Claims (9)
- Anhänger (1) mit einem Bügel (4), der stirnseitig eines flächigen Gehäuses (2) hervorragt und an einem Schieberteil (3) angeformt ist, welches im Gehäuse (2) von einer geöffneten in eine geschlossene Position verschiebbar angeordnet ist, wobei in der geschlossenen Position das Gehäuse (2) die Bügelöffnung verschliesst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Gehäuse ein Verriegelungselement (5) angeordnet ist, welches in der geöffneten und in der geschlossenen Stellung selbst federnd in das Schieberteil (3) einklinkbar ist, wobei das Verriegelungselement (5) in Richtung der Stirnseite des Gehäuses (2) an einem mit der Innenwand des Gehäuses (2) verbundenen Haltenockens (11) in Anschlag steht, wobei im Verbindungsbereich von der Gehäusewand zum Haltenocken (11) wenigstens ein Bereich der Gehäusewand als Sollbruchstelle (12;15) ausgebildet ist.
- Anhänger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in geschlossener Stellung das Verriegelungselement (5) auch in das freie Ende des Bügels (4) einklinkbar ist.
- Anhänger nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verriegelungselement (5) als U-förmiger Bügel ausgebildet ist und vorzugsweise an seinen beiden freien Schenkeln nach aussen abgebogene Einklinkorgane (6;7) aufweist.
- Anhänger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das in geöffneter Stellung eingeklinkte Verriegelungselement (5) unter Aufbringung einer Schliesskraft nur in Richtung der geschlossenen Stellung ausklinkbar ist.
- Anhänger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sollbruchstelle (12) als ein um das Mehrfache der übrigen Wandstärke des Gehäuses (2) verringerter Wandbereich ausgebildet ist, vorzugsweise unmittelbar angrenzend an den Haltenocken (11).
- Anhänger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Haltenocken (11) direkt an eine Wand des Gehäuses (1) angeformt ist und in eine entsprechende Ausnehmung (13) der gegenüberliegenden Wandseite hineinragt.
- Anhänger nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass angrenzend an die Ausnehmung (13) eine weitere Sollbruchstelle (15), vorzugsweise in Form einer reduzierten Wandstärke, angeordnet ist.
- Anhänger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Gehäuse (1) mindestens ein Blockiersteg (16) derart angrenzend an das Verriegelungselement (5) angeordnet ist, welcher ein Ausbiegen des Verriegelungselementes (5) resp. ein Entriegeln dieses Elementes (5) in geschlossenem Zustand verhindert, wenn das Verriegelungselement (5) innerhalb des Gehäuses (2) in Richtung des Bügels (3) verschoben worden ist.
- Verwendung des Anhängers nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 als Sicherheitsverschluss oder Sicherheitsplombe.
