir préliminaire (3) muni de préférence d'un dispositif d'arrêt du fil de trame électromagnétique à commande électrique, caractérisée en ce que pour le contrôle du bon fonctionnement des vannes magnétiques, un indice caractéristique (2) connu en soi, apparaissant dans le courant de commande des vannes magnétiques est utilisé pour une comparaison entre les valeurs de consigne et les valeurs réelles, et en ce que, outre l'utilisation de l'indice caractéristique (2) destiné à contrôler les vannes magnétiques, l'indice caractéristique (2) apparaissant dans le courant de commande (I) du dispositif d'arrêt du fil de trame est utilisé pour contrôler le bon fonctionnement du dispositif d'arrêt du fil de trame, et en ce qu'au moins l'indice caractéristique (2) destiné à contrôler la vanne de la buse principale et l'indice caractéristique (2) destiné à contrôler le dispositif d'arrêt sont contrôlés dans une commande de machine à tisser en vue de constater la coïncidence temporaire existante et un signal d'erreur est généré pour un affichage et/ou la déconnexion de la machine à tisser lorsqu'au moins un indice caractéristique (2) se situe en dehors d'une fenêtre de coïncidence temporaire.
- Machine à tisser selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que le moment de la coïncidence ou la fenêtre de la coïncidence temporaire correspond à un angle de rotation ou à une zone d'angle de rotation de l'arbre principal de la machine à tisser.
